We have just returned from a fabulous week away with the family to celebrate my Sister’s 30th birthday! What an amazing week it has been…all thanks to Spyros (in the restaurant) who made sure we always had an outside table with great views and brought food and drink to our table every breakfast, lunch and dinner. A massive shoutout to Babou and Ida part of the entertainment team who spoke to us daily and remembered our names, very funny and nice people! The hotel wouldn’t be the same without them for sure!! And a special mention to Stamitas (waiter in the resturant) who was very kind and friendly, he tried to remember our names every night and was really nice person! The food was amazing, hotel and staff all made the trip for us…YAMAS!!!

An amazing hotel with amazing staff. The entertainment team. Kelly, Ida and Babo were so friendly and inviting. Demetri and Franci the bar staff and the restaurant manager who booked us a table for our 2 week wedding anniversary and gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Would highly recommend

The nicest hotel we’ve stayed in over the years we’ve been coming to Greece. Staff are very friendly, especially Babou! Very clean throughout all the hotel and food has been delicious! Location is great, just a stones throw away from the beach and only a short taxi ride into the Old Town

We have just come back after spending a week at this hotel.|We arrived late at night, the staff were welcoming. First impressions were positive with a lovely clean lobby. |The restaurant was closed and there were sandwiches left in the fridge of the room. However no bottled water. There were 2 empty glass bottles that you have to go and fill up with water from the water stations. However, the bottles didn't look particularly inviting. I am aware the hotel is is trying to reduce plastic, but I feel a couple of bottles of water in the fridge for late arrivals would be welcomed.| The hotel was very clean, although the carpet on the main staircase could do with renewing as it was quite threadbare.|We had a sea view room on the 4th floor which was spacious and had a lovely view. There was only one sheet and one pillow on the bed and I found it quite cold the first night. Normally you have spare blanket and pillows in the wardrobe, but not in this hotel.| The air conditioning only works when the doors to the balcony are closed and we found that during the day following cleaning of the room the balcony door was being left slightly open so that the air conditioning did not kick in. Although on the 4th floor I didn't like the fact that the door was left open when our belongings were inside. The room was cleaned daily but the towels were not changed even though we left them out to be changed, they were just picked up folded and put back. I would expect a 4 star hotel to change the towels daily or every other day. The towels did look quite grubby. The sheets were not changed during our stay either. During certain times of the day in the room you could smell the drains which wasn't very pleasant and you could also smell them when using the shower. Although the shower was clean the shower heads could have done with descaling.|Food was what you would expect for all inclusive dining in the restaurants, I am a fussy eater but could always find something to eat, however, I ate mainly from the poolside bar during the day which I enjoyed. |The pool was nice but very cold and the pool area was kept clean. You could get pool towels with a refundable deposit but you could only change them once during your stay. In other places I have stayed you can change them daily. The area around the pool for sun beds is quite small and very busy so you felt on top of one another especially on the grass area. This area was right next to a very busy road so was noisy from the constant traffic and the fumes did cause me a problem as I am asthmatic. Further across the pool area was better but you needed to get your sun beds very early as these were taken first. The sun beds could do with updating as they were uncomfortable and the umbrella did not keep the sun out. They were aesthetically pleasing but not very practical.|There were sun beds on the beach which was straight across the road. It is a shingle and pebble beach so sea /pool shoes required to get to the sea which was lovely and warm but quite choppy. People struggled to get in and out.|There were activities by the pool throughout the day and the staff were great especially Babou and Ida. There was also evening entertainment. We did go to the sports bar not far from the hotel a couple of nights which we really enjoyed.|There is a bus stop outside the hotel and we used this to go to Rhodes town which took about 10 minutes. This was well worth a visit with shops, bars and restaurants.|We were all inclusive, but after 11pm you had to pay for your drinks so in my view that does not make it all inclusive.|Overall, we had a pleasant stay but I ŵould say this hotel is a 3to 3.5 star. If the above mentioned comments were looked at and improved then this could be a 4 star hotel.

All of the staff members are incredibly friendly, approachable, and welcoming, which instantly creates a positive and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warmth and genuine smiles that make you feel at ease. Every interaction feels thoughtful and sincere, showing that the team truly cares about providing excellent service. A special mention must go to Babou, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism really stand out. Babou goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels valued and well looked after, making the entire experience not only enjoyable but also truly memorable and worth appreciating.

We have just returned , we were a party of 6 to celebrate my daughter’s 30 th birthday . Where can I start ! |The restaurant manager Spyros was a diamond , he made sure we had a table each time went for a meal , warm welcoming and a lovely man .|Well what can I say about Barbou , he is the star of the hotel , if every hotel had a Babou we would all be very happy people . He entertained us for the full holiday , funny , learning our names , playing darts making it fun , truly fabulous guy .|Cannot not mention Ida also , very nice girl who went out of her way to know us all and talk to us daily and made our holiday extra special .

Lovely hotel in the front of Ixia, wallabies distance to bars and restaurants both left and right from the hotel. Beach across the road part of hotel and complimentary loungers & parasols. Road can be very busy and a bit a death run to cross. Sea was a bit rough and pebbly but but a pair of beach shoes for €10 and no issues. Buses and taxis are available to get to locations across the island. Buses can be very busy so found using a taxi with a shared people works out cheaper.

We gave been to this hotel now three years in a row and can honestly say that we wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff are amazing and always very friendly and welcoming. I can be a fussy eater but have never had a day where I couldn't find something to eat.
