DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’ve lived here for over 15 years and I’ve been loyal to this grocery store. however, after today I will never step a foot in this store again, here is why. I’ve purchased many items from this store that have been completely stale even though the packages are still in good sell by date. recently I’ve come how to throw away taco shells costing nearly $10. I’ve never complained to them about it but recently I purchased Annie’s crackers here and they were in a sealed box. after getting home again I opened the package to find a rip the bag. it seemed to be a manufacture problem. so I wrote Annie’s stating my claim and they sent me a coupon for a free package. today I go in there to redeem it and they say they will not redeem it. so I’m out yet another $10 from this store. the manager Monica said “if you had the box we could do something for you.” well I through the box away weeks ago. I spend over $200 here every week. but this is the last money I will be throwing away here. no malama for your customers! no aloha! shame on your ocean view market!

Great market in the area. We stopped in to get some water and snacks and Keely wAs very pleasant. This place is wheelchair accessible. Cute town and very close to the water approx 22 miles from black sand beach.

Basic, older grocery store. Has needed items but not much variety, and very expensive. Reminds me of grocery stores in Artic Alaska! It had the creamer we had forgotten to bring, just not the French Vanilla we usually buy.

Great selection, speedy location and friendly staff. Comparable gasoline price and easy parking.

Most items here are priced higher than the other market. I rarely shop here, but it is nice to have 2 local grocery stores.

Unique store with high end products like bulk quantities of castile soap, high end shower products with coconut for your burn, a multicultural store with corn/flour tortillas, chilled salsa, a fresh variety of fruit/vegetables and a diverse meat section. Their milk section with creamers was fully stocked. Also, the frozen and refrigerated section with specialty pies and one or two cakes for birthdays. They also have a extensive pasta section, and more than 6 different pasta sauces ranging in price. There are also some food products that are obscure and you don't expect to find there. Both mature clerks were polite, had smiles on their faces, helpful when asked to find a specific product and advanced technology for payment. Inflation and milk price are high but it is like that in our home town too. If you are a pet owner, they had a huge dog food selection when you come in to the right. Nice to have a place near by off of Lotus Blossom when staying in Oceanview.

Stopped on the way to Volcanoes National Park. Coming from Kona you know it's the 1st stop after a long stretch of road with nowhere else to stop. Just know if you need to use the restroom, both this location and Coffee Grinds across the street will rudely direct you to a short row of disgusting portable restrooms to the left side of the Market. One was padlocked, the other was out of tp, and the 3rd was bloody. You do what you have to do, but go somewhere else if you can make it! We would've purchased food or drinks, but were so disgusted after that we just left.

The price markup are probably the highest on island. For example Waikoloa village has better prices on everything in comparison. That's where you'd expect a higher price being the resort area. The clearance sale items are even more than the average norm price else where on island. One of the most expensive stores on the island by far. This might be number 1. It should be a crime to mark up such Essentials this amount. In fact I think it is 🤔
