"Opened in late 2018, Ocean at Main is new to the Laguna restaurant scene, but already a favorite for California coastal cuisine. Here, chef Craig Strong, who earned a Michelin star during his time at The Langham Huntington hotel in Pasadena, offers a taste of Southern California with dishes like chilled oysters, heirloom tomato and compressed watermelon salad, and pressed organic chicken with farro, broccolini, and carrot puree. Long time Laguna residents... first time at Ocean at Main! So happy with everything... the service was exceptional and the food amazingly delicious. I highly recommend the lobster fettuccine. Such a fun and great restaurant for any occasion. It was my 30 year anniversary and I could not of been happier, the food and atmosphere here is incredible. Easy 5 stars

This is a great new addition to the Laguna dinning scene. Great food, really well done. I loved the ambience even though recently renovated it still has historic touches that tell a story of the old Laguna beach. Definitely a must try!

We came here for our sixth anniversary. The food is pretty tasty and the service was great from our waiter Zack. We loved the Mediterranean artichoke dip and the endive and pear salad. The chipotle chicken pizza had very little flavor and next to no chicken, but they graciously swapped it out for the shrimp and grits with crunchy bits, which was very good.

Great place! Former long-time head chef down the street at Montage, now running his own place. Congrats, because this place is a home run. Certainly one of the best dining experiences around.
The room is open and very comfortable. The service is professional, personable and very attentive. The food is seriously out of this world. Great salads, homemade pizza and pastas, all high end, are done really well. Seafood is very present, but I had the pork and loved it.
This may be the best overall restaurant in Laguna right now... Pretty much a perfect night out.

My wife and I were looking for a nice place for an intimate dinner and thought this restaurant looked good. We were a bit under-dressed, but we're greeted warmly and seated promptly.
The service was great - friendly but not overly familiar, prompt and attentive. The food was excellent! We shared the octopus appetizer on the recommendation of our server, and it was superb. My wife had the Hawaiian prawn and potato soup, and it was excellent. She thought her beet salad was only okay, but my turkey sausage pizza was very good.
All in all, we thought the food was excellent, and we would definitely eat there again if we were looking for something special. The only negative I can think of is that the wine list is pretty expensive.

This place is amazing! I went to have brunch here and it was a hidden gem. The bottomless mimosas were perfect and the Eggs Benedict was delicious. The staff was great! Our server Tori was so nice and friendly. She helped make our brunch perfect!

Can't say enough about the quality of the food and atmosphere. TIP, If you're a fan... add the shaved truffle to the risotto. The desserts were all outstanding. The spice cake is a must try. Our server(Torri) was gracious and attentive. So glad Taverna is gone. Ocean at Main is a delight and welcome to stay.

Absolutely excellent food from start to finish. Great atmosphere. Our server Tyler and the entire staff were exceptional. We have been dining at the Montage for years while Chef Craig Strong was the executive chef. So excited he has his own restaurant. Chef always prepares amazing dishes. Highly recommend. We will be returning again and again.
