We ended up here after a terrible experience with overbooking at another hotel. We spent a total of 6 nights in different rooms, ranging from the suite by the pool to double rooms. First and foremost, what mattered most to us was that the rooms were very clean! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the products provided were of good quality. I also loved that we could borrow books from the rooms. The boutique hotel was very quiet at night, which made it incredibly relaxing. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The common areas of the hotel could have been given more attention. Since the hotel is surrounded by nature, there were a lot of small insects, leaves, etc., which would have been nice to have cleaned up as well. We had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good—sufficient to skip lunch each day, which we really appreciated. But when it came to the pool, we couldn't fully enjoy it. We visited for two consecutive days, but it wasn’t cleaned properly. On top of that, families were treating the pool like it was their own, and private swimming lessons were being held for kids, making it loud and unpleasant when we were trying to relax. On a positive note, the front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful—thanks to her for her hospitality! We would definitely come back -! One thing I would have appreciated is the chance to enjoy the pool and bar at night :)

Nice little hotel near Putnam beach. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, with good amenities. The shower has a glass separator, which is a big plus. They have a spacious pool that's cleaned regularly. The service is what stands out at this place. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The manager was nice and helpful, he arranged everything we asked of him. Overall a great experience staying at this place.

The property is very beautiful and the rooms are clean and cosy. The food is excellent, and service is always prompt. While Oceanic is not next to the beach, it's well-situated and commute is easy by walking if you don't mind it, or autos. We had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the staff for being helpful and courteous.

An absolutely terrible experience, and we didn't actually STAY. We strongly advise that you DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY until you have checked out the tiny complex.||The room itself was nice, however, the built up walls around the reception /eating area, makes the area extremely hot and humid. (although, the thousands of mosquitos seemed to enjoy it) it really the smallest "hotel" we have ever had the misfortune of visiting. We were charged £800 English pounds (82000 rupees) for 10 nights but I was bitten so badly whilst waiting that we couldn't stay. I had to visit a doctor, my feet and legs swelled to the point I was barely able to walk. Therefore, literally just walking back down all the steps to leave, was excruciatingly painful. Not recommended for those who have trouble with feet, leg or trouble with walking. I am now taking strong antibiotics, painkillers and anti inflammatory medication. I have to rest with my feet up for the next 4 to 5 days out of out 14 night holiday. This has almost halved our enjoyment of our holiday. We could not stay in that environment. Therefore, we asked that we be refunded as we had not even used the toilet, unpacked anything, or even sat on the bed, It was that bad we had to ask for an ice pack to ease the swelling. Waited around 25 minutes for the one and only staff member behind the reception area to bring a small bag with a few lumps of ice as there was no staff at the bar area the whole time we were there.||Needless to say we asked that we be refunded, and she flatly refused.||There is so much more to this story, but cut short, she blamed the company director, and said there was nothing she could do. I understand that they have their terms and conditions about cancellation but there should also be exceptions for special circumstances. ||She also offered the explanation that they have so many people book, and when they arrive and look around, promptly change their mind, therefore, they are obviously losing customers. We can't speak for said customers, but our experience has taught us Never pay up front as you don't need to in Goa thankfully. We were unaware of this but speaking to other travellers and holiday makers, who come here regularly, never pay for long stays up front.||Although we are a small percentage of people that have had a bad experience, we feel that it is right that people know that if you have to leave for any special circumstances, there is a big chance you won't be able to get your money back without going to extreme difficulties involving official and governmental departments which is long winded and time consuming. Just be careful! But if you are really really lucky, and spend a vast amount of time chasing back your funds, you nay be lucky enough to get back 25 percent of your hard earned cash back.

Can not say one bad thing about this place… So helpful and accommodating, the room we stayed in(room 9 next to the pool) was very very nice. Worth every penny. The staff are helpful, the room is cleaned whenever you ask, they offer laundry services, they help with your bags and if it’s possible you can check in early if the room is ready. The pool area is clean and well attended to also. We’re definitely going to book again for next year when our baby arrives. Would 100% recommend this place! Dan and Maddi ❤️

Very cute hotel with a nice walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the beach! It has a swimming pool and a restaurant/ bar. The hotel is beautiful designed and decorated! Staff is very friendly! The rooms are good, clean and neat. Also you have a seating area in front of it where you can relax. The restaurant has good food, but we also had dishes that were disappointing (pasta mostly). We only ate continental here. Unfortunately it takes ages (!!!) for the food to be ready which is really a bummer! Service should be faster! Something that I also did not appreciate was that all the seating pillows and sun beds were not being cleaned regularly and I found it uncomfortable to ask for it being cleaned every time I want to sit somewhere. Another ting was that they play music around the clock in the reception area so we heard the bass quite often in our room. Last but not least: the wifi did not work in the room. This is a no-go for the price we paid for the room. The price value for money is the reason I give this place only 3 stars. It is definetly not a luxurious hotel :(

A beautiful little hotel. Quiet, and centrally located between Patnem and Palolem. They were kind enough to include breakfast in our stay. The pool area was nice, but a few mozzies and could have done with a good clean - but nice to spend a few quiet hours reading a book.
