Ocean 7 Rooftop Bar and Grill

It may have been a busy night but the staff was attentive and helpful. Been here more than once and had a pleasant time and tasty food during all the instances. The experience of eating on the rooftop mid to late afternoon or at night can be chilly so bring a jacket. During the day you’re fine. The cocktails aren’t the sweetest but they are strong. It’s affordable and the ambience is decent. Friendly, caring staff and good portions with a beautiful view— it’s a good spot for a night out.

I went with my family to celebrate my stepmother's birthday. The ambiance was great, and we enjoyed ourselves while waiting for the food. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. However, the steamed fish with bammy that we ordered was too salty. On the other hand, my relatives mentioned that the fried fish had no salt.

Went with the family for a meal on a Saturday. Got there at around 7:40pm. There was around four other table so it wasn't very busy. Half of what we wanted we were told that it was not ready and wouldn't be ready for an hour. We went with what was meant to be ready. We waited for over 1 1/2hrs to get our food. And thats after I started complaining about not coming back and getting ready to leave. My 11 year old daughter who was waiting on tenders was then told after all that time waiting for her food that it was not available. Our wings came and they were cold. The only thing good about this place is the location and the environment The works were nice but definitely seems like they need more training. The running of this place is definitely NOT being managed properly! I definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend unless it's being run under different oweners/ management.

We arrived on a Saturday night at 19.30. There was probably around 3 other tables when we arrived. We waited 1hr 35mins before part of our meals arrived. Food was great but the wait was absolutely unacceptable for a weekend night when it was not busy. Service people were nice too. Excuses were that chicken tenders were holding up the order for THAT long apparently. No discount or anything to compensate given. Would not recommend if you want a timely meal. Especially for the prices!!

My friends and I went to have a girl's night out. We got to the restaurant about 9pm. We got seated very quickly. The music was nice and the ambiance ok. Our problem was the time it took for us to get the food. We waited for nearly two hours before getting the food. When the food came, the fries were cold. I ordered fish and chips, and honestly, I didn't like it. That's definitely a kid's meal.

Ocean 7 Bar and Grill offered me a mixed experience. On the positive side, Sash, my server, provided excellent service—friendly and attentive throughout the meal. My jerk chicken had a nice presentation, but it was just okay in taste, lacking the spice I was hoping for. On the other hand, my amaretto sour tasted great and was a highlight of the meal.The balcony view was absolutely stunning and made for a great backdrop, but the wobbly tables and weathered tabletops definitely detracted from the overall ambiance. It’s a place with potential, but it could use a few improvements to really shine. The combination of great service and beautiful views makes it worth a visit, but I hope they work on refining the details to enhance the dining experience.

So I am currently here at this restaurant and I find the food and service to be very slack. A group of us here and in our party are older folks who waited over a hour for their food. We kept being told that the seafood platter would be out in a few. Almost a hour and half later. One guest found a fly in her beverage and another found plastic in her food. I don’t know who manages this restaurant but this is my first and last time here. They need to step up their game! I won’t be back! Avoid this restaurant. Not even a last resort.

The food was really good! Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Definitely a spot I’d visit again.
