I spent two months of my summer taking classes at O2 in Aspen, about 3–5 times a week, and I absolutely loved it! The hot yoga and Pilates classes were amazing, and all of the teachers were fantastic. I feel stronger than ever and already sad that my time here has come to an end as I head back home. The classes are very popular and usually packed, so I recommend downloading the app and booking at least a week in advance. The rooms can feel tight, but the teachers make it work beautifully, and I actually enjoyed meeting my neighbors each class—it added to the experience. Thank you, O2 Aspen, for such a wonderful summer. I’ll miss this place!

In town for the month of July and taking classes almost everyday at O2 — both mat and reformer Pilates — and I truly loving the experience. The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the classes are challenging in the best way. You really get your money’s worth here. My favorite is Reformer Level 3 with Caroline. This became my go-to spot for Pilates in Aspen, and I’d definitely recommend it. My husband also took several yoga classes and really enjoyed them. The one downside is the cleanliness, especially in the reformer room. The floors often had visible dust and hair, which was a bit off-putting. Given how busy the studio is (most of my classes were full), it seems like they could really benefit from more frequent professional deep cleaning.

Because I love you kids! And I love Chris. I was away all summer. The first thing I did when I returned was come to Chris to once again begin the journey. I am going to get into the best shape of my life this year with O2! PS bring Marco Rojas from O2 Aspen to Dallas for a limited residency and show this town what's possible!

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and so helpful after a 36 hour hike! Just enough caution but really helped to get my body moving again. She was a gift and a joy to be with!

Google
The space is beautiful and clean. The girls in the front are so welcoming and helpful. The classes are great and the instructors are the absolute best!

Nicky’s yoga/sculpt class is amazing! 10/10 recommend. Amazing apparel in the lobby as well.

Google
O2 is an awesome yoga studio! The views are amazing and the teachers are knowledgeable and caring. So thankful for this world class studio!

I love O2! Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. I love the yoga and Pilates classes. I always feel great after either one of these. It’s always clean and well organized too. I love that! I also got a new, cute work out outfit while I was there this week. Thank you to all of the staff there 😘

Yelp
Clean, present and professional. Took a class with KB and enjoyed it tremendously. Left me feeling very calm and refreshed

Yelp
I took two classes at this location. My primary complaint is with the staff at the front desk. They were not welcoming, overall felt "cold," and I was the only person that they did not make aware of the new "assigned spots" process. This led to tensions in the class itself as I was the only one without an assigned spot and unintentionally took the spot of someone else. I notified them of this mistake and their response was lackluster. They did not offer any sort of apology for that miscommunication and even remained defensive in nature. The combination of the environment of this place with this experience made me feel unwelcome. The classes themselves were OK. I would not come here again and would not recommend it.

Yelp
I travel to Aspen every summer for over 25+ years. I was thrilled to find Aspen 02 years ago and even more excited when I took Kristin's classes last year and again this year. She gives an exciting and truly amazing hour of full body workout. Kristin teaches heated sculpt which is upbeat, challenging and just perfection. I wish they had more classes with Kristin. There was only one class with Kristin a week. I had to go to another gym to take more of her classes. I would have loved to take all my classes with Kristin at Aspen 02. I would high recommend Kristin's class which for now is ONLY Friday at noon!

I took my husband's yelp account because I had to leave a review. I had a GREAT experience. I had a massage with Aubree. She was SO nice! Then a facial - they have great product! And finally, a yoga lesson with Aïcha! I was 7 months pregnant and everyone took amazing care of me!!! I absolutely recommend this place!!!! Vraiment très sympa!!

Yelp
Just an absolutely lovely place with wonderful service and talented treatment professionals. A one stop shop for a little 'me' time, O2 is an inviting gem of a facility providing a tasteful and pleasant combination of spa services, light fitness and boutique shopping. Patricia was my massage therapist for the Bohemian treatment and everything from her specific care and concern for my comfort to the ambience of the room and exquisite table/linens was noticed and appreciated. And for some true modern luxury meets wellness, kick back before or after treatment with some scented pure oxygen via nasal cannula. Can't wait to come back during this or on next trip here.

Yelp
The best massage I have ever had! O2 is also my favorite place to go for eyelash extensions. The spa is beautiful and everyone that works there is amazing!

Kate H.

Yelp
The massage was not a good experience. First of all you can hear anyone that walks above you in the store. Second of all the bed itself is not comfortable and when you lie on your back the option is for your head to be in the open hole at the top or they put a pillow in the hole however that pillow leaves your head elevated and puts pressure on your neck. The exercise classes are great but I would not recommend a massage. I would like to add that the staff at O2 did a very good job regarding listening to my experience and trying to make it better.

Yelp
I had the 02 Glow facial and Jody did an amazing job - clearing pore blockage and making my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized. Sometimes this altitude and dry mountain air can leave my skin feeling so dehydrated, and this facial made me feel so glowy afterwards. Jody did a great job in tailoring the facial to my skin type and needs. Just what I needed to unwind and feel rejuvenated.

Yelp
What a beautiful studio! Olwen was my teacher today and she was great! The sequence was amazing, I got a shoulder injury during snowboarding yesterday and she taught me how modify the poses. She also sings beautifully! I'm visiting Aspen and My class at O2 definitely made me realize home is where the mat is hehe

Yelp
I had a FANTASTIC facial here! They were running a special for the Eminence Blueberry Facial in the newspaper so I decided to give it a try. My skin has never looked so great! I got a glycolic peel as well and it was a very effective peel. I'm a huge fan of Eminence so I'm glad this is the product line they use. It is a bit off the beaten path of main Aspen and I was walking everywhere while my in laws were on the slopes so It was a bit of an undertaking getting there. Fortunately I had a ride back or my freshly peeled skin would've been hurting. There was no hard push for product purchase and my esthetician was very professional. I highly recommend in contrast to something a little more spendy- like say the St. Regis.

Yelp
If you are looking fir a great sports massage after skiing look no further! Patricia and Trey are ahhhmazing! I would rate them 10 stars if I could! We stumbled on this place because the spa in our hotel was booked and I'm so glad we did! Thanks so much!

Yelp
I hiked through a snow storm to get to a class at 9am on a Sunday. Was it worth it? Yes it was. They must have spent a fortune building this place - it's beautiful. The substantial retail area was impressive as well - many high end clothing lines are available, and one of my fave's - Chan Luu silver/leather jewelry. So, the class - it was a tough, top of the line vinyasa class. Not crowded, well instructed by Jo, and best of all, Jo's playlist (Beck, Stones, Lenny Kravitz, etc etc) fit the class perfectly. I'm not used to mirrors and music , but it worked!

Yelp
Love It - Love It - Love It I had the most incredible facial with Jody at o2. Her facial made my skin feel healthier and happier. The difference it makes is immediate. Jody's expertise and passion for skin care teaches & inspires me to take better care of my skin, even in-between treatments. I highly recommend adding oxygen to which ever service you choose... you will Love it! So if you are looking for your new 'Favorite Thing Ever' schedule a Facial with Jody!

Yelp
New O2 location is wonderful and specious. I have my spa season with Ferris every month and not once did I have a bad experience. Whole staff is very caring and friendly. 5 stars

Yelp
I've gone to a couple classes here and shopped the boutique. It's a great studio and the yoga room has a beautiful view of the mountains. I went in the summer so I imagine it fogs up in the winter. This was a highlight of my week stay in aspen.

Yelp
I love the Pilates classes and the shop is a lot of fun to browse. I enjoyed my facial very much, as did my teenager, but the prices are exceptionally high. (Leslie (facialist) is a doll though, and very capable at her job.) I found the girls at the reception to be a little "chilly" even for Aspen, and was a little disappointed.

Yelp
Last week I had a wonderful and one of the very best massages I have ever had by Whitney. She is very personable and professional. I highly recommend her.

Liam E.

Yelp
I would not recommend this studio to a seasoned yogi, I took a warm vinyasa level 2/3, it was a beginner class cold room not at all warm. Very disappointed

Yasmine A.

Yelp
This is great spot. I have tried the pilates classes and the spa. Love the online booking

Yelp
Unsurprisingly on the pricy side, O2 was an absolutely rockin session. The instructor was incredibly helpful and descriptive, and I truly enjoyed my session more than any I've had prior.

Yelp
Yeah for this place! Clean, cool, calm, and collected that is how i like my yoga spots and my Pilates and Yoga instructors. Jacqueline Trombly teaches here. She is an A+ instructor and yoga diva. If you are looking for a place to stretch out those sore ski muscles or get into good shape mind and body wise go here.

Bella R.

Yelp
Had a most fabulous facial here with Darcy Hill. She was professional, skillful, experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. She didn't talk while I was enjoying the treatment, which was so nice. The facial was pure heaven, and my skin looked and felt wonderful afterwards. I agree with an earlier post about the reception downstairs being so-so, but the facial more than made up for it.

Yelp
got a couples swedish massage w cbd oil added for 60 min. this was an amazing experience. they were so nice and professional. they were so accommodating and such amazing masseuses. i love this place so much despite the price. it's pretty pricey but that's how everything is in aspen. the oxygen treatment at the end was so cool. it's something you've gotta try if you have the time and money

Keith G.

Yelp
Super friendly team here. Always enjoy classes there. I don't get to many spa treatments or anything being a guy, but I did get a facial there that left me glowing! It's a great spot. Give them a shot.

Amy R.

Yelp
Very bad waxing, missed a whole area. Didn't bother to tell the gal, just not coming back. She was nice, just no attention to detail. Local and not coming back.

Yelp
Had a private pilates session with Jen today. She was fabulous! I like a hardcore pilates workout and O2 more than delivered.

Yelp
The first place I ever took yoga (10+ years ago) and it was just as good upon returning. Did a heated yoga flow class and it was great. Full room but still plenty of space to move around. Instructor was fantastic. Retail items are high but they always have a sale rack. Definitely recommended.

Sarah O.

Yelp
I love o2 Aspen. They have amazing instructors. Some of my favorites are Even, Nicky and Heather and Julie too. At first I was a but hesitant to go as I thought it would be filled will high level students standing on their heads. Anyway the point is that is not how it is at all, I felt very comfortable from the beginning. There are all levels and many can stand on their hands and .their heads but the instructors are quick to offer alternatives if a certain pose in not part of your practice. They are also great with adjustments. It's very inspiring. They also have a lovely boutique both in the main studio location and on cooper. They are personable and remember students names. They do carry a good selection of Lululemon here.

Yelp
Basic Flow with Evan was AMAZING! Her positivity and energy were exactly what I needed after a frustrating day of travel. Great local yoga spot in Aspen!

Yelp
I attended a Level 1 Iyengar yoga class. I have never taken Iyengar yoga before, but the time of the class was good and I thought why not try something new. I was visiting Aspen and wanted to get a yoga class in so I took a chance. The studio is very nice and the desk staff were super friendly. The cost was reasonable compared to what I pay in Chicago. The class itself was just ok for me. The class started fine and I was enjoying the poses. The teacher spent a lot of time teaching and providing instruction, which was good. However, about half way through the 90 minute class the teacher told us we were going to work on head stand and we were actually going to go up in head stand. For me a Level 1 class does not involve going up in head stand. I was fine doing the initial prep poses for head stand, but I did not want to go up in head stand. I am a beginner to yoga and am not comfortable. And truly I just have no interest in ever doing head stand or hand stand no matter how many years I practice yoga. I understand the teacher needs to push students to challenge themselves, but for me the teacher was too pushy. I am used to a more laid back style of teaching where I go to yoga at home and this just did not work for me. She kept asking me over and over again if I wanted to go up. When I said no she questioned me on whether I have an injury. Then she kept saying that the people that did not go up were afraid. For me this is not a good yoga experience and I did not enjoy it. If I am not comfortable then don't keep pushing. In the end I would never do something that made me uncomfortable no matter how pushy the instructor. After that we did an inverted leg stand, which was a nice way to end class. I will say that if it was your time of the month you couldn't have done the last two exercises, which was about 50% of the class so not sure what you would be doing during that time. For me I would not attend this class again because I did not mesh with the instructor, but others may be fine with that style of teaching. I would try another class at O2 though because the studio seemed very nice.
