First impressions, I am impressed 💯. The welcome was warm, the receptionist greeted us with a beautiful smile and kind eyes, and showed us to our separate rooms. The room is DelUXE, clean and neat I had not arrived with my own adapter plug and the hotel provided me with a suitable one. Wow.

Special thanks to Ali (General Manager) and Omar (Front Desk) for making my stay a remarkable one. Their service and hospitality is unmatched. I will surely revisit

Quiet small lobby, room was clean but no view. I felt safe in the hotel. Only 4 rooms per floor, only some rooms have view. Breakfast buffet is basic. Although the chef on request made a very nice vegan mix vegetable mediterranean dish. It was memorable. Otherwise, breakfast has limited vegan options. Celine checked me in - she is very sweet and helpful. Offered to serve tea/coffee while I was waiting in the lobby. Raymonde came to check if I was having what I need at breakfast. Did not see many other guests or staff during stay. Rooms have more of a contemporary decor.

A very well designed small and contemporary hotel with polite and helpful staffs. The buffet b’fast was well laid and hot breakfast could be ordered. Unfortunately the location is not that great although close proximity to the Martyrs’ Square. It’s located amongst the part derelict high rise buildings and these stare at you when you look out the hotel windows. It’s difficult, dangerous and unsafe to walk from the hotel towards the Martyrs’ Square criss-crossing through heavy traffic on the highways with no traffic signals and chaotic traffic. However, view of the Port from the roof lounge is good. The small gym located on the 1st floor did not have AC switched on for three days running and there was no ventilation. After repeated complaints finally AC was switched on. For two days running the carpet just outside the room door in the corridor was not cleaned although the room was cleaned. There was small litter visible. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall and the toilet seat was loose on arrival at the room. Surely these should have been noticed by the cleaning staff before our arrival? All the above were rectified fast after reporting to the receptionist.

Nestled within a historic district, this petite hotel exudes an aura of authenticity. Its interior boasts a truly imaginative design, adorned with soothing colors that create a tranquil atmosphere. The staff's hospitality is remarkably inviting and warm, adding to the overall experience.||While the breakfast buffet offers a concise selection, the flavors are exquisite. Our brief stay left us with a profound sense of positivity, encapsulating the essence of the place.

Great hotel and value for money. Our family of 5 were accommodated with a connecting room. Central location, Roof top pool, delicious simple breakfast.|Only one thing to note, make sure they perk your AC up. |Service was warm, friendly and very welcoming.

Great service and staff were very welcoming/helpful. Location is good but outside the Down Town area by a 10 minute walk. Pool is small but not an issue if you want to explore the gorgeous and well maintained city of Beirut

The hotel is beautiful and you have more amenities than you'd ask for - which is great! We stayed for a couple of nights here and it was very comfortable, enjoyable and clean. The room was spacious with a great view of Downtown Beirut. The beds were comfy and everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was okay but nothing to tell home about. The last floor where it's served has a great view and nice interior. What I really didn't like is the staff attitude and service; now I can't say I interacted a lot but I did ask for a very early breakfast as I was checking out for my early flight around 4 am. They were not very accommodating at all and all I asked for was a croissant or something. They could've been more attentive and friendly with this. The waiter at breakfast also wasn't very attentive or pleasant but it wasn't a big deal really.
