Oak & Vigne Cafe

Was cold & rainy in Greyton. Had breakfast, lunch & dinner at Oak & Vigne Cafe. Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Had chicken phyllo pie with roasted veggies for lunch & fish cakes for dinner. Food was delicious & the roasted veggies the best. Cosy at the fire place in winter. Open when most other eateries are closed. Definitely the heart of Greyton.

Visited on a Sunday when Greyton is super quiet with almost everywhere closed at night. Service was slow to start but picked up as we ordered drinks and a pizza to share. Nice cold beer on tap and a well cooked pizza from a proper wood oven soon arrived. The place is a bit run down in general and being quiet did not help the atmosphere. Might feel a lot better on a busy weekend evening.

Friendly service, delicious food, weird 80s music. Yup, Oak and Vigne has a lot going for it, but I sure am glad I had a pair of noise canceling earbuds, because the tunes were not matching the decor or the classic Rock-inspired menu names. Some days you just can't get no satisfaction.

Great atmosphere and lovely setting inside and outside. Unfortunately we waited over an hour for one pizza, and also didn’t see our waiter again during that time. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and I could see other guests also looking around and getting uneasy. I could understand if it was a big table with many orders but we had one beer and a pizza - that’s it. Other reviews look good though but consistency is key (: hoping to upgrade to a 5 star on our next visit!

Very bad service. Waited for 20mins and then had to approach staff to order a drink. Ordered a steak. It was terrible. The 'cook' there, not a chef, does not know how to prepare steaks. The staff stand around in the customers area and smoke. Disgusting!!! Avoid this useless place.!!!!

Food is really good, we love it here. The service is a bit slow, and waiting times are also quite long as well. There are a lovely garden seats that you can sit and enjoy while waiting for the food 🥰

Such a lovely spot, with plenty of seating under the trees and a great play area for kiddies. Coffee is GREAT, milkshakes are out-of-this-world, and their veggie burger is one of the best I've ever had. (Family enjoyed the beef burgers, and my son is obsessed with their breakfast).
