Our concierge, Chloe Newcombe, is who made our trip so magical. I felt taken care of the moment I read her first email. She is sweet, personable, professional, and never disappointed. She went above and beyond to ensure our expectations and crazy demands {my husband's, that is} were met. We've made a true friend and hope our paths will cross again at Oasis. Now that I have a better understanding of Oasis' collaborations and partnerships, it would be wonderful to know of these wonderful benefits prior to better organize our stay. Loved the spa treatments and perks at Ginger and such. All wonderful things!

I loved everything about the Oasis experience. The biggest surprise was how the house looked in person. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff was also EXCELLENT! We were all sad to leave them. They were friendly, extremely helpful and they felt like family. Concierge was also really great! Our experience in Cartagena was great because of Oasis.
