We had a really nice stay at this hotel overall. The view was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights, waking up to that outlook made the whole experience feel special. The pool area was great, and my kids absolutely loved spending time there. It was a big part of why the stay felt like a proper holiday for them. The service was friendly and welcoming, and staff were generally helpful throughout our visit.
However, there was one unusual and slightly frustrating aspect of our stay. We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting a fully connected space, but instead we were given two separate rooms connected by internal locking doors. With two small kids sleeping in the second room, this setup felt inconvenient. We had to place a chair against the connecting doors to make sure they didn’t accidentally close, which wasn’t ideal.
Another concern was that the balcony doors didn’t have locks, which felt stressful given that the kids were in the adjoining room. For a family-friendly hotel, that detail really stood out and made us more anxious than we would have liked.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay, great views, lovely pool, and friendly service, but the room configuration and balcony door situation are important things for families with small children to be aware of.
