Pros: our room on the 15th floor gave us an excellent view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our balcony, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with cooking utensils and a full-sized fridge, and the apartment was quite spacious for two people.
Now for the cons: our room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, and this only happened after going down to reception (neither of the phones worked) on the second day and asking when/if it might happen. We were told to place the "make up my room" sign on the door, but our room didn't have one.
When our room was once again not serviced on the third day, reception informed me that this was due to the public holiday... I have never come across this before, and you would think that when you're paying almost $1100 for four nights, that the rubbish would be removed, towels replaced, etc.
All in all, we had an OK stay, but may look into other accommodation options on our next trip to Adelaide.
