Oasia Resort Sentosa

Had a really surprising stay here recently, in all ways good and beyond what was expected. The hotel was highly accessible and conveniently located across the monorail. The rooms were slightly dated but I appreciated the spaciousness. Service staff (from housekeeping, front desk, dining) were warm and friendly— big and special mention to Firdaus on concierge duty who made us feel especially welcome with his hospitality. He went above and beyond to take note of meaningful details to make our stay extra special and memorable. Thank you for making my stay here so enjoyable.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at your establishment and were upgraded to a Junior Suite. The suite provided a spacious and tranquil environment. While the on-site swimming pool was undergoing maintenance, alternative arrangements were made for us to access the Village Hotel's pool. Additionally, we appreciated the daily activities offered, including yoga and bath bomb making.

One of our favorite hotels in Sentosa! The staff here are kind, helpful, and always greet you with a warm smile. The housekeeping team is attentive as well. Although the rooms show a bit of age, the facilities are still well-maintained, clean, and tidy, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The garden on the balcony is lovely, and since we booked two rooms, we were pleasantly surprised that the balconies could be connected. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again!

I had a bamboo massage with Valerie and it was quite literally the best massage I’ve ever had. I din know what to expect but the pressure and technique were amazing. The spa amenities are also incredible, they give you a snack afterwards in the meditation room with your tea. It’s beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and great for your body. If I lived here I would be coming once a week!

We recently stayed at Oasia Hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.||||The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—very convenient for visiting Universal Studios, Adventure Cove, and the Harry Potter Visions exhibition.||||However, the room itself was quite dark and felt outdated. Cleanliness was a concern: the room was not cleaned regularly, they mentioned they were to busy and they couldn't keep up, one night we requested it to be cleaned as we were going out for dinner and they towels provided were incorrect in number. These small details made a big difference in comfort.||||The pool was okay, but nothing particularly special.||||Overall, while the location and staff were great, the hotel needs to improve its housekeeping standards and refresh its rooms to offer a more comfortable stay.

Didn’t stay here but visited the resort and was really impressed. The mix of heritage architecture and modern design is gorgeous — peaceful, lush, and very well thought out. The old colonial buildings give it a unique charm, and the greenery everywhere makes it feel like a true retreat. Loved the vibe of the lobby and the pool area especially. You can tell the focus is on wellness and relaxation. There’s also a pretty got mix of F&B restaurants around the area from Asian to Western cuisines. Lobby service staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely consider staying here next time for a quiet escape in Sentosa.

Location is great - very near the tram station. Staff are friendly and polite. Pool is clean and well maintained. But the rooms walls are very thin and noisy. Two incidents of loud noise at night really spoilt my stay, so I removed one star for each incident. On the first night, there was a medium volume sound that started around 9pm and lasted intermittently for nearly 20 minutes. Sounded like someone was vacuuming. I called reception to ask about it, they said they were investigating and that other rooms had also complained. Shortly after, the sound stopped. I wouldn’t have thought much about it because 9pm is still considered early in the night. But then the next day was worse. On the second night, at 10.30pm, I was suddenly woken up by very very loud vacuuming and banging sound, right outside my door. This time I opened the door to check and saw that a hotel staff was right outside with a huge vacuum, cleaning something in a storage area right next to my door. I asked him to please stop as it was very late at night already, and the sound stopped. After this interruption, I was unable to go back to sleep and it ruined the rest of my night sleep. Loud noises at night, especially so late when guests are already asleep, is really unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Oasia Resort is a place of relaxation and luxury.||The first night, my family & I checked our bags in early to allow day 1 exploration, and we found them already moved into our rooms when we got back!||The staff always go out of their way to help. A big shout-out to Faizel, the night manager, who sorted out one of our requests late at night with no issues!||The Oasia Spa is a must-visit. You feel like you are in another world with how luxurious the place has been designed, with so many little details to make every moment enjoyable. I had 90 minutes with Rin, and it left me feeling deeply relaxed and restored my balance.||My next visit to Singapore will be at Oasia again, and it should be yours too.
