Staff were very lovely, they communicated very well with people and supported them. The rooms were delightful and very nice, very comfy beds. The twin bed was slightly annoying but the room overall was excellent. The balcony was stunning with the sea view. Food was very nice, warm and a good variety. They also did different traditional foods which was interesting. Cleaners are amazing. Old/New Town Rhodes was very beautiful and only a 15minute bus ride from hotel. Entertainment was excellent for both adults and children, the staff are very engaging with the audience. Local shops nearby too and the beach was beautiful. Would highly highly recommend coming here. The only bad thing I would say which isn’t that bad is that the shower does flood if the shower is left on too long. Overall an excellent place, would 100% come again!! ❤️

Spent a last week of October. Hotel as it self is in good location. Food surprised a lot. Every single night different meals. A lot of to choose from. Evening shows a bit weak. For teens, not a lot to do in a hotel. No space for football games, had to play by the food shack when it's closed. Staff, well they need to get more discipline how to interact with customers. Car rental Alco giving you a really good prices to rent a car, and you don't have to go anywhere. You can watch beautiful sunsets just across the road. Apart of that, we had a lovely time.

Overall, this was a lovely hotel. I stayed here for a week for my birthday and I was impressed with the standard of hotel I stayed at. I will start off by praising Maria (waitress) and Carlos(waiter) These two I observed and they were the best out of any of the waiters or waitresses they was both very attentive and kind and always had a smile on their face. Carlos is always smiling and is making sure that the guests are okay. He takes very good initiative with cleaning tables and keeping the process move and lovely in the restaurant. Overall, I loved my room and the food.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and Babou made the experience truly exceptional. He provided excellent entertainment and showed outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. His bubbly, fun and attentive personality made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We really appreciate his effort and dedication—thank you, Babou, for making our visit memorable! :)||The hotel staff were also amazing. The food and rooms were 10/10. We will 100% be back again.||Kam & Bea

We stayed here for a week and will definitely consider returning. Staff are really professional and courteous, rooms are cleaned daily and well appointed. The restaurant changes the theme every day so you won’t get bored, and quality of the food is top notch. Cocktails are strong and constantly available. Location is ideal, just 10 minutes car ride to old town which I definitely recommend visiting. Beach is clean and just across the road. Rental cars available from within the hotel which is ideal. Only negative we found was that the two pools are not heated, although we went in October when the weather wasn’t so warm. Would imagine in the summer it’s preferable to have the water cold.

We visited this hotel in October half term. We all had very mixed reviews.||First off the rooms; the rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday if you wished, towels and bedding clean and changed. Couldn’t fault them. Semi modern.||The food; |Breakfast had plenty of choice but very random for breakfast items. The selection could have been made much smaller but with better quality items. Such as proper sausages instead of sliced hot dogs and bacon which was actually cooked instead of stacked on top of each-other so, only the top layer was cooked. Plenty of egg choices and bread and fruit.|Lunch at the pool bar was very good. Fresh made pizza, nuggets, fries, plenty of lovely salad, dips and pitta and gyros meat. |Evening meals were very random. A lot like the breakfast. I believe if quality over quantity was trialled the result would be better. Themed nights were different every night however for example for the chinese night the only things we found were spring rolls, prawn crackers and won tons. Noodles were actually spaghetti. Pretty much same with the Mexican night not much mexican food, apart from nachos, corn and wedges, no chilli, enchiladas, fajitas. Greek night had pastitcio and moussaka however consisting of mostly thick dry bechamel sauce and no meat. Meats were mainly pork every night. Hardly any chicken. Beef was debatable. If you have children and they are fussy there are no chicken nuggets, battered fish or pizza at nights just chips. There is bolognaise every night but tastes nothing like it.|The desserts are of plenty but very poor. The fruit is beautiful and plentiful.||Onto the drinks; through the day everything is self service. One type of local lager on draft, plenty of fizzy drinks that are good a water option and a tea/coffee machine. There are one of each type of wine all of which are from a machine, vile and vinegary.|These don’t start until 10am.|There are a choice of 6 cocktails on all inclusive. All are made with a choice of spirit all local generic large bottles. No choice of brands at all. Fruit juices are vile. Sugary and acidic and full of colouring defo not natural juice (same ones at breakfast).||Onto the pool; pool is clean, pool toilet’s are clean. No lifeguard. No pool rules. Towels have to be on loungers before 7:45am or you have no allocation unless next to the toilet’s. People start from 6am. There is no music (even a quiet mix) round the pool unless the darts or water aerobics are on then it’s the same 4 really loud songs. The pool area is decent. However the beat sunbathing spot in on the grassy area which can attract flies and gets muddy at times. We feel this would be better paved for how used it was. As people were dragging mud and grass into the pool. ||Overall; a nice hotel in a nice area. However,we feel we wouldnt visit again. This was due to the extra money we spent on authentic drinks and food outside of the hotel.

Brilliant holiday for the last week of the season the entertainment staff were brilliant with a big shout out for Ida who was always smiling and making sure we all had a great time!! We made some great friends too which was a bonus! The bar staff were fast and made us feel welcome with a great selection of all inclusive cocktails. We enjoyed the food, especially the Greek night. Will definitely go again to the lovely place

Sunset just outside the hotel. Rooms are ok but no drawers, so staying for a week or more means there is nowhere for t-shirts etc. Had to use our cases as drawers. Outside bar is noisy, if you are looking for a peaceful afternoon. Service is good though, and you can walk into Rhodes Old Town from here (about 4 miles).
