The rooms and location are fine, but I wish this place had 24 hour reception. I arrived at 6 am and waited forever to be let in to put my stuff away and a volunteer arrived a bit later to tell me there was no reception. Someone was also asking for a towel around the time but the only person he could talk to was a volunteer who didn't know what she was doing really. The social environment was not that great either, not many people hung out together in the main room and there were not too many daily events for us to get to know each other. I've stayed in better hostels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, with everything I needed. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Willy. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. Highly recommend this hotel – I’ll definitely be coming back!

the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are so thin , not to mention the shower it literally had black dirt on the floor and in the middle of night i kept hearing the water come from the ceiling above the shower… the rooms had an unusual smell that hit us as we walked in . as soon as we went into the rooms we unpacked all our belongings and realised theres barely any space to put our suitcases for a room that supposedly fits 6 people!! once we had gotten on the top bunk of the bed we realised the massive gap that could fit a human being inbetween the wall and the bed, we could literally fall through and hit our heads on the radiator, this is not very healthy and safety of you oasis hostels , do better next time.

good location near tapas restaurants. friendly staff, modern looking bedrooms. the plants in the common areas make it look like an oasis. kitchen available. quiet around. there is a rooftop. when i stayed there during the week, there were not so many english speaking people. in the weekends there are surely more. on a shower's ceiling and on a shower curtain is mold, which is bad for health. It can removed with anti-mold spray containing chlorine.

Do not ever go there!!! Bed bug infestation. On the walls, on the bed, on you. Woke up all all bloody. Shower drain is blocked and doesn't work. Employee didn't really care

It's exactly what it says it is. My room was clean and simple with bunk beds. The bathroom was totally acceptable. There is a fairly well equipped kitchen there that one can use whenever they want and a dining room. I didn't use that as I was mostly just outside in the city. For these purposes, it's perfect. There seems to be a receptionist there 24 h a day and even if you come before check-in time, there are options to store your luggage into a lockable compartment. Bring your lock in that case. Perhaps adding some options for people to organise their stuff in the bedroom would be nice... There is a big lockable drawer there for each bed and that's it.

I was pretty disappointed in this hostel. They without notice closed the kitchen for the first half of the day because they were painting or doing maintenance. Then complained / had an attitudes when I asked to go in and make breakfast or get my food. It made it very difficult and they were not being so accommodating. They also threw out properly labelled food which was frustrating The rooms are nice spacious, big bathroom and shower, elevator so you don't have to climb 3 flights. It was nice out that leaving the window open was the right temperature. Beds could use a shelf or curtain but we're comfortable. The staff were friendly, but it seemed like all guests were staff/volunteers and it was a weird vibe. They do have free milk/dry cereal and butter and jam (no bread) and don't really advertise free breakfast. Considering how many hostels are in Granada at the same price point I would go elsewhere

Had the best fun here! Thank you to Willy for making unbelievable cocktails, as well as Tarik and Dan for being so welcoming and warm to everyone. The staff here set the tone for such good vibes all through the hostel, made such a difference to our experience.

Yelp
LOVED this hostel. Staff were wonderful!!! Was on a solo trip in Europe and booked this place for 2 night and in the end I decided to stay for an extra night because Granada is amazing and so is Oasis. If you are a solo travel, I would recommend this place, you will be able to meet lot of people during siesta staff and other travelers will hang around in the rooftop. I only wished there was enough people to go on the Nevada tour when I was there. But too bad there were not enough people to rent the van for the trip. Be mindful that when you are searching for this place. You will need to go into a small alley on the left if you are walking up from the main street. It is pretty safe there, but you might miss it, if you aren't paying attention. And if you have heavy luggage you might have a bit trouble walking to this place since there is stone floor though out the Albacin area. ( you cannot take the taxi there, there is not car traffic that will stop right in front of it) So you will need to lift up your luggage every step, if you don't want to break it. But I LOVED this place, giving it four stars because I had to lift my luggage !

Yelp
An inexpensive [relatively] hostel in Granada that's clean and comfortable too. I think we spent more time here than at any other hostel during our trip in Spain. There's a rooftop deck that's perfect for laying out, enjoying the sun, sipping on wine. It's fantastic. Their dinner parties are a fun way to get to know the other travelers. The food was surprisingly very good [we were there for Indian curry night], and it's usually ridiculously priced [very low!] since it's aimed at the low budget traveler. Yum! The hostel is in a central location, easy to find. It's just a few steps off of Caladeria Nueva and a short hike up some stairs for the best view of the Alhambra [Mirador San Nicolas] at sunset. Everything else is within walking or bussing distance. There's free luggage storage, free lockers in the rooms, and several computers available for internet access. If the bathroom in your room is in use, there's one downstairs next to the kitchen!

Yelp
One of the best hostels I've stayed in, hands down. Absolutely gorgeous rooftop terrace, helpful and friendly staff, and beautifully decorated place. If I ever return to Granada I know where to stay. Make sure to take one of the walking tours - the guide is very knowledgeable and friendly. It made our stay. Very affordable for budget travelers.
