Rooms are a great size, neat, tidy and comfortable. Very convenient having kitchen facilities and a nice spa bath. Breakfast is available at a cafe a few doors down and is not onsite. Indoor spa, pool and sauna facilities are great. Location is close to buses, trains and trams. Short walk to Rundle Mall, restaurants and Adelaide Uni. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

LOCATION|Central Adelaide, near to the river and within walking distance of many of the central attractions. Hindley / Rundle St is nearby, with many dining options.|ROOM|1-bedroom deluxe apartment. And may I say… wow!|A decent sized well-equipped kitchen, which opened up into a sitting room with a settee, table and chairs, good TV and shelving.|The bedroom had doors to the sitting room and bathroom, so could be closed off. The king-sized bed was very comfortable.|The bathroom had a shower stall and a washer / drier. The room also had a narrow balcony with decent seats, and a restricted view.|There were the standard facilities including kettle, fridge, microwave, an iron and ironing board, and a room safe.|FACILITIES|We didn’t use the swimming pool, but there was a café (the Coffee Club) at the nearby Oaks Embassy on North Terrace where you could get a very good breakfast.|STAFF|The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, and we opted to not have the room cleaned, in return for a couple of café vouchers.|Also helped us to work out how to use the washing machine, and offered to get the laundry done if the machine wasn’t working.

Great location, twin rooms are extremely small. Staff are professional and helpful. Only issue is that the socket was coming out of the wall, I reported this on a Sunday and was told the maintenance man doesn’t work on the weekend, they would look into it on Monday. We had to move a bed to living room to avoid being so close to the PowerPoint. For the entirety of our stay 5 days the issue wasn’t resolved. Staff come in to service our room and still nothing. The sheer lack of regard for our safety was pretty shocking. I understand the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t move us but I’d never recommend or stay here again, even Backpackers would be better.

Rooms were very pokey and not comfortable. There's a big LED billboard over the road and no blackout blinds so the whole 2 bed apartment kept changing colours all through the night! They offer car parking next door in a public carpark at $30/night, and for that you get to park in various puddles of human urine. Location was good though 👍.

We originally stayed at the Embassy and transferred here due to issues there. The staff looked after us and were very accommodating. There were no instructions for the dishwasher, washer/dryer and no one could work it out. However the staff washed and dried our clothes at no extra charge. They got us an extra bed and an airer. All great service. However the daily cleaning was a bit hit and miss. The bed sheets were crumpled and uncomfortable and short sheeted or not tucked in properly. One bed was missed a couple of times. Pillows were awful.

We had a two bedroom apartment, it was spacious, we were able to request what type of beds we wanted before we arrived. Our main balcony had a great view over to Adelaide Oval and beyond. It’s in a great location for wandering through the city or catching a tram bus or train!

Located in the centre of everything, the station, buses, and trams are located out the front of the hotel. Walking distance to the football ground, pub, restaurants, and cafes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well set out. Highly recommended 👌

Excellent place. Well located close to everything. Large rooms, good beds, comfortable and clean.||The swimming pool is very appreciated.||The wifi is unsteady and rather poor.||Check out at 10 is a little early.
