"Homegrown Amusement There's no better way to chase the sweltering Hong Kong summer heat than at the homegrown Ocean Park. At the Waterfront is Aqua City, where you'll find an Old Hong Kong town, perfect for capturing those holiday photos. By night, cool down with the Symbio water show at the Lagoon. Make sure to see An An and Jia Jia, the park's treasured giant pandas, in their habitat. Take the cable car up to the summit for some hair-raising rides and to say hello to the resident marine animals. Hop from the Arctic to the Rainforest to say hello to more creatures. Need to refuel? Tuxedos Restaurant will let you dine in full view of penguins frolicking about. There are vast options for the whole family for a day of pure summer fun."

Ocean Park Hong Kong is a great mix of fun, nature, and nostalgia. We visited in July 2025 with family, including a 4-year-old, and had a blast. The park is huge and split into two zones — the Waterfront and the Summit — connected by a scenic cable car and a fast train called the Ocean Express. The cable car ride alone is worth it for the views! The aquarium at Aqua City is genuinely impressive, and Whiskers Harbour is perfect for kids with gentle rides and animal encounters. For thrill-seekers, rides like Hair Raiser at the Summit are intense — not for the faint-hearted. What we didn’t love: food was overpriced and very average. Also, expect a lot of walking and some long queues in the afternoon. But if you arrive early and plan well, you’ll cover the highlights. Overall, Ocean Park isn’t just about rides — it’s educational, scenic, and has something for every age. It’s less flashy than Disneyland but more grounded and chill. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Hong Kong with family.

Hong Kong Ocean Park is one of the highlights of our trip and I personally didn't regret visiting the place rather than Disneyland. My friends and I were so lucky to see the sloth, panda, and the arctic fox up close. We also tried a couple of their rides which we really enjoyed. The place is perfect especially for people who have motion sickness as the place has a variety of activities to enjoy. I would love to go back here with my family next time.

Google
What a hidden gem. This is a zoo and a theme park combined into one. The cost is $60USD for adults. Little less for kids, but once you're in, all the rides and exhibits are free - even the cable cars. You can buy a time ticket to see the Panda cubs, but the standard line moves quickly. There are two exhibits to see pandas. Monkeys, pandas, meerkat, tortoises, and birds are in the lower complex. Take the marine express or cable cars up the mountain to see penguins, seals, walrus, and few more up top. Larger rides are up the mountain, rides for little ones are in Whiskers Harbor. Restaurants and fast food options are abundant. Cute gift shops. To me, prices are reasonable. It was not crowded at all when I went. Staff can speak English and the signs are also in English; super helpful. Highly recommend

I had a great memory about this place so we were there again this year in 2025. To say compared to Disney theme park, it’s a little bit old and outdated and require quite a lot of maintenance. From the general paint of the buildings to the aquarium itself personally I think it needs a huge update.

Google
Great place to visit with kids. Apart from visiting aquariums & animals, there are many rides to enjoy. In the evening, there is an interesting light show too. You might qualify for 1 free entry ticket on your birthday, need to register online before you pick up the free ticket.

Google
Ocean park often get compared to Disneyland though ocean park and Disneyland are completely different in their own ways . Visiting ocean park was a fun and adventurous experience , my fill for thrilling rides was satisfied, the variety of entertainment such as the zoo with pandas and other asiatic animals such as the dolphin show also the aquarium is a must while visiting , the thrilling rides with their own theme .It's pretty cheap too for what it offers. Recommend visiting this theme park

Google
Awesome!!! I have no words to explain how happy i was when we visited. First, the place is huge!! With different levels and sections so be sure to grab a trusty map before you head off. The place immaculately clean while the staff very friendly and accommodating. There are signs everywhere and plenty of seating so you can rest. The bathrooms are quite far from each other so make the most of your breaks! Also, the convenient train takes you from the rainforest to the other words so use it! We ate at the restaurant near the penguin area, the food was pricey but worth it! Tipsss: Book via Klook to get discounts! Get a park guide where you can get it stamped in different areas. This is a great souvenir. Also, wear good shoes as you'll be doing A LOT of walking.

Yelp
Pandas and sharks and roller coasters and bumper cars and owls and an epic sky ride and old signs and offal oh my....no one thing is the "best of its kind" but when all combined at a fair price with easy access via MTR Ocean Park is definitely worth a half-day visit.

Yelp
First time visiting in about a decade, and first time visiting with a toddler. Coming from the states, tickets are a lot cheaper ($50 USD) and way less crowded. There was literally no wait throughout. I heard that it was close to being closed during the Pandemic so I'm happy that it pulled through. Think of the park as part aquarium/zoo and part Six Flags. The Grand Aquarium and Shark Mystique were favorites. A lot of the thrill rides are outdoors and prone to closing depending on the weather so keep that in mind when deciding when to come if it's rainy/windy. If you are coming with a stroller, be aware that the Summit portion is super hilly. The signage throughout the park could be improved as well as when rides open/close. Can spend anywhere from 1/2 to a full day here.

Yelp
There's a MTR station within steps from the park's entrance which makes this place really convenient to visit. I visited on a weekday and was one of the first to gain entry inside. The the first hour or so it was like visiting an abandoned amusement park and having it all to myself. The first thing I did was take the cable car to the other side. Parts of it got kind of scary because it would shake and make screeching noises. The park has rides, carnival games, aquariums, animal viewing areas, and great views of the surrounding area. Food and beverages were standard theme park pricing meaning more expensive than on the outside. It was great to see pandas and red pandas in real life.

Yelp
Packed with a bunch of really unruly tourists, iykyk. Go early and its a better experience! i tried the pizza near the entrance it was nice! Couldnt see pandas cuz it was closed bc panda had a baby but overall decent experience beside those bad tourists lol

Yelp
The first things I learned about Ocean Park is that it is more worth going to than Hong Kong Disneyland. It had been on my bucket list for Hong Kong for over a year, and I was finally able to go with some of my coworkers. Before my trip, my work supervisor warned me that Ocean Park was "too shiny." I at first had no reference point or any idea what she meant by that. Going to Ocean Park on a Thursday morning in May, we quickly realized how blinding on the reflective surfaces are. A lot of metal has been used to construct this particular amusement park, which makes it structurally sound but also a leading culprit for the early onset of cataracts for many Hongkongers. You've been duly warned: bring and wear sunglasses. If you're from Southern California like I am, the closest reference point to me would be Sea World in San Diego. Lots of aquariums and other wild animal enclosures, some rollercoaster rides, a lot of places to take pictures. I loved every minute of it. I was very thankful to all the animals I got to see, whether it were the jellyfish, the sharks, the meerkats, the goldfish, the red pandas, the koalas, and especially the walruses. And never would I have imagined being able to go to an amusement park on a working Thursday.

Yelp
We had a great time at the park. Not very crowded on a Friday afternoon, short waiting time on most of the rides. One of the most iconic places in HK. Highly recommend

Yelp
We went in late July when temps were 33C. Hot and humid with mutant sized bees, ants at every sitting spot and left with multiple mosquito bites that swelled up for everyone in our party. For those with littles, keep in mind that height & age restrictions were pretty high for many of the rides, which meant that my 7yo, who is used to being able to ride most of all the rides at Disneyland, wasn't able to do much other than Arctic Blast and the simpler carousel rides, etc. Even the bumper cars were off limits, as this had a 8yo age restriction. My 10yo daughter likes thrill rides, but the only one she went on was Arctic Blast, as the other rides were either closed or too tall/heavy for at least one person in our party. She wasn't a big fan of the Dolphin Show, as a lot of it was talking and my daughters can't understand Cantonese or Mandarin. There wasn't a lot of outside fans/mist/AC, so the walking part of the trip was uncomfortable. There were some positives, however. The bathrooms were immaculately clean and we enjoyed many of the animal exhibits. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the cable car ride. Transportation there is really convenient with a direct MTR stop. It might have been a much better experience if the park offered more indoor seating options for the food kiosks and did something about the bugs/bees.

Yelp
It's different to the adventure parks I'm use to in the UK and USA but its a beautiful theme park which includes an iconic Marine Land, giant pandas, red pandas and Otters. I had an amazing time especially riding the cable car! It's the ideal way to get between the Waterfront and the Summit during the heat and humidity. The views of the sea, sky and surrounding hills are amazing and make a great backdrop for photos! Ocean Park just opened its new Water World! Go check it out!

Yelp
Subject: Sadness from disability on March 20, 2023 - ocean park, Labor & welfare dept We are a family with 2 disabilities sisters and 78 yrs old mom access with wheelchair, it's not easy to get everywhere in Hong Kong, we are experienced very disappointed on ocean park on March 20. One of my sister have been confirmed as disability with cancer few yrs ago, still under target treatment every 3 weeks, her doctor in QE already requested welfare Dept to renew her disability benefits recently, however there is no instruction from L&WD about she needs to fill up document to renew her disability card. Yesterday we tried to get some fun at ocean park, but ocean park staffs from ticket office and information center said her card was expired, she and I had to pay full price. We called to welfare Dept at 23432255 and L&WD at 21809384 but no help, they refused to approve the fact. I decided to go home as no fun at all, but mom said 珍惜活在當下 being together, so we paid full price to continue our journey there. Honestly ocean park runs down and closed many attractions since covid, it's not worth to visit again. We can say, there are many problems between all related govn't depts and ocean park, potentially races based on disability as well. We hope nobody can experience something like us in future.

Yelp
I had a great time here! I actually liked ocean park more than Disney. Although, there were waits for rides here, I felt that they moved a lot faster than the lines at disney. The games were also really fun and priced well. We played the basketball game and the basket toss. We went home with an armful of plushies! The show was okay, storyline was focused on teaching visitors to care for our sea wild life by not polluting the waters with our trash. I enjoyed the rides more than the show. Animal and sea animals exhibits were okay, you can find more impressive fish and jelly fish at the Monterey bay aquarium. The best ride was the mine carts, we opted for no VR so we could enjoy the view. The ride is built along side the water so you get an amazing view of the ocean. The cable cars were also great as they give you this amazing scenic ride as you travel from one side of the park to the other. The park itself is built on a mountain on opposite sides, the middle is all forest and greenery. If you're in Hong Kong for multiple days, I highly recommend spending a day here.

Yelp
A local long standing amusement park on the southern part of Hong Kong island with a zoo and aquarium. My favorite is viewing the pandas. With every visit to HK I have visited Ocean Park since childhood and never grown weary. The views are amazing. Hot air balloon enable beautiful view of HK island and cable car ride to access the other end of the park. Price is somewhat less than its competitor HK Disneyland and contains more rides and activities. Ocean Park is accessible by CityBus 629 at Admiralty station. Nota bene: Admission for the birthday one is free with proof of HKID on your actual birthday day.

Yelp
Use online booking to skip the lines at the gate but DON'T buy the meal option. You have a separate menu that is small and has few choices if you do. Also, spring for the Fast track if you are going on rides. It's worth it esp in HK broiling sun (in October). If not, bring a hat or spring for one of those uv umbrellas. It's hot out there Get up early and go as soon as the park opens. You will thank me. Go immediately to the cable car and go to the polar exhibits. The line gets really long really fast. The cable car a testament to Chinese engineering - just the cable car is at least 1 mile and there are literally a gazillion cars on each cable. If you don't use the cable care, taking the Ocean express goes through the mountain-seriously for a theme park. Edmonton can't get its LRT to run and Toronto's GO train stops when it's too hot or too cold cuz the rails bend. And Hong Kong drills a tunnel for a train at a theme park. We can learn from HK. Anyway, great panda, seal and penguin exhibit. Aquarium was striking. There are tons of rides available.

Yelp
This is a must visit adventure park for families with young kids. Yes, there's Disney Hong Kong, but it's the same every where. Ocean Park has kept reinventing itself and built many more attractions since I was last here, and the best part is that, it totally has the Hong Kong flavor to it. There's the old Hong Kong street where you get to try the Hong Kong specialty snake food. Oh... did you know that you can also see PANDAS here! Cray cray!!! As if that's not enough, they also have a park for little kiddies and a more adrenaline rush rides for older teens. Wait, there's also the sea life park where you can enjoy a dolphins show and has its own aquarium. Seriously they have something for everyone of all ages.

Yelp
Here it is my 500th review! I was debating about the place I wanted to write about. Ultimately, it came down to Ocean Park. They will make 40 years next year in Hong Kong. It's one of the most popular tourist attractions. Many have said that it's better than the Hong Kong Disneyland, which made 10 years this year. Ocean Park is a lot of fun. They have many different rides as well as animals. It's kind of a amusement park/zoo. I saw my first panda bear. They have this area that was full of beautiful gold fishes. My favorite had to be the penguin exhibit. They had so many penguins in and out of the water. We also enjoyed their dolphin show. Don't miss it! They had a ton of rides. There was a huge, scary, roller coaster that I didn't go on. People seemed to enjoy the river rafting ride. I just rode the ferris wheel, which had a very nice view. Ocean Park consists of two parts. When you pass through the entrance, you're at the bottom part. To get to the upper part, you take the cable cars or railway cars. I prefer the cable cars because you get to see the beautiful scenery. It is a little scary when you're in the car and it's dangling from so high up. The only thing that sucked for me was the food. It was horrendous. I got a chili dog and onion rings. I just ate the dog because the bun was hard. The onion rings were stale, soggy, and cold. Everyone complained about their food. I guess people don't go there to eat. From what I saw, the place is under heavy construction. They are currently building a hotel and more rides. I can't wait to go back when it's done.

Yelp
I've been to Sea World and Disneyland in my lifetime, but I won't use them as comparisons. However, that being said, Ocean Park has its strengths and weaknesses. Perhaps now having to compete with Disneyland, Ocean Park is more than just fish. It's a diversified amusement park with elements that Disney doesn't focus as much. There are various wild land animals, along with the extensive collection of sea creatures. However, there are rides, shows, and a part of the park that recreates old Hong Kong. The old Hong Kong part was kinda nice for a non-resident like me. The first part of the park emits this loud music from speakers that tries to exude an epic feel to the experience. It sounded like I was in Jurassic Park or something. I was waiting for the $h!t to hit the fan, a dinosaur breaking out of its cage, and me having to utilize my best Owen Grady (which won't be nearly enough). The music was just weird for me. The gondola ride to the other side of the park is scary as heck for someone scared of heights but it's a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. There are a variety of food options but expect, like every other theme park, said food to be overpriced. The place I went to, Tuxedos, was decent and had sizable portions.

Yelp
Hk Disney over Ocean Park any day. It's my 3rd visit to OP and I'm set on never coming back again. The volunteers at the zoo section are fantastic so I want to give a shout out to them especially in the panda exhibit. They are great with kids. There's always a fight breaking out in OP between tourists and local Hong Kongers over line cutting. Their staff never policies it. They are also extremely understaffed vs Disney. It's a madhouse. The Klook App gets you a discount, but there's also Scalpers near the entrance that offer you discounted tickets. I saw a man buy it and he was able to get in. Overall, Ocean Park needs to take responsibility for not having enough staff handling disputes and policing line cutting. It's a terrible sight and experience for locals and also people visiting Hk because they think everyone just cuts in line. A tourist shoved my nephew so he could run as fast as he could through the line. Another lady started yelling at my family in the taxi line because she had a bad day and everyone was cutting her. No clue why she decided to take it out on us, but the staff just ignored her cursing at everyone.

Yelp
Sighs....where do I even begin... I simply do not have much to Yelp about so here is a bullet pointed review: Month and year of visitation: February 2015 Reason for visiting: We wanted to see how it compares to Seaworld. Ease of transportation to get there: Fair. Do you research on map instructions before you go. It will make your life a lot easier. Pros: - Able to purchase tickets at 7 Eleven - Cable cars - Ocean tower provides a 360 view of the park and surrounding areas - Small section of roller coaster rides Cons: - Show times are poorly coordinated - Shows are very amateur and boring - Lots of uphill walking - Poorly labeled signs for different attractions - They did not even have black and white pandas during our visit. They had a red panda which looked like a fox (jipped) - Food is overpriced and not appetizing Cleanliness: - Fair Friendliness of park staff: - Between fair and poor. The honestly couldn't care less about what you think. Would I recommend it to a friend: No. Visit a Seaworld location in the States instead.

Yelp
This place was awesome! Visited Ocean Park during my two week business trip to Kowloon for Go-Live training back in August of 2013. The park was massive, where I had to take cable cars from one area to another, and an underground train to access other areas of the park. Full day spent here and it was an amazing experience. My favorites were the panda exhibits and sea lion show. Got ot ride a roller coaster, saw penguins, jellyfish, and an acrobat show with wall climbers being belayed. Really hoping I can return again someday! Best, Charlie

Yelp
Honestly had an amazinggg time here i am so glad my bf and i went instead of disneyland (since we got it in the US anyways figured i didn't miss much) If you're looking for a mix between amusement park and seaworld think aquarium this is the place to go! If you're looking for huge rollercoasters you may be disappointed but it was very cute and just enough since my bf doesn't like rollercoasters much anyways but i like them. They have the basics like 2 rollercoasters (hair raiser i think it is was awesomeee and max 10min wait; a little scary since its all over concrete but it was fine) and a drop ride. I hate these but it wasn't too high and a sickkk view of the end of the island. Check out the gondola or 'ship' tram ride its cute and it'll get you other parts of the park. We watched some of the shows which were definitely geared towards kids but we watched them anyways to see some animals or acrobatics. Went to see the artic animals as well and i've never seen animals so awake and lively which was super refreshing! They didn't look as miserable or sleeping and immobile all day. Best part of the day was the carnival games! Bf won us 2 jumbo chickens and what i call a 'soot' ball like in spirited away. If you're good at basketball PLAY THIS GAME the hoops are much closer and you can win more than one prize unlike in the US. they will allow you to continue playing as well to win the jumbo ex. if you get 8 you can keep going to get to 12 for i think the large and 16 balls in for a jumbo! They're not the cheapest games but depending on what you play you should be able to win an adorable prize and souvenir since it has the ocean park logo on it! Wanted to win a narwal or beer bottle but next time. Went on a weekday too i read online not to go during the weekends because it is packed. Definitely wasn't too crowded and spent a good 5 hours there probably could've been less but we kept playing games.

Yelp
Honestly, I thought Ocean Park was better than Disneyland HK. OP has been around since I was a little kid and had years upon years to improve the park. Disneyland HK has only been about for about 13-14 years and are still making improvements. OP is also an amusement park, a semi zoo, an aquarium all put into one. The place is beautiful. Once you get here, take a little time to say hello to Mr. Panda and the little red panda, super cute. The park itself is divided in two parts, with the majority of the rides at another location. It takes a tunnel train ride or a skyline gondola to get to the other side. I recommend the gondola if you are not deathly scared of heights. The Skyline ride is almost worth the price of admission, ride it during the day to enjoy the view of the ocean. Ride it again at night is a must as well, the skylight is awesome. The rest of the rides are Ok, they are not the best in the world by any standard, but they are still pretty fun. One of the fun things if you are into it, is they will take pictures of you right away before the ride starts, and have it printed and ready for your purchase of your ride pictures by the time the ride is over. We were suckered into a couple of them ourselves. Check out the prize games, again, suckered into plenty of those. At the end of the day, I got a giant bag of toys for the bus/train ride back to the hotel. There is also a little section call old Hong Kong, a must to check out. No rides or anything, just really fun pic opportunities. Overall, fun, fun time.

Yelp
Like my boyfriend's aunt said, this is a must go for a tourist. And if you get here early enough, you will beat the crowds to go to the great aquarium (alas, I wasn't smart enough to do it and had to wait on a long line full of impatient people). I came when the cable cars weren't working so THAT SUCKED -- under maintenance. Anyway, I loved coming here. I especially loved the goldfish portion.

Yelp
I am 44, no kids, married and I thought this amusement park with thousands of tourists from mainland China and a billion kids about was the absolute bomb!!! I love Ocean Park! Well manicured, beautifully scenic, really clean, over a vast amount of space, tons of variety for all ages and interests, endless options on food, educationally interesting at every turn...I think Ocean Park puts Disneyland to shame! I did not expect to be as impressed as I was. If given a choice to go to one or the other, Ocean Park, hands down, would be my vote. FAST PASS!: Ditto on any other YELP review and the positive things they say, my only add would be about the Fast Pass. Now an Ocean Park ticket will set you back a few bills, but buying the Fast Pass separate ticket was really a big part of our positive experience. Maybe during the shoulder seasons when they are not so busy, the Fast Pass would not make a difference, but it made a huge difference to us in the busy month of July during our visit to Ocean Park. The Fast Pass is an extra item you can buy the day you walk into the park. There are reps all over to sell it to you. It allows you to use the Fast Pass a total of 7 times that day on a limited amount of rides/attractions, but not all of them. Because the crowds were so heavy, we basically only went to the attractions in which the Fast Pass was an option (they are noted on the park map). Some of the rides, there might be a 20-50 minute wait. So let me see...wait 50 minutes in the blazing sun for this ride or skip to the front of the line to go on another ride? The answer was obvious to me. Fast Pass was a worthy purchase for us to avoid some lines. I love riding the cable car from one side of the park to the other (so beautifully scenic!) and we used the Fast Pass for the cable car twice and probably saved ourselves an hour+ wait. We had an absolute great time at Ocean Park!!!

Yelp
Visited Ocean Park with a friend after deciding we'd drop the 400+ (I forget, but I think it was 438) HKD to go to this place. A hefty amount, but like other reviewers said, it's an amusement park and a zoo and an aquarium all put together. Definitely go straight to the cable cars for the rides on top of the mountain so you don't have to wait during the heat of midday. Then, make your way down to the exhibitions and shows and finally the Grand Aquarium at the bottom. Rides: The rides were okay but after coming from Shanghai Disneyland, they were very underwhelming. That said, I never waited for more than 15 minutes at a ride so it was a breeze. Favorite was the Flash (you can get an incredible view when you're at the top), least favorite was the Dragon (actually the most uncomfortable ride ever... I'm pretty sure I lost a ton of brain cells because my head bounced around so much to the point my cartilage piercing started bleeding). I went on January 5th so unfortunately a lot of big rides were under construction so I feel like I didn't get all my money's worth. The rest: The animals and shows were pretty great actually. You can tell the trainer's love the animals and take good care of them. The whole park has a big emphasis on wildlife and environmental conservation and I feel like that message is so important these days. The park was also recently renovated so it's very clean and fun.

Yelp
The ticket is pricey-and from what the SCMP says will get pricier next year but if you think about it, it's an aquarium, a zoo and an amusement park all rolled into one and paying 385HKD is a remarkably good deal. The lines here are long, but they move pretty quickly. The non ride attractions aren't crowded and there are PANDAS! You may not like pandas, but I do and being able to see them, like it's no big deal, is a pretty big deal to me. On top of that the live dolphin show is pretty fun and the Halloween stuff they do is pretty interactive-there's definitely not as much restrictions on park employees being able to touch guests here and it's fun to watch people jump.

Yelp
So what they have a panda bear. I've been to Cheng Du and have actually held a panda bear, and have been to the Washington DC zoo where they too have panda bears to see. Tourists go crazy over the fact that they have animals here. I guess when you're in Hong Kong this is the closest thing to a zoo that you'll find. Oh, and some rides. Very boring rides. I feel like I'm in someone's backyard birthday party. Came here for Halloween since they had the special haunted sections where they scare you, and I was still equally bored. The only reason this place is crowded my mom and uncle say is that thy get in free for being a senior citizen. Hence that's why there are people here. It gives them some place to be. Yet for my brother, cousins, and I we were so bored. Hardly any rides except for the sky tram and you spend most of your time waiting in line to see animals that you could see back in the USA with less crowds! Skip this park unless you get dragged here by your old relatives!

Yelp
I've always loved coming to Ocean Park for their mixture of rides/games and animal exhibits. What's better, is that keep improving and adding/changing things, so that there's always something new to visit. Personal favourites are the panda and penguin exhibits. Note the penguin exhibit and shark aquarium are excellent in the summer, since it is so, so chilly in both those places. In terms of rides/games, I love the lookout tower, just because it gives such a nice panoramic view, and it's definitely a short, fun ride. My main issues with Ocean Park are its ridiculous food prices. If I recall correctly, their BBQ pork rice in the store beside the panda exhibit was $70. That's just BBQ pork and rice. All their food and drinks are completely overpriced, and especially, in the summer, their iced water and popsicles/ice cream will be crazy. Their souvenirs, on the other hand, are very, very reasonably priced though. Lineups are terrible in the summer - long and chaotic. Chaotic because many people try to break the queue and/or are terribly impolite. For some of the rides, you can expect up to 1 hour wait times - in the middles of a sweltering Hong Kong summer. If you can, I'd suggest going on a rainy/cloudy day - we went once on a day with a Yellow rain warning, everything was open at some point during the day and there were no, absolutely no line ups, it was so beautiful. Or, go during the winter, even during the winter holidays, there are short (~10minutes) line ups. One suggestion is to arrive early, so around when the park opens. I'd recommend going to the other side first, by tram because there will be no lines then. Typically there are long line ups to go from the entrance side to the other side by tram by 1pm, so it would be wise to take the "subway" when coming back. Perfect way to spend a day looking at animals and going on classic amusement park rides. Would definitely recommend visiting as a tourist to Hong Kong and fantastic for children specifically.

Yelp
This place is a must go to! It a zoo, aquarium, amusement park, and has amazing views. Being on the edge of Hong Kong island you can see all the other islands and ocean from the rides and the gondola. The first part of the park has a lot of the zoo and aquarium. I would suggest checking out the pandas first because we spent too much time at the amusement park the pandas went to bed and the area was closed when we got back. The gondola ride was really cool because you can see a lot of other islands and it's just really awesome seeing these views. The cheapest food at the park is around the gondola line and Australian animal exhibit. Everything else is American theme park prices. The rides are actually impressive and big. I loved the big rides because you can see the amazing views.

Yelp
I have heard about Ocean Park my whole life but I have never been able to go. My mother is from Hong Kong and the last time we visited, I was only 4, and I don't believe we stopped by. Fast forward 20 years later, my friends and I decided to visit Hong Kong after a vacation in Korea. My best friend have always wanted to go as well but every time he was in Hong Kong, it was raining so he never got the chance. So I guess now is our chance! First and foremost, Ocean Park is local so it's definitely something that you won't find elsewhere. However, in terms of an amusement park, it's quite lackluster. It has an animal area, an aquarium, and rides. It was nice to be able to see pandas, red pandas, and arctic foxes. Ocean Park was the first place that I have got to see these animals. They were all very cute! The aquarium was also nice to go to. I've been to other aquariums before so I can't say the one in Ocean Park was exceptionally great. They also have a section of the park that is decorated with the old Hong Kong theme, similar to the 20's-50's and that was definitely nice to see. They play all the old classic songs in that area as well ... :) One thing I did not enjoy was .. how come the park is separated? You have to either ride a train or a cable ride to get to the other side. The other side of the park is also where you'll find all the exciting rides but honestly, the cable ride was enough excitement for me. I'm afraid of heights but I'm typically okay with these types of rides .... but the day we went, it was really windy so not only do you hear the every single creaking noise, you also get to hear the strength of the wind. It was scary and it's got my head spinning. Needless to say, we took the train back later in the day to get back to the main area of the park. As many have pointed out, the prices of the food were pretty ridiculous. I understand that food is typically up charged at an amusement park but holy moly .. it's a huge up charge. We went to Everland in Seoul and their food prices weren't as bad so we didn't think that it would be bad at Ocean Park but boy were we wrong. We were pretty thankful that when we went, there weren't a whole lot of people. It was probably a down time season. But because of that, the park seemed like it wasn't even open. When we first got into the park, a good portion of the stands weren't open at all. Guess you don't have to open them if you aren't busy! On the bright side, every ride had a very short wait or no wait at all! Also, for that one river ride, there's an area that you can stand on and shoot water at people that are on the ride. That was pretty funny. Overall, I probably wouldn't go to Ocean Park again. It wasn't particularly that much fun. The park closed at 6 PM on the day we went and we found ourselves leaving at around 3-4 PM. If it was fun, I may have stayed longer.....

Yelp
Enjoyable exhibitsm, aquarium and rides. The lines weren't that bad. My problem with this park is there lacks the attention to detail that top notch western parks have. They there were no freaking elevators I could find when i have a little baby to cart around in the park so i have to carry her on the escalators along with the stroller. So idiotic and lacking in compassionate design. Like it was designed by and single 19 year old adult. I would never come back again for that fact alone.I dont' care if you have pandas if you cannot even get that right. I can't imagine how it is for the disabled to get around in this park.

Yelp
I had wanted to come to Ocean Park all my life. Out of previous 3 visits (1990, 1999, 2006), every day we had planned to go Ocean Park, there was a freakin typhoon or in their terminology like a black warning, etc etc. Essentially, poured like hell. Lol (Downside of being in school and only being able to visit in the summer) Prior to this trip, i was super scared again (dang do i have a curse or something) that it was going to rain again. The forecast for my trip in HK consisted most of rain ! What the heck!?!? Luckily, we barely saw any until like the 2nd to last day, and even then, it wasn't too much. Ocean Park is similar to what you'd get at like SeaWorld and a Zoo but tinier. Aquarium, animals, rides. We had came here around opening time so not many people around. Which was nice, so no lines anywhere, or very minimal line. You get to see PANDAS and RED PANDAS and arctic FOXES and penguins ! Panda being a panda and sleeping most of the time. We did catch it when it moved around a little but it plopped back down minutes later and knocked out again. Lol Red Pandas are cute as well ! Small little creatures climbing around xD Arctic foxes were adorable. Never seen them before but they all went ZzZzZz... We had decided to eat at the restaurant near the panda exhibit. Oh man the prices are high ! Yeah i know this is an amusement park but wao. Lol We had ordered spicy beef noodle soup and rice plate with bbq pork and chicken. Flavor wise, they were both decent but oh man, that price. I think it was like $40 USD for the both of these. The park itself is split into two areas. Partially understandable since its hong kong and space is a huge issue but a huge mountain inbetween? oh man. There are two ways to go between the areas. Cable car that goes up the mountain and along the cliff... or a train that goes through the mountain. As said before, weather wasnt its best so it was cloudy and a little windy on the day we went. We had tried the cable car first. Prior to getting onto the cable car, there was an "Old Hong Kong" area where modeled to how Hong Kong was with some older music. (ni wen wo ai ni you duo shen.... LOL) xD ANYWAYS... each "cabin" fits 4-5 people. Us being a group of 3, had our own. Going up the mountain wasn't bad. Had a great view of the island and the bay to the south end of HK. This is when things got shaky. I have a small fear of heights but not so bad (usually), same for my friend, except her reaction was much worse. The wind swayed the cabin left and right while moving at a speed of like 1 mph. Then as most cable cars, they have towers they have to pass which caused an unsettling sound. After getting to the other side, thats where most of the "extreme" rides are. Roller coasters, spinny things, etc. There was a shark and sting ray aquarium on the other side too. One sting ray came up to greet us AND splash water at you XD ! be careful ! If the weather wasn't so meh, we probably would have tried the water tube ride but it was kinda chilly with the wind. You can entertain yourself and other spectators with spraying water at the riders though. xD Roller Coasters had little to no line. Almost instant on. The one to the side of the cliff was pretty fun and scary. You'd be going towards the side of the cliff then it turns u out and back in.. XD Chinese tour groups showed up later early afternoon and made it very busy. Everything started getting lines. Park closes at 6pm. They showed up at like 2-3pm. Weird ? We had left around 3pm as we had covered all of the park already (oh we took the train back as we weren't gonna try the cable car again... much smoother and uhm... dark ride Lol) It probably would have been funner at a younger age. Maybe with experience of going to so many other types of parks in the states, it seems more meh now. Still good to try at least once. At least i can say ive been there now, after almost 30 years.

Yelp
There are two amusement parks in HK, Ocean Park and Disneyland. Definitely, Ocean Park is the place to be! The park is also way bigger than Disneyland HK. This place is where I have many childhood memories. They have shows with cute sea animals and thrilling roller coaster rides. They also have aquariums and different interesting attractions here. You can definitely have a lot of fun spending a whole day here. I especially love to see the pandas and other animals! Make sure to hop on the cable cars to take you to another part of the park. You get to travel over a body of water at a great height. You get to enjoy some peacefulness with scenic views of nature. The restaurants at this park are also very good. There are Chinese and American-style food. This place is definitely worth your time and money. I highly recommend this place for those traveling to Hong Kong!

Yelp
Great place! The customer service all around the park is SUPER friendly! Much better then back in the states! Its a very clean park and well maintained. They have many different animals see ranging from Sharks to Arctic Foxes as well. The shows are fun and entertaining with many different rides to choose from. It is one of the best theme parks that I have been to and recommend anybody who comes to Hong Kong to stop by this well kept and entertaining park. There is only one downsides to this place and that was the area where they kept the Great Whites (I believe) was removed and was replaced by Mainland Chinese fish... The kind where you can buy at a Ranch 99 Market (Asian market). The entire section of that park with Mainland Fish had cardboard cutouts on the side of the path, which was riddled with China's landscape and architecture leading to the inside of a cave which had yummy fish! Other then that. Its an AMAZING park. When I go back to Hong Kong, I plan on definitely coming back here!

Yelp
Headsup! This review is for the indoor aquarium only: The aquarium portion of this park blew my mind. The indoor color mood lit jellyfish tanks were incredible...and adjacent the large depth and reflective tank held the presence of so many, many swirling fish. Which, IMHO, was the coolest thing, and with it...the realization of layers of what could only be revealed a schools (plural) of community. Meaning...the fish that stayed in their strata. AND And they were all busy! Moving with purpose. Why was this zoo able to create such an amazing environment where other aquariums have IMHO, have failed? Is there a wave or motion machine in effect to create this highway of movement? There is a deep magic that turns these fish into purposeful beings. When I saw them in harmony and I saw them beautiful. And I had my answer, that's Sovereign in play. Come because of the jellyfish in Las Vegas changing colored light show cylinder display tubes artfully positioned in the room. Come because the air conditioning is on super blast; and it's miserable hot outside. But come to see the swirl of gigantic proportions, it's beauty and it's path will transfix you, as it did me, standing in the cooled darkness. Wow!!

Yelp
The honest opinion is that if you have very limited time and you can only afford one day for theme parks; then you should go to Ocean Park rather than Disney HK. Personally I have been to both more than a hand full of times, I like both places, but as a tourist, Ocean Park just adds a local touch to the place compared to the standardised Disney. The only down side is that, there are a Lot of people, like a-lot. Hence make sure you go early or maybe bring your own food/drink. Ocean park is more of things like roller coaster, while Disney is obviously a lot more 'themed'.

Yelp
Growing up in HK, I went to Ocean Park a lot as a kid - my family had an annual pass and we would go there all the time. It's definitely a place I attach a lot of memories to. Between Ocean Park and Disneyland, I prefer Ocean Park hands down. The entry ticket is cheaper, and there are more thrill rides compared to Disneyland. When you get to Ocean Park, I would advise you to immediately head for the cable cars or the Ocean Express. Both bring you from the Lowlands to the Highlands, and the latter is where all the roller coasters and 'grown up' rides are at. I prefer taking the cable cars though because you can enjoy the view, and the breeze is really nice and cooling on a hot summer day. At the Highlands, the two main areas are Adventureland and Thrill Mountain - and that's where the fun REALLY begins! My favorite rides are The Galleon and The Hairaiser. Just a tip - riding The Dragon hurts a little because your head will be banging left and right against the cushioned safety panels on either sides of your head, so that's kind of annoying! Besides rides, they have exhibitions such aquariums and arctic-themed displays. You'll get to see penguins and other sea creatures which is pretty cool in my opinion! One thing I really dislike about Ocean Park, or well, theme parks in general, is the lack of reasonably priced food. The food is really expensive - think about $60+ for a set - and despite the ridiculous prices, it's almost impossible to find a seat too! I recommend not going for full meals and just getting snacks to share with friends along the way. The queues for rides and cable cars can get pretty bad at times, so avoid going on weekends and holidays. Also, Ocean Park does annual Halloween specials where they set up haunted houses. I'm not really a fan of them to be honest (not too keen on people hopping out and scaring me!) but they definitely add something to your park experience!

Yelp
Once a phenomenal place, now is full of mainland China people and they are extremely rude and pushy. They cut lines and the employees don't do anything as it is probably their main source of revenue for this tourist/theme park. It's kind of disgusting of what it has become and I see many attractions are gone now. The thrill isn't there and i don't think it is worth the money. The anxiety and stress it caused was a no for me in recommendation

Yelp
First off - Kudos to Allan Zeman for his remarkable feat he did in Hong Kong. Ocean Park has got to be one of his most successful projects, even Forbes magaize called him as "Hong Kong's Mouse Killer" in 2007 for defeating its competitor in Hong Kong. His leave as the chairman of Ocean Park saddens us all and I am sure most locals know why that happened. Anyways, No doubt Ocean Park is the amusement park that I grew up with. It has been through lots of transformation. Though nowadays I have rather mix feelings about this place, it sure did bring me lots of joys. This amusement park offers really exciting rides, thrilling and heart pounding to say the least. Especially during the Halloween Bash, which has become the must go event in Hong Kong already. However, I must say that the new aquarium certainly looks a bit strange. As a matter of fact, my friends once compared that to the Overseas Chinese Town in China (Huaqiao cheng). The use of colours are too loud for my liking and the lights at night definitely turn me off a bit. However, that does not mean Ocean Park does not worth a visit. I strongly recommend this theme park than the other one to be honest as this one you can see lots of animals and the even the endangered ones, dolphin shows and stuff. For Hong Kong born locals, you can also get in for free on your birthday as well!

Yelp
Ocean Park fails on many levels as a must see place in HK! it's mostly geared towards kids. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO HERE DURING SUMMER SEASON - heat + humidity makes you experience hell before death. ++ all the line cutting Chinese mainlanders get quite annoying when you are dying out there in long lines for a mediocre ride. the park is a bit expensive but not unreasonable. rides are OK, some better than others some are not impressive at all. the lines are terrible as in most amusement parks but, the rides seldom make you feel good about the wait. It's worth checking out but, shouldn't be a must on most people's itinerary.

Yelp
First time here, I would definitely preferred OP over HK Disney. So much to do and see! On the day we went, the cable cars were closed for maintenance. So, we just stuck to one side of the park. Looking at the pictures from other yelpers, I truly missed out on a lot but no regrets. Traveling with an 18 month old, you do what you can. We love love the aquarium, wasn't overly crowded and it was nice and cool. Being from the states, this girl can't deal with heat and the humidity! We saw pandas, fish, some shows. Checked out "Old Hong Kong". It was quite enough, my toddler loved the park, where we spent most of our time. I known waste of $$ to go play in the park but what else can a toddler do in the exhibits? Main thing was, he had fun and we got a small reprieve from the sun. Definitely a must see! I will be back when I visit Hong Kong again!
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
This place is eeeeeepic. As a Californian, its reminiscent of Marine World Six Flags, but with more animals. Try to not think too hard about how small their habitats are, and just enjoy how much work OP has put into making sure there is a wide variety of animals, and that people are being educated about conservation. I haven't been on any rides yet except the iconic gondola. Food options aren't great, as mentioned here, but the stores are cute, it wasn't too crowded when I went, and the aquarium is awesome. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Ocean Park is apparently the 33rd most visited tourist attraction in the world (according to Forbes). That's the whole WORLD, not just in Hong Kong, and should definitely be on everyone's 'to do at least once' list. After my first trip, I can confirm that it's right that the trick is to get to the park early, gates open at 10am so early doesn't mean uncivilised (but that is early for Hong Kongers!), and straight to the train that takes you to the far side of the park. The Summit (or rear end) of the park has the grown-up rides; including a wicked rollercoaster, and queues grow to match as the day progresses. This side of the park also has some interesting animal attractions. I was an hour early for the dolphin show so went to check out the penguins, seals, walrus (my golly one of them was a big beast of blubber) and arctic foxes. Then it was down the hill to the Ocean Theatre - the sheer size of the place, when combined with the number of shows they do a day should give you a good indication of how many people they expect to accommodate - for the dolphin show. The show itself, to be honest, it didn't set my world alight. And my guide for the day - a seasoned annul pass holder - told me that she's been there on occasions where the animals just don't want to play. But if you've got young kids in tow it's probably a must, and the ocean view is pretty amazing. Then it was on to the shark exhibit - pretty cool. The jellyfish are nearby in a special tank just for themselves, floating effortlessly like astronauts without brains, which would be very relaxing in a trippy sort of way if you manage to score a relatively empty room, and then a spot of lunch. As predicted before I went, it was amusement park food at amusement park prices. My small pizza, frozen coke and fruit salad set me back HKD97, but a single scoop Hagen das cone would have been almost half that (HKD42) on it's own and a bottle of water that costs HKD4 in the 'real world' cost HKD22. So - bring your own refreshments if you can. We then headed down the mountain by cable car - absolutely spectacular views of the South China Sea - and were able to feel smug about our earlier decision to take the train when walking down past the horrendously long queue of people waiting to head up the other way. Once back at the front of the park, there are still a bunch of things to see and do; the rides for the very young, the aquarium, and my personal highlight - the Pandas. All up, a great day out - if you time it right.

Yelp
For some kids, the happiest place on earth was almost always Disneyland. But for me, it was all about Ocean Park (香港海洋公園). An entertainment child from the likes of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, HK's most celebrated park celebrates 40 years next year. It was and still is, the most visited theme park in Hong Kong and a top 20 most visited amusement park in the world. For families doing research, know this amusement park is massive. Ocean Park is basically split through a mountain, with two areas (Waterfront + Summit) accessible via cable cars, railway cars, and elevators. There are subzones from within; 8 areas known as: Amazing Asian Animals Aqua City Whiskers Harbour Marine World Polar Adventure Adventure Land Thrill Mountain The Rainforest Every area has so much going on that it's overwhelming to cover even in this review. I would be hard pressed to believe the new Ocean Park can be conquered in a day, it's easily a weekend kind of place. Some highlights: + Hair Raiser (Thrill Mountain): The world's first and only floorless roller coaster. Nuff said. + Ocean Park Tower (Marine World): This is an amazing viewpoint in one of the tallest observation towers in Asia. 360 degree views of various HK islands and an ideal photo point. + Sea Jelly Spectacular (Marine World): The only "sea jelly" exhibit I've ever seen or heard of; beautiful exhibition. + Grand Aquarium (Aqua City): One of the largest aquariums in the world. This is worth the price admission alone. + Giant Panda Adventure (Amazing Asian Animals): Self explanatory. + South Pole Spectacular (Polar Adventure): Penguin overload. They're just so cool. + Bungee Trampoline (Thrill Mountain): Don't want to bungee jump but still get a feeling on how it is? Try this instead. + The Flash (Thrill Mountain): One of the fastest roller coasters in the world. 3.9Gs! + Raging River (Adventure Land): Float on a log and fly down some waterfalls? Yes. + Old Hong Kong (Aqua City): A replica of HK in the 50s, this is both cheesy and interesting for people who are looking for their next fun social media photo. + Whiskers Harbour (the whole thing): If you have kids who are 7 and below, this is where they should be. Super safe rides, lots of interactive exhibits, and attractions for days. There is so much still in development for Ocean Park that the experience in the next few years will be so different. They're in midst of completing a hotel for next year (finally!) and more than 3 dozen attractions are going to be unveiled in the next few years. Disney HK might only next door with a 10 year life span, but Ocean Park is clearly bringing out the big guns. General admission for adults (12 years old+) is $385HKD and children (3-11 years old) is $193HKD. If you forsee multiple visits throughout the year, consider rocking one of their annual memberships between $740-2300HKD for free admission and priority access. Parking is available for a fee, but like all things in HK - consider public transit.

Yelp
Adult tickets are $385 each. I've already been to Ocean Park several times because I was born in HK, it's nothing new anymore. But time and time again, the tourist that happens to follow me to Hong Kong asks about Ocean Park. So I said, "nah you know what. Save the money for food." But then I remembered they have: - 6+ giant tanks of water. Marine tanks, shark tanks, jellyfish tanks, alligators, seals, and goldfish tanks hehe!! - a little Australia zoo with sleeping koalas - TWO TWO TWO panda areas. One area is specially for the special gifts from China (who are ALWAYS sleeping). The second area has two more (more active) pandas AND a red panda. How come I never see the otters????? Where are the penguins? Did I get lost. Ocean Park is A GIANT PARK with TWO ISLANDS. You need to take a train or a cable car to the other side. And you need to walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk. MY ADVICE: - come early, on a weekday - go to the far island first. Nobody is there - when you're done, you come back to the first island. Less people are here because they just went to the other island! See? Do the opposite of main traffic! Bring an umbrella, it gets very sunny and the trees don't provide shade when walking. Look up ticket discounts online but there aren't that many. Overall, Ocean Park is totally worth the price. Important!!!! The only way to get here via bus is the Citybus Route 629 from Admiralty MTR or Central (Star Ferry). Other buses that Google Maps tell you, they don't take you to the park entrance.

Yelp
I think this is the must go place if u are visiting HK. The exhibitions are extensive and Panda is my favor. Following global trend, the park also reduce the length and intensity of animal performance. Won't make Green Peace happy but everyday folks should be ok with the dolphin show and etc...I was there during the summer time but in and out of the different indoor venues actually make my trip quite ok.

Kristy N.

Yelp
How can you ever say you've been to Hong Kong without ever going to Ocean Park? It's THE amusement park of Hong Kong that was present before I was even born. There are direct buses or other modes of transportation to get here. I always take the CityBus Route 629 from Central (Star Ferry) or from the Admiralty MTR station. Bus fares for adults are $10.60HKD. Each bus comes between 20-60min if you are waiting at Central, I would suggest coming here early to avoid the long lineups. Admission fees for adults (ages 12 or above) is $345HKD for the day. This includes entrance to the park and all of the shows and rides Ocean Park has to offer. Entering into the park, you will need to take the escalators up to the entrance. Going into the park, you will first encounter the waterfront where the beautiful aquarium where a ton of fish reside. You will also see other animals, such as the famous PANDAS and little rides for everyone to visit. Go up the summit with the beautiful cable car ride, where you will be able to visit the home of many jellyfishes and go on exciting rides (of course, if you are from America, these rides aren't really comparable to Six Flags or Wonderland that are much more exciting). Check the times for the Dolphin Show, because you can watch the dolphin show here as well!

Yelp
Went here while briefly visiting Hong Kong a week ago. Definitely reminded me of Sea World, except of course it's not! The park is huge to the point where there is a train that takes you to different sides of the park. I definitely clocked a lot of activity on my Fitbit while here. Also, the park is in a very scenic location; my group could not get over how beautiful the surroundings were! There was plenty to do for all ages, whether catching a fun and (surprisingly) educational show, taking pictures with characters, dining at one of the numerous eating options, playing games where you can win a prize, or getting an adrenaline rush on one of their thrill rides. We definitely enjoyed our time here, it was a great choice while we had limited time in Hong Kong. I'd highly recommend stopping by here (vs the Disney Land-more child oriented) while visiting.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this park, one part due to the fact that majority of the rides are located on the Summit level, which is as the name indicates, at the top of the mountain. I was lightheaded and had a extremely bad headache the entire time and it really impacted my ability to enjoy the park. Just in case you don't want to read my entire review, let me cut to the chase in this next paragraph. All in all, the park was okay but be prepared to walk around like being in a maze. Not a lot of rides, more encounters with animals which is really nice and you can tell the animals are taken care of extremely well by the park. Total Judgment but their Symbio water show is a total knock off of Disney's Fantasmic show. Line Cutting Issue: I noticed many people mentioning their annoyance with the "Mainlanders" in Hong Kong with their perceived rude behaviors. Look, I high end shop like it's a sport so I know how to deal with people trying to accidentally cut in front of you so that never happened to me. Shows: The shows fill up ridiculously quickly which was irritating because who knew you need to arrive an hour in advance see a show... After all, we're in an amusement park and that precious time can be spent getting on rides, especially when you have children in tow. They have great encounters with their animals and they take good care of their living environment, which was a contrast to the Beijing Zoo. However, my other negative is primarily due to my overall experience being in China. I know that my family and I are anomalies being of color in China, especially with my daughter having braids in her hair. Being a first generation person and having foreigners as family members, trust me, I don't get offended easily like your average North American. But the grabbing, tugging and picture taking of the kids without permission was a major issue for me. I was prepared for the space invasion but this was at a whole new level. While queuing up for the rides (which on average is a 30-45 minutes wait), my daughter grabs my waist saying she felt someone pulling her hair, another person pinched my son's arm to see how he feels. As with many cultures, we have beliefs and superstitions, random hands in the hair are a NO, NO! This was the first time we encountered this in Hong Kong. In Beijing we encountered this so much my daughter asked me if she was famous as we went literally running out of Tiananmen Square due to the mob of people wanting to touch or take pictures of the kids. It appears that they're expanding the park.

Yelp
WOW WOW WOW So glad I chose this over the HK Disneyland! This park is incredible! It's been around for a while but it has been very well maintained. It is absolutely gigantic, and you will walk around the entire 6+ hours you're here, so bring your sneakers. And water. And something to cover yourself up from the cruel sun if you were so ill-timed as I was in the middle of seventh-level-of-hell-heat July. Definitely see the penguins, play in the water park area, see some koalas, and DO NOT MISS the giant pandas! This park is also very easy to get to on public transit - just nab an oyster card and take the bus over here, it will drop you off right in front of the park!
