Liked: Excellent staff - really friendly and helpful. Feels like a relaxed and peaceful site and great views of the sea. Disliked: Single track road (with the odd passing place) to get to the site which made for some hairy moments in a camper van. Toilet/shower blocks badly in need of refurbishment - very old and in poor condition. Taps in toilet block all set to very hot water only.

This holiday park is situated on a beautiful loch with the most breathtaking views. As we arrived we headed to reception which also sold little bits and bobs to keep you going. A lovely lady at reception could have not been more helpful, beautiful welcome to start the holiday. We stayed in a lodge which was a 3 bed hot tub lodge with two double bedrooms and one twin. Shoutout to the cleaning staff you guys are awesome the lodge was spotless and fresh smelling as we entered, everything you needed and more lots and lots of space. We opted for this lodge as all bedrooms have an en-suite and two of the bedrooms were masters. All bedrooms had smart TVs. The holiday park itself was very well maintained and super peaceful if you would like to switch off from the world this is your highland spot. Highland cows and deer would be mooching about at different times of the day and if you were lucky to catch them. Not only did the park and lodge stand out every single member of staff were so very polite, kind and attentive. On our first day a lovely lady checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and if there was anything they could do for us and for us this is beyond words and went a very long way and meant the world they even brought our little pup a doggie bag with some lovely little gifts in, which melted our hearts. You guys are all awesome and run a fabulous peaceful gem of a place. Thank you for making our Scottish holiday so wonderful :-)

We just returned from a weekend camping. Loved the location and the campsite and bathrooms were kept really clean. Nice hot showers too. The staff was also really friendly. The campsite is on a slope, so finding a flatish area took a bit of a search. Really appreciated the wooden benches with a table. Would love to see some more in future. The drains need seriously cleaned, as the shower tub was full of water after not even a minute of showering and took forever the drain. One shower for two camping fields are also not enough (queues most of the time) and there were 2 toilets right next to the shower. Pretty horrible experience having a shower, while someone right next to you was using the toilet. Only on my last day I was told, there is another toilet block, future up the hill (from the paperwork received, it looked like that we were only allowed to use the one. For the less fit, it should be noted that the bathrooms/kitchen /dish washing area is up a steep hill and there are no water points lower down apart from the dish washing area. Otherwise a lovely campsite and we will certainly be back.

A last minute 2 night break booked with hoseasons. I was a bit sceptical about how good this would be as it's been a while since going to a holiday park and I always found them to be 'adequate'. This place however was excellent - the staff (all young) we encountered were friendly and welcoming (what a difference that makes) the lodge was of a really decent standard and very clean. Only area for improvement was the bed - a noticeable dip in the middle. Still 5 stars as everything else was excellent. The hot tub worked and was very pleasant - not the overwhelming bleach smell we've encountered before. Excellent location, you can walk from the lodges and get good views. On the first night we had a takeaway delivered as we were too shattered after a stressful journey (bad weather). That and the prosecco in the fridge. Perfect - would go back (but book direct).

If you're looking for a lodge you can be close enough to the centre if Oban but further enough to not see or hear the town (8mins by car). Have your family/friends enjoy a very clean and stocked lodge, with excellent WiFi. Stunning views. That is also dog friendly not just dog tolerant like hotels are; where the site caters for dogs with different trails, plenty of dog bins and a dog welcome pack - this is absolutely for you! We stayed for 1 week, our trip was a mix of business and leisure. I was working during the days; my job is online so I'm very dependent on good internet, and I had no internet issues even when we had a big winds n rain storm. We enjoyed a variety of on site walks/trails. The lodge was spotless when we arrived, it was warm, stocked with water, toilet rolls and towels. The showers all have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sinks have hand wash and hand cream - the hand wash smells soo good!! The ladies on reception were lovely on arrival and when leaving, this is the first time we have gone away with the dog and felt truly welcome, it was like a home from home.

Second time we have stayed in the hot tub lodges and they don't disappoint. Love the freebie extras that are included so don't have to pack towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner etc, lovely bottle of fizz in the fridge and even the dog got her own treats and towel. We love that there are 2 double bed rooms and 1 twin and that they are all ensuite. A big plus is the washer/dryer - essential for the Scottish weather. The kids loved the smart tvs so we could log into our Netflix and Disney accounts. We all enjoyed the hot tub with stunning views over Kerrara. Fabulous holiday

We’ve just returned from a lovely relaxing 4 night stay in a pod with hot tub. What a lovely tranquil little place. The view from the decking/jacuzzi in the pod was beautiful looking right over the water watching the boats going back and forth to Kerrera. The jacuzzi was lovely and clean, we found it a little hot so we called down to reception and they arrived in minutes to turn it down for us. Such friendly service. The pod itself was so cosy and nice and clean. Very well equipped. The only suggestion we would make is to put some hooks on the decking for hot tub towels and maybe some on the back of the bathroom door. We had some lovely food out and about. Our recommendations are as follows -|Cuan Mor|Green Shack for delicious fresh seafood|The Barn|Poppies for lunch|Roxys |If you venture over to Mull the food in the Tobermory hotel is delicious |Thank you to all at the Oban holiday park we didn’t want to leave

Have just stayed here for the weekend at the end of October, really friendly staff on our arrival. Shop on site for basic amenities. Gorgeous location and easy to find from Oban, we loved our quirky accommodation (Oban escape pod), very clean and tidy (there were a few white dog hairs on the black velour foot stools) but other than that we were very impressed with the modern accommodation which had everything we needed. Slight negative was the price as unfortunately I work in a school so I am limited with when I can go away, not sure if the price is slightly high for the accommodation but I guess that’s always going to my reality. Lots to do in the local areas, we loved Oban and would definitely stay in this site again.
