Ocean Beach Hotel

I picked this hotel because it was an ideal location for me and I was able to walk to where I needed to be each day, so I didn't need a rental car for 4 days!||The rooms were warm, beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy -definitely value for money and provided the basics. They can only fit so much into a room and provide the basics for what you're paying per night. ||The bar itself was great, loyal locals, typical pub food, and nice warm fire. I spent a few hours based in here doing my work and it was just fine.||If you want all the bells and whistles, go somewhere else and pay more. Reviewers that knock these sort of places need to realistic about what to expect, or go and pay more and stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed my One night stay as it was cheap, convenient and comfortable. I arrived prepared after hearing and reading reviews and it was a great place to rest,relax and recharge the batteries while watching TV. Nice cosy bed's and a fantastic water pressured shower.

Last minute booking and resulted in the best choice I made. Quality place with staff hospitality. Bedroom and facility were all there, and warm during cold temp at night time. Beach nearby to go for a walk there, beautiful view. |Appreciate and I recommend this place.||Cheers|Pate

Great budget accommodation, very handy to Larnachs Castle and city centre, etc. comfortable beds. Kept warm with the heat pump and staff and owner were friendly. Rooms are serviced daily.I recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting reasonably priced accommodation but still a great location.

We both enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Beach Hotel.|The food in the bar was very good|The environment was very comfortable and friendly|Our room was very good and the bed was very comfortable. |I would suggest two improvements:|(1) The toilet cistern needs to have a hush kit fitted |(2) The TV was very difficult to use

Wonderful hosts and very helpful when we arrived and needed to check in early, room was comfortable just needed another chair so we could both sit down without sitting on the bed. The room was clean tidy and the added bonus of a heat pump was awesome.

Good location, very friendly and efficient service, comfortable bed, plenty of parking, very good shower. Bar with nice atmosphere and good food. I had a very enjoyable stay, thank you. Your staff were especially friendly and helpful. A heater in the outdoor area would be great for us Aucklanders!

the room was very clean and comfortable ,the only thing that was missing milk in the fridge,and a container for rubbish.but we had a great night in the bar and a lovely meal all at very reasonable prices. So thank you and the staff for a very enjoyable night.
