Ocean 7 Rooftop Bar and Grill

My friends and I went to have a girl's night out. We got to the restaurant about 9pm. We got seated very quickly. The music was nice and the ambiance ok. Our problem was the time it took for us to get the food. We waited for nearly two hours before getting the food. When the food came, the fries were cold. I ordered fish and chips, and honestly, I didn't like it. That's definitely a kid's meal.

Ocean 7 Bar and Grill offered me a mixed experience. On the positive side, Sash, my server, provided excellent service—friendly and attentive throughout the meal. My jerk chicken had a nice presentation, but it was just okay in taste, lacking the spice I was hoping for. On the other hand, my amaretto sour tasted great and was a highlight of the meal.The balcony view was absolutely stunning and made for a great backdrop, but the wobbly tables and weathered tabletops definitely detracted from the overall ambiance. It’s a place with potential, but it could use a few improvements to really shine. The combination of great service and beautiful views makes it worth a visit, but I hope they work on refining the details to enhance the dining experience.

I went here twice and it was so good. (Would go back)The first time I went I got outdoors. Outdoors is so tranquil, you just sit and listen to the waves crashing onto the wall. The music was delite. The food was absolutely good, prepared with love. Sending my regards to the chef. My waiter was theee best she made sure everything was alright and her attitude towards customers is awesome. She was so nice that i had to help her with the plates. While eating we saw a party on a yacht, they were vibing. Five stars highly recommended for late night dates. Chefs kiss.

Coordinating with the team at Ocean 7 for a birthday dinner was a great experience! From the booking of the reservation to the day on the event there’s nothing more I could ask for. The waiter and supervisor on duty were exceptional and went above and beyond for us. Overall, I would recommend, whether it’s for a birthday dinner or an evening out.

That sunset view was amazing...... There was something a bit overpowering in the steak, but it was still delish. Everything else was on point. I don't remember the name of my server, but my server was great.... Always checking on us and smiling.

This place is awful. I would give zero stars if I could. Took my team and clients here for a celebratory dinner for a job well done. Awful decision. We were seated and waited about 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. I decided to order a few apps, to make sure people weren't sitting hungry while waiting on their main courses. I tried to order one of everything, but 3 things weren't even available. Not a big deal. After another 25 minutes, the apps started coming out. 3 hit the table and the waiter came by and started grabbing the menus and walking away. I stopped him and said that we wanted to order food. He was clearly annoyed by this and reluctantly gathered the orders from a few folks at the table, then went to the other side and grabbed their menus and started walking away. One of my party stopped him and asked him to take their orders. He did, but was ready to leave. 30 minutes later, food started showing up. After about 10 minutes of going back and forth, the waiter had delivered 7 main courses and left my highest ranking and most important client sitting there with no food. We waited about 5 minutes and had to flag him down to get her meal. It took another 15 minutes for her to get a plate of nasty looking fish and fries. She ate one bite and was done. Finally, I waved down the waiter and asked for the tab. He gave me the check, took my card and immediately asked that I tip him. Before I could even look at the receipt. I said I wanted the receipt and he again told me to tip and sign, so I grabbed the ticket from him to see what we were charged. He left the fish and chips on, even after my client was served late and clearly was disgusted by the food. He couldn't have cared less about our thoughts on the service of the meal. I reluctantly tipped him 10% and we were ready to go. That's when he came over and asked if I still wanted the 16 wings that I ordered as an appetizer, an hour+ earlier. I said yes and took them back to the hotel, thinking that it might be a good snack for later. Damn was I wrong. Worst wings I've ever had in my life. Soggy, undercooked and the sauce was gross. This was by far the worst dining experience I've had in years. I would never step foot in this establishment again. I can only hope that people can read this review before going here. I would never waste another penny here. That server is worthless and should find a new line of business. Absolutely awful. Don't go here.

The worst experience ever! I just came back from the restaurant. It's now 11:30pm, I got to the restaurant at 9:30pm.We were meeting our traveling companions who had arrived earlier and had already placed their orders. Some of the food was served by the time we arrived. After waiting a considerable amount of time, we requested menus and placed our orders, however we never received any silverware. They eventually bought out our drinks but it took an hour and a half for the food to arrive for only two of the three remaining members of my party. By then then the rest of the group had eaten and left and it was so late that I requested two takeaway boxes since my third friend still had not received her order. He returned with three boxes! When I received my food the fries were cold and unseasoned and the shrimp was rubbery and unpalatable. My third friend's food took another half hour and was breast and wing although she ordered leg and thigh. When we asked for cutlery we received a plastic fork! We didn't even get a receipt. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and the food.As tourists we were looking forward to the experience but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I had to throw it out

This Cozy little place is located on the outskirts on the Ocean front in the heart of Downtown Kingston the atmosphere is warm inviting and tranquil, and what gives this feeling even though the police👮‍♂️station is a stone throw away literally, and NO it’s not the police 👮🏼‍♀️ presence because there’s isn’t any, well not that I could see. It just feels safe and after dinner you can explore the harbor with peace of mind even the one and two mad people you may see they don’t even bother you. Now on to the dining I had the 1/3lbs tenderloin with mashed potatoes and steam carrots and string beans. There was also the Deep fried fish served with sweet fried potatoes. I was given the blue Hawaiian it’s made with a splash of vodka blue syrup and something something I don’t drink, but I did hole my liquor 🍸 that night lol 😂. The staffs are so very nice and very attentive to your needs. I am giving them 100 💯 I was very satisfied will be going back.
