Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites

We recently stayed at this little Gem for the first time and will definitely be making it our regular. Excellent rooms, spacious, loved the balcony and nice to cook and if staying long time you can do laundry A Home away from Home. The coffee club in the foyer area serves great coffee, delicious treats and fantastic breakfast. Loved our experience

The let downs: Check in was 2:00 but the room wasn’t ready until 2:45. I can appreciate the cleaners may have had a busy day but the staff didn’t give us an update or apologise for the delay, just asked that we wait. The room was very average. There was a massive stain on the living room floor, the kitchen tap isn’t attached to the bench and the cupboards haven’t been attached properly, they were all very uneven. ||The good stuff: the bedding was very comfortable. The location is great, 5min walk to Adelaide oval, 10min walk to Rundle mall and the train station is just down the road. The hotel has a coffee club attached to it, the food is incredible and the price is actually really good!!||I paid $260 for a two bedroom apartment, split between 3 people was a good price. I would stay there again for the convenience. I would recommend the embassy but please adjust your expectations of the condition of the rooms

Partner surprised me with an early Valentine experience. Great location, friendly, pleasant service from all the staff from booking over the phone to checkout. Lovely clean & comfortable one bedroom apartment on the top floor, very quiet. Being a Sunday night we had exclusive use of the pool and gym area. The view from our balcony was spectacular overlooking the coast and North Terrace. Beautiful sunset to end our nights stay. Was nice to stay at an alternative location to your normal hotel will definately recommend.

Bathrooms are disgusting, mould and grime kind of feel, like you need to keep your shoes on. No way we were using the spa also. No shower wash on arrival… supplied empty. No water bottles supplied as standard . Not a great experience gotta say. The need to spend some money to update the bathrooms as a starting point.

Was booked into this hotel by the travel company that were organising my holiday.|I found the Oaks Embassy Suites to be an excellent stopover. Conveniently located in the heart of the city.|The rooms were big, clean & comfortable, service was great.|Enjoyed my time staying there.|Would recommend the Suites to anyone wanting accommodation in Adelaide.

Rooms are very average!! Booked an executive room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and did not get what we paid for. You do not get what is in the description in the rooms and they are badly set out. Bathrooms are also disgusting. Definitely won’t be back!!

This aparthotel is deservedly my favourite hotel in Adelaide. I stayed here on my first time visiting Adelaide and the front desk upgraded my room because I was a Titanium member. I felt very welcomed. When you stay in a high floor room facing west, you will see the most beautiful sunsets in Adelaide. Definitely my hotel of choice for my next visit to Adelaide.

The overall stay at Adelaide oaks embassy, was very good, the bathrooms could be upgraded slightly for what you pay...either way I would stay there again.. very convenient for walking to rundle mall and within the city, easy walk to restaurants and the Adelaide festival centre
