Excellent Stay for Cyclists – Fantastic Food & Friendly Staff
I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a cycling training camp, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start.
The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well maintained and absolutely spotless. The real highlight, however, was the food. We were given a private dining room for all meals, and the buffet was simply outstanding. I’ve never had such tasty food from a buffet before! There was a great variety, including fresh salads, steamed and grilled vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta (including gluten-free penne), beef, fish, and chicken. The dessert section was equally impressive, with a wide selection of sweets and fruits.
What impressed me the most was how well the hotel catered to cyclists’ nutritional needs. The buffet changed completely between lunch and dinner, ensuring variety and balance. As someone with gluten intolerance, I also appreciated the clear allergen labeling on every dish—it made dining worry-free and enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for cycling camps or anyone who values great food, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
