"Pretty much anything creative director Alex Eagle does gets our attention: the creative director was the brains behind concept space The Store at Soho Farmhouse. Now, she’s been called in to give Berkshire’s 118 room Oakley Court a do-over. The result is effortlessly eclectic: There are plush Eagle & Hodges couches, with oriental rugs set snugly beneath mid-century chairs. The beds are big and comfy, dressed in the kind of big, bold, stripy bed linen that evokes long, lazy summer days. Elsewhere, there’s a gym and pool area with infrared saunas, and a restaurant and terrace set along the river. In the summertime, you can play tennis at the on-site courts, or follow one of the nature trails that wind around the grounds."

We were only able to stay one night, but it was the best stay of our lives. We didn't feel like customers for even a second... a case study in what it means to *be* a valued guest, not merely be treated like one.||The staff was so attentive they made anything we'd experienced before pale. This level of service began before we even booked a room and continued past checkout while waiting for our ride. The meals and drinks were flawless.||As for the building and the grounds, photos don't do them justice. We stayed in a Mansion House room and fell in love with it immediately. The views, decor, details and cleanliness... you couldn't ask for a more quintessentially British environment or better maintained spaces.||Our sole complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay. Next time we will.

Absolutely fantastic and Unique Hotel in a beautiful location near Windsor. We highly recommend this fabulous place for your stay or have a bussines meeting and a seminar. The rooms are comfortable and cosy fully equipped with all accessories necessary for a perfect meeting. There is no other better place for spending quality time with family and friends.

Invited my husband for a night away, check-in earlier (great!) only to find our room full of ladybirds. Reported to reception, which showed a lack of urgency and didn't keep us promptly updated. They sent the cleaning team in to chase the ladybirds away and in we went again to the same room, only to find it infested again. After 2 hours of arriving, we are finally moved to a different room.|Not a gesture to apologise after we paid for their most expensive room. Poor service shows they don't value clients enough and, especially, don't pay attention to the rooms before they're handed over to guests.

Oakley Court is a truly beautiful building in a truly beautiful location and we stayed for one night. The staff were very cheerful, the room was lovely, bed very comfy and the house is lovely but eerily quiet as there were no other guests. Buffet breakfast was (I think) overpriced at £25 per head, with few choices…..and no fresh fruit. A basket of toast should have been sourdough, rye or pain de campagne not two white slices and two brown, but the poached eggs were lovely and the coffee was great. If you’re looking for WOW, I believe you can find a better option for a similar cost. We stayed at The Ritz pre-Covid and had buckets of WOW for not a great deal more.

What a fantastic weekend! Beautiful grounds, amazing room and superb service from all the team. Truly dog friendly and they are welcomed everywhere in the hotel, plus the staff are really friendly towards all the dogs - it really makes a difference. Food and drinks excellent too, a really nice relaxed atmosphere and a short drive from central London. A huge thank you to all the team this weekend for making our stay so memorable.

My single opportunity to photograph a wedding at Oakley Court in Windsor was nothing short of magical. The venue's gothic architecture and lush, expansive gardens provided a breathtaking canvas for truly stunning photographs. Coupled with the cooperative and friendly staff, the day flowed effortlessly, allowing me to capture the essence of the celebration in its full glory. I am eager to revisit Oakley Court and further explore its picturesque settings for future wedding shoots.

This was our second stay at Oakley court and was a starkly different experience than our first. We came for our anniversary and it ended up being a fairly disappointing trip. We came the first week of January which is perhaps why the experience wasn’t what it should have been. They let us know on check in that they only had 25 guest and that we would be in a different building than the main building which is where we had stayed previously. The room wasn’t as nice. We headed to the lounge area for drinks before dinner. They didn’t have ingredients to make the cocktails we wanted and the wine we had order by the glass was now only offered as a bottle(100£). For dinner the standard soho house 25£ burger (no chips) which we’ve had many times before was dry, overcooked & ultimately, inedible. At night we were woken Up by loud neighbours twice and again in the morning. Then in the morning the breakfast they usually offer was unavailable. I don’t normally review things but what has prompted me to write this review was the staff response to the above. When checking out we were asked how our stay was, we responded by saying “ok, but not great” we listed the above when asked why. The response was “thanks for the feedback”. Small recognition would have gone a long way.

SO MUCH BETTER WHEN SOHO HOUSE DIDN’T OWN. Best breakfasts ever now taken over with £30 rye bread. Bring back the waffle maker & unlimited fry ups Soho house commercialised it and took away all the charm. Secret birthday location ruined

Great hotel and restaurant. The staff go out of their way to provide great service. Beautiful 19th century manor and estate. Beautiful grounds decorated with great works of art including Jordan Webb sculptures in wood of animals.
