The location is very convenient. The room is quite large in Hongkong standard. Nice view. The most impressive part is the concierge team. They are among the best we have ever experienced in the whole world. No exaggeration. From the moment we arrived to the last moment we said goodbye, their concierge staff have given the best greeting, helping with our luggage, getting a taxi, getting a Uber, using mobile APPs... they made their guests feel at home, feel welcomed from the heart. Well done team, well done team leader!!!

The hotel is conveniently located with excellent service and a high cost-performance ratio. It was a great accommodation experience! The staff at the hotel entrance were very enthusiastic and told us to check in on the second floor. The lady handling the check-in was also very gentle and professional. On the last day when we checked out, the two staff members, Charles and Matthew, were very friendly and warm. Charles even offered to help us carry our luggage to the bus stop! We are grateful to all the staff for their dedication and kindness.

This hotel was the first stop on our honeymoon adventure in SE Asia and it did not disappoint! We had a lovely driver from the airport arranged by the hotel and he told us all about the sights on our way through. When we checked in they had given us an upgrade to a harbour view suite which was just fantastic!! The area around the hotel is amazing and full of delicious places to eat and things to see and do! We very much enjoyed our stay here! Thankyou!

The room is very clean. The services are generally great. I also got to see the ocean view. That’s awesome! But on my arrival day, nobody was on the first floor, so that it took me some time to figure out that front desk is on the second floor. They have Laudry room. Inside the room, they have a lot more drawers and storage rooms. IBut they do not have the mirror for makeup, the one you can move very close to your face. They also do not have any cups, which I think necessary for you to drink tea or coffee.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from HKU MTR Station and surrounded by charming local eateries and cultural spots. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in calming earth tones, and offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Victoria Harbour added a luxurious touch to the experience. A special shoutout to Rhona and Douglas at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. They were always ready with helpful recommendations and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I’ll definitely be returning!

It was my fifth time at the 181.I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and I really appreciated that the hotel recognized me and allowed me to check in early since the room was ready. It’s always a nice gesture that makes a big difference after traveling.The concierge at the entrance was welcoming and helpful, and the gentleman at reception who checked me in was friendly and efficient, a smooth and pleasant process overall.The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and the room was clean with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the shower as well, all the essentials were spot on.One small thing. I was charged 5 HKD in cash for a shaving kit, which I had to pay directly at the door. While I understand the sustainability efforts, I believe such basic amenities should be included for convenience and overall experience, not because of the small cost. And if it is charged, the quality of the kit could be improved.Everything else was great. Just my personal feedback, but overall, a very good stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hong Kong! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially Kevin, Genki, Nicky, Louis, Matthew, Suki, and Charles. They were all so friendly and helpful, making my solo travel experience truly special.The room was incredible - spacious, clean, and quiet with stunning views of Hong Kong. I felt right at home! The location was perfect (only 10 minutes to Central by car) One highlight was when the staff arranged a Tesla car to take me to Central Hong Kong when taxis were scarce. It was a 10-minute ride and really appreciated the convenience.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hong Kong!

Location is good, close to tram, bus and mtr. The staffs at the drop off ground floor have been the friendliest and most welcoming throughout our 4 nights stay. Bruce Lui was very helpful when we checked out and initiated to help us book a taxi (also called the taxi for us to confirm that it accepts credit card). Other staffs located at ground floor drop off area has also been very wonderful (didn’t manage to get all their names)!
