Oceans Mooloolaba Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Oceans! 10/10 location to the beach, Main Street and local supermarket. Each room has a balcony that overlooks the ocean - it’s so beautiful to wake up to! The room was clean and fully equipped with modern facilities. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too hard - they made the effort to have our room ready a bit earlier and gave us a late checkout to align with our flights. The pool area was so great for our toddler - with a smaller shallow pool for him to play in, alongside the main pool and spa. The pool has full sun for the whole day - which is another bonus! We will definitely be back.

What a lovely, lovely place this is. We stayed four nights and it just got better and better. You appreciate the apartment, the amenities, the location and outlook more and more. The quality of the furnishings and fit out is first class and very comfortable. There are many nice thoughtful touches put into it. The wireless controller for the TV and sound system was great, as were the selected DVDs and games in the room. There’s really nothing to critique; not only is it lovely, it’s very relaxing and becomes very liveable right away, The view to the beach and water is great as is the pool. And the location on the esplanade is convenient but not noisy at all. It’s not a cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for and they do seem to offer deals and packages often. We will definitely return.

Oceans Mooloolaba would have to be the best apartment that i've had the pleasure to stay with. The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed that they'd even stocked the ice in the freezer for us. The staff were all lovely, professional and very helpful. We had the 3 bedroom penthouse and that was amazing to have our own private pool and out door lounges and dining. Thank you so much for the lovely holiday at Oceans Apartments.

This review relates to apartment 203 at Oceans. When we arrived, floor was dirty, I had to clean my toilet and the dining room table runner was caked with food and crumbs. All the air vents in the main living space and 3 bedrooms were filthy and never been cleaned by the look. No hairdryer. We had two towels each for the 7 nights and had to use one as a pool towel. Only toiletries provided were one inch square of soap each. the washing machine was broken and had to be replaced, the induction cooktop had to be fixed but then only worked on the hottest setting which meant we triggered the smoke alarms the first and only time we used it. The BBQ was absolutely filthy and we could only get one jet to work anyway. so for the first 3 days we had repairmen in and out. No apology. No compensation. It ruined our holiday. To make matters worse, we noticed the apartment being advertised for about $400 less than we paid for it. The location is good - I imagine the other apartments at Oceans are better than apartment 203 and they were serviced daily too. We weren't. Be warned.

very clean and spacious , we had the ground floor with our own spa which was right next to the sitting area to the public pool, also people from the pool area could see straight into our apartment so we had to have the curtains closed 90% of the time, great location and very nice staff

Oceans Mooloolaba provided a great holiday at the beach experience.We took our 6 yr old grand son with us.The unit had a wonderful ocean view,handy to the beach and all types of eating experiences.Wonderful pool and spa .Just a lovely family holiday .Staff are exceptional.Rooms are spacious well thought out.Serviced daily if you require.

We just got back from a 7 night stay as a family of 4 with young kids (6 and 2 years old). ||I was REALLY impressed with this place and it takes a lot to impress me 😂 ||The communication was amazing, instructions to get into the hotel after hours etc, the car park etc. The location is amazing, it is self contained but still serviced every single day which is rare in a place like this, so I LOVED that part. They provide laundry detergent every day for you and dishwashing liquid so I didn’t have to go purchase any like I normally do in these places! The only thing we had to buy and leave behind for our stay was a bit of oil for cooking and some butter. ||The location is superb, Coles and convenience stores in the heart of the esplanade, ice creams and dinners out everyday, the beach, it honestly was fab. We were all very sad to leave. ||Also Julie Ann on reception and another lady, I forget her name, (she’s recently moved to QLD from Melbourne a few years ago) - they were so friendly, informative and helpful. For once I didn’t feel like I was a burden to hotel staff - it’s almost like they wanted to talk to me and genuinely help me around the place! ||Heated pool in the middle of winter was awesome too so my girls got to swim and have fun. ||We will be back again!!!!

Lovely apartment. Very well appointed. The staff at the apartments were very friendly and helpful. The place is well positioned across the road from the beach and there are loads of restaurants within easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coles is just around the corner for supplies. The apartment is serviced daily and has a gym and pool that my son used. A great break away!
