Pros: our room on the 15th floor gave us an excellent view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our balcony, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with cooking utensils and a full-sized fridge, and the apartment was quite spacious for two people. Now for the cons: our room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, and this only happened after going down to reception (neither of the phones worked) on the second day and asking when/if it might happen. We were told to place the "make up my room" sign on the door, but our room didn't have one. When our room was once again not serviced on the third day, reception informed me that this was due to the public holiday... I have never come across this before, and you would think that when you're paying almost $1100 for four nights, that the rubbish would be removed, towels replaced, etc. All in all, we had an OK stay, but may look into other accommodation options on our next trip to Adelaide.

Great location, central to everything, good price. Room excellent - I was floor 10 facing North Tce with views over the roof of the convention centre, but a friend was floor 7 at the back - view not so nice, looks like a car park. Space is good, kitchenette has the essentials, dishwasher even. Washing machine too. Offered us choice of daily service or coffee vouchers, I happily took the coffee. The only negative is the shower over bath - it is quite a high step in to the spa bath and also slippery and not much space to turn and bend - may be not a good choice for older people.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom north tce suite, for 4 nights in November 2025. Carparking was easy, views of Adelaide Oval and North Tce, balcony door is solid, and sound proofs any noise. Full kitchen, sufficient crockery. Spa bath in the bathroom was awesome. Coffee pods + room service via the Coffee Club via QR code in the apartment on menu. Would recommend and will also stay here again.

Aside from a beautiful clean room, hotel, location, and amenities. ***** I have to praise Gegan (forgive my spelling it must be close, genuine apology). The gentleman at the desk overnight on my last stay. My clothes were meant to wash and dry however the rinse/dry function I couldn't get synced in our unit. Gegan took all of my clothes himself at 1030 PM and had them rinsed in a wash for me and completely dried them, handing them back over so I could make it home with my belongings. Big shout out for above and beyond 🙌 thank you!

Staff are absolutely amazing, amazing pool and spa. My partner and I stayed a night and we will absolutely be returning here for a longer stay. Parking is a bit pricey but being a hotel in the CBD it’s understandable

The accommodation is in a high rise block in a great location on North Terrace, ideal for visiting most sights. It has a nice lap pool on the 3rd floor. The room was lovely and very clean. We had a lounge with comfortable sofa, chairs and table and separate bedroom. We were on the eighth floor with great views over North Adelaide and Adelaide Oval. The only problem was the noise, in the day from the building site next door, and at night a loud thumping bass music. We asked on leaving whether this was from the Asian Festival that was on at the time on the river bank, but the receptionist told us it was probably from a club a street away. This did affect our sleep as it went on until 3 or 4 in the morning.

Expected a bit more, given previous experience with Oaks, but it was adequate for our needs. Excellent indoor pool, in-room spa bathtub and decent rates, but very small rooms, quite noisy, no food service on site, none of the advertised coffee pods... Close to everything though, and hassle-free.

The hotel provided excellent service and accommodation. I made a mistake with my booking and the reception staff and the manager on the day went out of their way to provide accommodation when there was a high demand for rooms. They did not try and take advantage of my mistake. I noticed the manager even showed great kindness to a family with 2 very young children who were involved in an incident out the front of the hotel, even though they were not guests. The room we were given was very comfortable with good amenities. the central location of the hotel was very convenient. I would thorughly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself
