Ocean Grove Pier

The pier at Ocean Grove Beach is a very nice addition to the Jersey Shore. It's funny because one feels a slight vibration of movement when people walk around the tip of the pier but nothing when the waves break on the pilings below. Benches are comfortable and plentiful. Perfect for viewing dolphins and whales.

The ocean is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful in all ways.. the water is clear and nice. The beach is clean and the people are really nice. There is a snack stand right on the beach. Enjoy coffee. Smoothies. Ice cream. Etc.and more. There pier is so beautiful. Beautiful walk and stunning view when it’s sunset. Definitely worth visiting at least once in New Jersey. Board walk is so nice and smooth. Able to use wheelchair and handicap accessible. Bathrooms and checkin is easy and cost for the. Each is $12.00 per person kids under 7 I are Free. Enjoy a day or a weekend at Ocean grove beach. The homes all around are so vibrant and old style victorian homes. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

If you feel like having some time by yourself. I highly recommend 👌 So peaceful and the sky view is amazing. However it moves a lot when the waves hit it.

Cushing Grove pier is one of my favorite spots along the Jersey shore. You can actually see the ocean. However, recently the pier has been cut in half they have blocked you off the new peer extension. It's been closed for a long time now. Very disappointing because when the entire pier was open it was great!

It’s an ok place. Nice boardwalk area. Not much food options close to beach.

No beach pass needed to walk out on the pier. Last 100 feet closed due to structural issues.

OCEAN GROVE: the town has a Christian cross-shaped pier that opened about a year ago and has been closed since December 2023 due to a structure issue. It replaced a pier that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and is still worth taking a look while out in the town. We hope repairs are made and the pier reopens. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach and boardwalk during the off-season, October 1st through May 1st.

Beautiful and newly rebuilt Ocean Grove Pier. No longer an exclusive fishing pier and it welcomes all. Beautiful views in every direction with a little sway from the occasional wave. The original had its place but the newest version will become a place of calm or whatever you want it to be. I've been coming here for over 40 years so it has a special place in my life. I hope it serves everyone as well as it has for me and countless others.
