7 trips to the island and out third stay at coral estates resort. The last three times we stayed for two weeks. My wife and I are hooked. The location on the island is perfect. You can go either direction and find tons to do either on your own or booking excursions. Ohooooo...that view. Sitting for hours in those zero edge pools looking at that water. so relaxing. A short drive or walk and a great breakfast, lunch or dinner is right there. we have never had a bad experience at any of the 3 places to eat at the resort. We rent villas from the coral estates rental company...I think its called ocean villas. All in $4100.00 will get you 2 weeks in a million-dollar villa with a world class view and a pool. Always been impressed with the villas. Everything isn't always perfect. Your going to buy little odds and ends for the kitchen to get you thru your stay. Salt, condiments....along with your main grocery list. Theres's mosquitos. just enough to be a little bothersome at certain times of the day. Bring bug repellent. In the islands its open air concept. The majority of houses/villas all over the island do NOT have AC in the main living area. Open everything up and enjoy the never ending breeze. Use the pool to stay cool. Enjoy the birds and iguanas while relaxing. Sometimes there's construction going on beside you. Do your research if that's something that bothers you. Other than that the resort can be practically full of people and its quiet. I am always shocked how early people shut off the lights and go to bed here. Its like 9:30 PM and its dark and absolutely quiet. Great starting point to hit all those beaches up that end of the island but don't overlook the pier and bay in front of the resort for snorkeling. I am an avid snorkeler and I'm amazed at how much stuff is right in front of the resort. All kinds of reef fish in abundance and even an occasional eel. Biggest puffer fish I've ever seen was here. Amenities...gift shop...ok. Real estate office is great. They gave us a tour of a few properties in the resort this past visit. Super friendly, accommodating and loaded with information. Everything you need for a great visit is right there at the resort except groceries and that's only a few miles away or 10 miles away is the Centrum and the Mall. You cant beat this place.

We were there for a week. Highly recommend you rent a car and see the area (D&D car rental was great). The room was not the one I expected (on the second floor with a seating area balcony overlooking towards small pool and ocean which was listed on websites). We were given one on the ground floor overlooking garden and pool area and ocean beyond, In a way it was a blessing since we would have tired walking up stairs at the end of the day had we gotten the upstairs room. We rented in the 'adult section' of the resort not to be near crowds and possible noise at the big pool at night...our area had a small round infinity pool and was very quiet. Our room's outside seating area was in front of a garden with numerous |hummingbirds and other tropical birds wheezing by (very pretty). Now for the specifics: the hotel has an upstairs bar by the big central pool that is very nice and serves food. Downstairs is the restaurant al fresco facing the water. (the food at this hotel is average). IMO the better food is in the 'Bread' cafe in front of office, pretty good pizza and fairly good sandwiches and coffee and they also make breakfast. We opted to find other places to eat in the area. (Marfa's very near, Lanternu (Bisanto), and Daniel (Tora Cora) all nearby by car. This hotel is nicely located mid island on the western coast and near all the best beaches on the west side. We checked out most of the beaches on that western side, favorites and less crowded were Klein Knip and very nearby to hotel Daaibooi both beautiful smaller coves and not as crowded with super clear water, good snorkeling at Klein Knip. (get there early to grab a chair and umbrella. 5$US for each). Grotte Knip is also beautiful, bigger and more people. (Port St. Marie (pig beach saw two), crowded, Cas Abao crowded). The hotel has a man made beach, a strip of chairs and umbrellas I recommend you ck out other beaches. You can rent a snorkel mask and fins at the hotel dive shop. Our room was very clean no complaints and our bed very comfortable. Our tv didn't quite work but we didn't care, plus it had limited options). The staff in the office was very nice, friendly, and helpful as were other staff we encountered. This is not a 'luxury' hotel in the sense of luxury like a four seasons, ritz etc. But is very good for island.

Soon as you see this property you'll be happy you picked this resort. The place is beautiful we rented a 3 bedroom villa w/a private pool with my family of 6 and it fit us all perfect in fact it was very spacious we had a dual kitchen. The beach and pool area was beautiful well maintained grounds. The food at the pool and restaurant was yummy especially the breakfast and coffee was my fave. I want to commend the staff for their outstanding customer service I met Miranella upon check in and I want to thank her for advice and tips about the property her beautiful smile and daily hellos made our day on the resort. We had a rental car and visited 6 beaches in 2 days it was such a wonderful trip ! Coral Estate you made our family trip so memorable we will be telling others about your place.

One of the worst vacation experiences we’ve had globally! The resort’s title of “luxury” is very misleading. While the photos may appear to be beautiful and show a place of luxe & leisure, it is anything but. Our Villa, #227, had a leak in the roof which dripped water on the bed my father was sleeping in. Upon notifying the front office, (and during some heavy rains), they waited over 24hrs to send a maintenance individual to look. He did not repair and my dad had to put a bowl on the bed to catch the water dripping. ||If that wasn’t bad enough, 3 days into our 7 day stay, construction of a new villa commenced. This was not disclosed during the booking. We have a 15 month old with developing lungs and a son with asthma; the dust that was swirling around as the construction team was jackhammering into concrete was a huge health concern. Each day there was a film of it across the kitchen in our Villa. When the Operations Manager finally came to our Villa, after I called the front office repeatedly for 2 days, she looked into another villa for us. One the 3rd day of ensuring the construction next door, we moved out of the villa and into a new one. However, we had already lost 4 days of enjoyment & relaxation between the leaking roof & construction which, to me, is unacceptable for a resort that claims to be “luxury”. And a 10% refund (which is less than the cost of a 1 night stay) is laughable to offer a customer who’s family your establishment put in jeopardy of a health hazards. ||The “beach” is non-existent. It’s a narrow stretch of land that requires you to enter the ocean via ladders. Bring water shoes! It’s also miles from the villas depending on what Villa you’re in and not accessible for anyone that has difficulties walking far distances or down steep steps. ||I have never in my 44yrs of traveling the globe written a poor review, however, this place truly deserves one. Future travelers, steer clear of Coral Estates!!

I stayed at Coral Estate Luxury Resort from June 2nd to June 5th, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We enjoyed the well-equipped room, especially the kitchen utensils that allowed us to prepare our own breakfast. The ocean view was stunning, and all the staff members were kind and welcoming.||Unfortunately, I forgot my coat in the wardrobe of the room. Since I hadn’t yet left the island, I contacted the hotel on the same day I checked out via WhatsApp to ask if it had been found, as I planned to return and pick it up.||Although the team was polite and responsive, I still haven’t received a clear answer regarding my coat, which is quite frustrating. It’s disappointing to know that something could go missing in such a short amount of time.

I went in multiple villas and which had to change multiple times. The first room was filled with stains everywhere, bugs on the bed and broken ac. The next room was better but still woke up with a giant ant crawling over me and itching constantly.

We had a very different experience than expected. ||We chose this hotel for a romantic vacation for a couple in love and with peace and quiet. ||In fact, the hotel is super quiet, the entire staff is very polite and attentive. However, the room service left a lot to be desired and we were very upset. ||In addition to the wind, there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes and the hotel does not provide any type of insect repellent (if you have allergies, do not stay at this hotel), either for you to use on your skin or leave in the socket in your room. ||Besides that, you need to eat quickly, scare away the flies and be careful not to swallow while putting the food in your mouth. This lack of hygiene on the part of the Coral Estate Hotel is very uncomfortable. ||The cleaning also left something to be desired, as the maids would wipe the food with a damp cloth, without paying much attention to small dirt, they did not clean the bathroom mirror, and one day they did not change the trash can. ||Another big problem with the hotel is that the maid would come, take away the used towels and not replace them (because the hotel didn't have clean towels), or the towels would arrive late in the afternoon and when they were replaced, they didn't put face towels, it's absurd!||Hygiene is essential, being in a hotel that makes you feel at home and want to come back doesn't apply here.||You eat flies and there are no bath towels, if you want, you can use the pool towels, which may also be missing, you know!!!||We certainly won't return to this hotel, the negative points prevailed. Unfortunately, the hotel has a lot to improve!||We don't recommend this hotel - it deserves to be two stars.

Fantastic and friendly staff. A wonderful place to stay in Curaçao if you want a quiet and refreshing time away from crowds.
