SOOOO DELICIOUS! Such a good Christmas meal fine dining experience! I loved it! Just look at the pics of my delicious food, everything was 5 stars! Best creme brulee I have ever had in my life! Can't wait to come back and try more!

My family celebrated my birthday there. We ordered shrimp, oysters, salad, burger and steak. Everything is perfectly cooked. View is breathtaking! Service is also awesome. Such a great experience!

My partner and I celebrated our elopement with family and friends at Suite Seven inside of Ocean Seven. TL;DR We had an exceptional celebration made even more special by the food, venue, and staff of Ocean Seven. We highly recommend hosting your event here. Food: We were blown away by the top notch quality of the menu at Ocean Seven. The stars of the show were the Wagyu and the Coconut Shrimp Crunch Roll. Food came out quickly and hot, orders were accurate, and the taste was SO GOOD. This place certainly knows how to cook an amazing steak. Venue: The entire place is gorgeous, but I tip my hat to the designer of the Suite Seven room. The floors are a beautiful mosaic, the walls have STUNNING green tropical incandescent wallpaper and nice tall windows give you a fabulous view of the ocean. There's beautiful gold lighting fixtures. Seats are a gorgeous blue and yellow velvet. The room also has a TV and audio system for your slideshow and music. Staff: We worked directly with their Event Coordinator, Karina. I've worked in events for 5+ years and must say that working with Karina was so easy and pleasant! She knew the answers to all my questions (trust me, I asked a lot), helped customize my experience, and was there day-of to ensure our event went smoothly. The wait, kitchen, and bar staff were BEYOND kind and I even had several of my guests compliment the staff's friendliness to me. To make a long story short, our special day was made even more fantastic by my experience at Ocean Seven. Highly recommend hosting your events here. I know I'll be back!

Google
The view is gorgeous!! But, unfortunately, that's it. *Food was not tasty : poached egg was hard boiled. Hollandaise had no flavor. *Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Hoster was there. Lots of empty tables but she said ''wait here 5 min, I have something to do''. *waited 30 minutes for food (only 2 other tables were occupied) *when I asked for the check, the waiter.... forget to bring it !! 15 min later I went to the bar ''oh I forgot you'' It's a shame because the place is nice. Hiatus Hotel is great but breakfast is really disappointing.

Google
Magnificent! The view is stunning, the food is fantastic — sorry, I completely forgot to take a photo. returned in the evening The food was excellent, but the service was simply rude. I ate for $180, gave the waiter $300, and expected change. But the staff was so rude that they thought I left them a $120 tip. Rudeness of the highest order.

They went above all expectations Thank you so much for a lovely dinner and to make my son and daughter in laws dinner the best!!!!

Fine dining but unimpressive food My boyfriend and I stayed over at the Hiatus for a 2 day vacation in Clearwater beach and we decided to celebrate our 3 year anniversary at this gorgeous rooftop restaurant the night before our departure. We had a pleasant time with the super friendly staff who accommodated us with warm welcome, sunset champagne toast, and a free dessert on the house, for which we were hugely appreciative. However, our honest opinion on the food was mediocre at best. It almost feels like the restaurant was trying too hard to innovate its menu by inventing niche flavors, but ended up a disappointment. The cocktails were beautifully made although they were quite strong so definitely be prepared. My favourite was the Floribbean Dream which almost tasted like a dessert - creamy and coconuty. However soon afterwards we discovered that “sweet” became the overwhelming theme for every dish. For some it worked well but some disastrous. The starters were a delight - The shrimp bisque was flavorful and creamy with a sweetness like corn chowder; the burrata salad was also tasty and the sweet sauce mixed well with the sourness of the grapefruit. However when we got to the entree - the “coffee rubbed” ribeye - the sweetness became off putting as the mix of caramel, smokiness and fat didn’t go well. We had to sprinkle quite some salt to compensate for the lack of saltiness. The sides were decent but the creamy corn was also super sweet which didn’t go well with the already overly sweetened steak. Although we appreciated the gesture of the dessert, it was again very sweet (for a key lime pie which I had hoped to be citrus from the name). Despite not finishing any plate after the entree we did enjoy the warm welcome and the brilliant service from the staff. Would rate the food 3/5 with additional 0.5 for service.

Google
We dined here on Christmas Eve and had such a great time here. Sam was our server and he did such a wonderful job. He was attentive and super sweet. The bartenders Brooke and Emily made the best drinks. Food was amazing and their manager Joey was so nice. He constantly checked on us and made our experience memorable here at Ocean Seven. Will be coming back!

Yelp
Alexa gave us the best service! Great overall experience! Amazing view over the Gulf of America as well!

Yelp
Had an amazing sunset dinner at Ocean seven! The views of the ocean were beautiful. The restaurant was well decorated for the holiday season. The staff was friendly. The waiter Brandon was nice. I ordered the 8 oz lobster tail with lyonnaise potatoes and Keylime pie for dessert. Everything was delicious I had no leftovers. They gave us a complimentary glass of champagne for a sunset toast. Once the sun set, it got really cold, but they turned on the fire lamps and that made it bearable.

Yelp
We came here for a bachelorette brunch and it was perfect. The rooftop sits right on the beach, so the entire time we had a gorgeous view overlooking the water, literally the best backdrop for a celebration. The drinks were strong and really good, the food came out fresh and flavorful, and our servers were super attentive without hovering. They made sure our whole group was taken care of the entire time. If you're looking for a beautiful brunch spot with great vibes, great service, and an ocean view that feels unreal, Ocean Seven is the place. Highly recommend for groups, celebrations, or just a relaxing day by the beach.

Yelp
The service was phenomenal. I can't recommend Hunter enough. He was attentive, great recommendations, and very charismatic. The food was delicious and sunset view was phenomenal. Again, Hunter, 10/10. Wish you the best. Joshua and Hannah

Yelp
From the moment we arrived at the valet stand everything was just amazing. We had reservations inside but asked about being seated outside and the hostess was very accommodating, even showing us the tables and allowing us to select. A beautiful view of the bay from the terrace and in sight of pier 60 that is all lit up at night. Gabby was a perfect server and quickly arrived with expertly crafted cocktails. We began with a seafood tower that was fresh and delicious. The oysters were the stars. Then we moved on to lobster tail and filet for the main course and both were perfectly prepared as ordered. Finished with complimentary key lime pie for the birthday boy. Excellent all around.

Yelp
June 27/2025: Dinner with Lisa/Ed/Olivia/Amanda & Todd. This was very unbusy but nicely designed restaurant. I'm going to jump right into the w food. It was good but the portions were small & costly! I had the empanadas as an appetizer ($19.00). They were good but a small order. My main was the 8oz Filet Mignon ($58.00). It was good but it was al-la-carte! Tasty steak but no sides, no potatoes or anything. For $58.00, it should have been a more complete dinner.
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant!! We were welcomed by our amazing waitress, Alexa, who took great care of us. We loved the oysters and empanadas for starters, and the grouper and lobster tail were amazing. We also really enjoyed the soups.

Yelp
Two stars because the sunset really is to die for. It ends there. We went twice and both times were underwhelming. The restaurant is poorly laid out and staffed. The bar is also understaffed resulting in long wait times and inefficiency both times. We also were served old fois gras and after being told it was the last they had, then suddenly a manger turned up and said they found some tucked away in a freezer and we had to wait while they defrosted it These people are not serious. Do better.

Yelp
My boyfriend took me here for Valentine's Day because he knows how much I love the beach and sunset--such a sweet idea! Parking was easy since we did valet, but if you don't... good luck. They're doing renovations on the first floor (I'm assuming from the hurricane), which is totally understandable, but just a heads-up--it was super loud since it was a Friday night. The restaurant itself is beautiful, sitting on top of a hotel with an amazing view. I really wanted to sit outside, but those tables were reserved. Thankfully, the hostess gave us an indoor spot where we could still see the sunset, which I appreciated! Now, let's talk about the menu... definitely check it before you go. It's really small, and honestly, my boyfriend and I weren't crazy about the options. We went with the Valentine's Day 3-course menu, which was fine, but we left hungry. The portions were ridiculously small--our appetizer came with just three chips to share between two people, and the cheese portion was tiny. Our entrées tasted good, but for the price, it just wasn't worth it. I'm not about to pay $95 for a steak and still leave hungry. The one thing I'll rave about? The drinks. They were fabulous--but again, very expensive. Next time, I'd come back for one drink, enjoy the sunset, and call it a night. I wouldn't get the food again.

Yelp
Sunset views were unparalleled! Service was great! If you want amazing views sit in the bar high tops or the outdoors deck which is pretty limited. Complimentary bubbles at sunset u can't beat it! Food was good not great.
google avatar

Chad H.

Yelp
What an exceptional dining experience. Keith, the head chef, prepares absolutely phenomenal steaks--we've tried the filet, ribeye, and wagyu, and each one was outstanding. The staff genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction, and Carina made sure every detail was perfect. Plus, you can't beat the view--easily the best in Clearwater.

Yelp
Ocean Seven is a perfect 10! From the rooftop terrace sunset views with complimentary champagne, to the food and the top notch service by our waiter Justino we enjoyed it all. We made a last minute reservation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary here yesterday. We couldn't have made a better choice. Our favs were the coconut shrimp crunch roll, hiatus greens salad, beef empanadas, baked Florida grouper and jerk chicken. For dessert we ordered the Florida upside cake. Delicious! And we also got to try the Flan as a complimentary anniversary dessert. A huge thank you to Justino for his warm, friendly and attentive service and spot on recommendations. This will be our go to restaurant for our annual Clearwater vacation! Tip: make a reservation if you want to sit on the terrace to enjoy the sunset views tableside. Inside seating is also available. And don't forget to request Justino!

Rômulo A.

Yelp
We made a reservation at Ocean Restaurant inside The Hiatus Hotel specifically for a sunset-view table. That was the entire reason we chose this place. When we arrived, we were told a large group had taken the whole area, and they sat us behind a pillar, literally one of the worst spots in the restaurant. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of service recovery -- just a quick "sorry," and no attempt to offer a solution, alternative seating, or anything to make it right. Really poor management and not the experience you expect from a place in this price range. Disappointing and not worth it.

Gennefer D.

Yelp
Please go see Emily at Ocean Seven. Champagne at sunset, what a nice touch. The shrimp bisque is TO DIE FOR. Crab cakes were also amazing. The vibe is cool and sexy. And their service is top tier. Don't miss this spot on the 7th floor!

Tom M.

Yelp
Amazing meal. Many fine restaurants are located in Clearwater Beach, but this one out shined them all. Great service and atmosphere as well.

Yelp
Brooke the bartender really made this experience great for us. We started with her at the bar and she was so lovely that when we asked if she would serve us outside she agreed. We split the fettuccine, tuna tartare, 3 sides and 2 desserts. Everything was wonderful. Her service was great. She was attentive but not interruptive. We would return.

Yelp
Very cozy and friendly restaurant. Snack with a great view and fantastic food, sometimes risky creations with a good outcome... lobster bisque; fantastic .. recommended!

Yelp
Incredible dinner. Great food. Excellent service. Magnificent views. Staff went out of their way to make dinner the highlight of our vacation. Thank you. We will be back!

Review R.

Yelp
From the very first phone call to the last bite, everything about our visit was absolutely perfect. We made a last-minute reservation, and even though the terrace was fully booked, the wonderful hostess Carol went above and beyond to seat us at the best indoor table with a breathtaking sunset view. It truly felt like the best seat in the house! Our server Alexa was outstanding -- friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We ordered the Prime Steak and the Grouper, and both were cooked to absolute perfection -- flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. To make the evening even more special, Chef Keith personally came out to greet us and thank us for choosing Ocean Seven. The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the ocean view with the setting sun was simply magical. We left with full hearts and happy taste buds. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Yo ho! Oysters were fresh, layout vibes were trendy, and the rooftop view during sunset just hit differently. Our server Cole was adorable and extremely attentive. They give out a complimentary glass of rose to toast the sunset. We even got a desert on the house and I am not even sure why (lol def not complaining). Great place to take a visiting guest or to go on a date, like us! The hotel in general was lovely, as well. Valet parking available. 10/10

Shalini R.

Yelp
Immaculate vibe and view of the beach! Incredibly nice and attentive servers too! The food was quite overpriced for the quality but would recommend the sushi as a starter!

Madeline F.

Yelp
The food, while expensive, was more than worth the price tag. The seafood was clearly fresh and every aspect of each dish was well thought out. The tuna tartare appetizer was amazing. Also highly recommend the grouper and tuna entrees. We shared a side of the potatoes - more than enough the share - and they were also delicious. Great wine and cocktail selection! The pink flamingo cocktail was excellent and as was the strawberry mint lemonade mocktail. Service was great and the views were even better! Reserve a table outside at sunset if available!

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with meticulously curated food and drink menu. Service was quick, friendly and professional. 10/10 overall experience. We stayed at the hotel so we had multiple dishes all weekend and not a bad bite! We loved the oysters, spicy tuna roll, beef empanadas and creamed corn. Best burger we had in a long time- so flavorful. Flan was to die for. Cannot wait to return! Be sure to check out ocean view from the deck and the rooftop bar, Sielo!
google avatar

Sari O.

Yelp
Bianca served us at the rooftop bar. Great recommendations, great food! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Dena C.

Yelp
View and the restaurant were beautiful! Waitress was very friendly and gave wine testers before choosing a glass. The appetizer were a mix. Recommend the tuna tartare and crab cakes, but the sushi and fried lobster apps were just ok. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience - just know what to order.

Yelp
Beautiful rooftop dining spot!! Limited seats and the hostess and service was excellent! I had flowers delivered for my wife's birthday and they had them at the table once we arrived!! My wife had the scallops which were perfectly seasoned and delicious! I had the perfect temped tuna! Patricia was awesome, thank you!!
google avatar

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Great view, great service. Came with my mom and was super pleased with my experience. Highly recommend if in the area.
google avatar

Lauren S.

Yelp
The view on the rooftop restaurant area is fantastic. Service was attentive and helpful. They menu is pretty varied, but could add a few more options. The oysters were fresh and we loved the coconut shrimp sushi roll topped with pineapple salsa. They also make a great espresso martini!
google avatar

Kent D.

Yelp
Nice view and cocktails! The seventh floor lounge overlooking the Gulf of America is serene, especially at sunset.
google avatar

Matthew N.

Yelp
We didn't know what to expect on our first night in Clearwater and we were blown away by the service, the view, and the food! We really enjoyed the shrimp bisque and coconut shrimp sushi roll for our appetizers. For the main course I enjoyed the coriander crusted tuna which was light on the coriander so not overpowering and the tuna was fresh. My wife had the fettuccine which she enjoyed as well. Because my wife's drink took a while to be prepared the server offered us a free dessert. We weren't expecting this and it was fantastic! The flourless chocolate cake, so good!
google avatar

Dani C.

Yelp
Our server Ryan was fantastic!!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!! It's the most perfect place to watch the sunset from. We are staying at Hilton the hiatus and we decided to leave the pool and watch the sunset from here. It was the best decision we could have made. Their margaritas were delicious, their ceviche was so yummy! The oceans orchid was fantastic! Honestly everything about this evening was perfect!

Brittany S.

Yelp
Amazing service & food was wonderful. Mari took great care of us! Beautiful place to watch the sunset!
google avatar

Brett N.

Yelp
Party of four and three of us rated our food under 5/10. The other one was a seven. The common issue was that the flavor was lackluster. The service was slower than expected and they were not good about keeping up with drinks and refills. I would probably look elsewhere for a place to eat.

Tanya H.

Yelp
What a wonderful restaurant with such delicious food and excellent service. Amal, our attendant, was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and responsive. And the food was flavorful, large portioned and beautifully presented. I will be back.
google avatar

Nicholas S.

Yelp
Great food and atmosphere. Very nice views of the beach and ocean from all angels. Kid friendly as well. Alexa did a phenomenal job, 13/10!

Yelp
Delicious choice of entrees and appetizers. Amazing atmosphere and view like none other. Very beautiful place and excellent service. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
Alexa did a great job with recommendations on the menu! The Oysters and Grouper were amazing. Alexa also gave us sightseeing ideas for the area! Bonus! Thanks Alexa!

Anthony H.

Yelp
Great Food and service, with a beautiful view would highly recommend when going to Clearwater Beach.
google avatar

Jamie A.

Yelp
This is a great restaurant to visit in Clearwater. It was the nicest restaurant we visited. Views are pretty good and the food was good. It's on one of the top floors of a hotel. Our server was super helpful and very friendly and accommodated our big party.
google avatar

Tony C.

Yelp
My wife and i were wanting to eat somewhere with a decent view of the water...found it! The menu is Floribbean. We both got the burger which was quite flavorful - actually exploding with flavor. The plantains were different, definitely not the traditional taste, but not bad. I also ordered the cream corn. Again, not what i what i was expecting, but still good. The service was fine. If you want to be out in the patio, you need to ensure reservarions at least a week in advance. Their breakfast menu looks quite good and we're going back next weekend to try that. Overall, if you dont mind hotel food!

Ray N.

Yelp
Food was great Service we very poor We loved the grouper, Mahi and the patee' They forgot to seat us, forget to get the check two time and overall we came for the food but the service or lack of stoke the show
google avatar

Jeremy W.

Yelp
Great food and views. Service is sometimes slow when busy, but worth the wait for the thoughtful meal options. Cocktails won't disappoint and pretty good wine options. Perhaps the Best Grouper in Clearwater and they have scrumptious desserts too. Will be back.

Rochelle R.

Yelp
The ribeye and plantains were delicious, the view was beautiful and our server Aggelos was awesome!

Grace M.

Yelp
Sam was literally the best server EVER. He was so kind and sweet and so attentive. The food was amazing...the creamed corn & filet were to die for!! I highly reccomend.

Nicole W.

Yelp
Mari, our server, was wonderful. He was attentive without being overbearing. The food was amazing - I had the California Roll which had delicious real crab and my husband had the Mahi Mahi. Everything was so good!

Miranda L.

Yelp
We had a phenomenal experience! We loved the sushi and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate both myself being pregnant and for our daughter. Highly recommend!

Alexia P.

Yelp
One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! From the ambience, to the location, to the variety of food and drinks, this place was superb!! This restaurant sits on the 7th floor of the Hiatus Hilton Hotel. The place transforms you to the perfect oasis right on clearwater beach. The drinks were to die for, with everyone drink we had beautifully made!! For appetizers, we had a variety of oysters, crab cakes, and ceviche. The oysters are A MUST!!!! As for entrees, we had scallops and pork belly, and the chicken with garbanzo beans & chorizo; both DO NOT disappoint. The location was exquisite. With aerial views of the water and the beach, you felt so at peace. There's a choice of sitting inside or outside & both were optimal. At sunset, staff passed around champagne for a sunset toast which made it feel like everyone was family. The staff was so caring and attentive, the views were spectacular, and the perfect place to go for any occasion. If you are in the Clearwater area, this is a place you don't want to miss ;)

Renee M.

Yelp
The food was incredible! Alexa was great and very knowledgeable! We ordered appetizers, entrees and cocktails. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Unreasonable arrangement, even if there are vacancies, you have to wait for a sufficient amount of time before being allowed to enter.
