Where to Stay in Singapore During Your Visit (Updated 2025)

"I would pick Oasia Resort Sentosa for a mid-range Sentosa stay because it offers an in-house spa, recreational activities, a pool, yoga and wellness classes, and casual dining at its bar and grill near Siloso Beach." - Matthew Kepnes

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful staycation experience my family and I had at your hotel, celebrating my mother's and sister's birthdays. We were truly impressed with the exceptional service and amenities provided during our stay. Highlights of Our Stay: - We appreciated the early check-in at around 1:30 pm and the late check-out at 1 pm, which allowed us to make the most of our time. - The complimentary brownie and balloon were a lovely touch, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. - The family suite was spacious and comfortable, accommodating 3 adults and 1 child with ease. The amenities, including 4 bottles of mineral water, 2 bottles of coconut water, 2 green apples, and complimentary tea and coffee, were also appreciated. - The toiletries provided, such as toothbrush, comb, shaving kit, earplugs, vanity kit, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body & hand lotion, were comprehensive and well-appreciated. Convenience: The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with a memorial opposite the hotel. The friendly staff, from the check-in counter to the bell-boy, contributed significantly to our positive experience. Minor Issues: - We did encounter a minor issue with the in-room TV remote, where one of the batteries was dead. - Additionally, the toilet roll holder was faulty and kept dropping off. Overall: Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's efforts to ensure our comfort. Thank you for providing a memorable experience for our family. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Disappointed with hotel spa/ relaxing as advertised, unless you pay for treatments ( very expensive) you have no access to any relaxing facilities like sauna etc. the wellness talks are only for guests in higher grade rooms. Staff ok but do not communicate anything to you on arrival. We did not realise you needed a bar code to get on and off island by shuttle, and once we did that it expires after 2 days. This caused much stress when we trying to get back to hotel. Restaurant on site extremely expensive therefore we did not use, no where to get a drink when was closed. Pool has no sun brolleys or bar where your could get a drink or bite to eat. The lack of sunshade I consider a massive downside and for a supposed 5 star hotel awful. ||On plus side rooms were spacious and clean. Reception also clean and nice. Location convenient as shuttle right opposite hotel. However this is not a 5 star hotel , more like 4 star (just). I would not recommend staying here, ||Staff very average gave no information, and nowhere to get a drink on arrival. I asked where could get a drink to be told there is a Starbucks across the road.

The hotel was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious with huge beds. The location could not have been any better with its proximity to Universal Studios, the beach, the sky rail and Vivo City. This was our first trip to Singapore and our kids are already wanting to go back.

Hi, I stayed in Oasia Sentosa 14 Jan - 10 Feb for my confinement after giving birth as well as 5-8 Dec for a complimentary service recovery stay. My experience has been a whirlwind of emotions. I shifted room 3 times. Room 303 - 304 and then 503. The issues for each of the room listed below: 303: 1. Phone to connect to reception required 5 visits to recover 2. Bell not working 3. Aircon would shut off on its own. Every night we had technicians and engineers entering my room to check for the first 9 nights. My husband was really exhausted reporting the aircon issues multiple times every night. (each time they said, they will send someone but still the issue was there) I was exhausted by the footprints in and out of my room especially amidst my breast pumping schedule. New mums would understand:( 304: 1. Aircon panel issue 2. Broken glass bottle upon opening the lid 3. Rats squeaking and scratching noises at night on both nights that we stayed in the room. When switch off lights in the day, can hear the sounds too. Reported to front desk and they mentioned there’s no signs of rodents. Got switched to room 503 after. Husband has experience with infrastructural management and dealing with rodents. Both of us were shocked that the report came back short and sweet that there were no rodents and that the squeaks and scratches were said to just be vibrations from the air conditioner. 503: I posted video of cleanliness of the rooms below because I’m tired of words only being words and I wished I had a video of the squeaks and scratches from the last room. Aside from all these infrastructure issues, what really affected me was that I had multiple visits to my room to rectify the issues throughout my 4 week stay here when what I bought was peace, I felt like I was working. Really disappointed Service recovery experience: We were offered 3n stay as service recovery and was given 4 x $50 spa credits which we agreed to hold this review till we experience the service. Upon check in we were presented with the 4 vouchers which T&C can only be used for specific treatments (all costing more than $50 and vouchers cannot be stacked) meaning I had to top up more than $100 for their treatments 4 times to make use of the vouchers - of course, I didn’t use them as we felt it was quite a scam as a service recovery move. Bellboy brought us and the luggage out to the foyer instead of the room as he thought we were checking out and the spaces between the corridor was very slim so you cannot push a stroller through if someone is doing housekeeping. Not going to comment much on the room as it wasn’t fantastic but some pictures are shown below. Overall, will not recommend this place for confinement and for a relaxing stay. Also, no ramp so not accessible for elderly and babies with strollers.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The atmosphere is calm and truly relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of Sentosa’s entertainment district, which makes it easy to access various attractions. The facilities are complete, from comfortable rooms and a diverse restaurant menu to recreational areas suitable for children. This hotel is an ideal choice for both business trips and family vacations. Highly recommended!

During check-in, we were served by Saif, who was friendly, fast, and very prompt. He even gave my kid a teddy bear when he got a little cranky — such a thoughtful gesture! We were informed that only one room was ready since we checked in early, which was understandable. To our pleasant surprise, the second room was ready within just 5 minutes — really appreciate the quick action. The room amenities were great, with attention to detail in every aspect. Saif also went the extra mile by providing us with towels when we mentioned we were heading to the beach — kudos to him for the excellent service! During breakfast at Bedrock, we were served by Kim, who provided wonderful hospitality and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel’s location is superb, being right next to Imbiah Station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a very restful staycation here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and nice, especially Firdaus who brought us on a tour of the resort rooms before we check-out our request. Enjoyed an early check-in at 12pm and a complimentary upgrade to a Family suite. The room is cosy, clean and nice. Location is great, next to the Imbiah monorail station and walking distance to shops and eateries at Beach station. We would love to come back again for a longer stay!

The check in staff I interacted with were amazing! Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the wonderful Chinese lady who checked us in on 29th Nov. Her service was just insanely good n set the tone for the rest of our 3d2n stay with the hotel. Devi was mega helpful on day 2 till we checked out as well. Genuine people, genuinely wanting to offer the best version of themselves to guests. Clearly the management believes in training staff well and empowering them to make decisions. These must be the secret to the magic of Oasia Sentosa I feel.
