Beautifully situated right next to the Connor Pass and 20 minutes away from Dingle but not a lot of tourists come here. We were so warmly welcomed here and had the pleasure of taking part in a music night like none other - it was like sitting in a living room among friends. Thank you so much for this night, it made our trip very special!

Liked: The location is outstanding. It is so beautiful there and the sound of the curlew adds to the magic. We were made to feel very welcome at check-in. It was great to be able to have a bbq and campfire. The toilets and showers were fine. We loved it and plan to return. Disliked: There were no washing up facilities. I understand the hope that people will eat in the pub especially given the short tourist season for us here in Ireland. But when you're travelling around with a tent rather than a camper, it's extremely useful.

Liked: Amazing location beside the water with fabulous views. Price Dinner in local pub. Lots of electricity and water points. Disliked: Lack of signage, we couldn't find the shower block and the toilets so used the ones in the pub instead. This place could be really great but needs to be better managed. We didn't interact with any member of staff at the campsite. It all felt a bit strange.

Liked: One of the most scenic campsites in Ireland, on the edge of Brandon Bay. Lovely hard standing pitches in a relaxed & friendly campsite. We stayed with our dog came for 1 night stayed for 3. There’s a shop 3 mins walk away, several beaches and the site is part of a popular traditional pub which serves breakfast & dinner. Live music 🎵 was lovely. Owner is a friendly welcoming person. We are a mature couple but also perfect for young families.

Liked: Great views of the bay and mountains. Pitches were well organised but pre-allocated. We were lucky and got a very spacious one right by the water's edge. The management and staff in the pub were very friendly. We ate an evening meal in the pub which was nice. It was a little noisy in the evening but became very quiet and peaceful after 10/10.30. There's a small shop 5-10 minutes walk away where you can stock up on food. Lots of birds to see and hear, we clocked at least 9 different species. Disliked: It was a little weird to start with going into the toilets, it felt as if you were going into the back of someone's house. There were only 2 unisex toilets and only 2 unisex showers for quite a big site. No washing up area.

Stayed one night found the staff very friendly and the location breathtaking with views that are simply stunning. The rooms are basic outdated and could do with a modern makeover however they are clean and comfortable and warm. The pub is cosy and I found the food to be nice. I’d definitely recommend it they also have a campsite on the ground if you fancied the outdoors instead.

I stopped in Guesthouse No.5 at O’Connor’s in Cloghane for a week long fishing trip. The house had ample space and was spotlessly clean, capable of accommodating 5 people. There is a lounge with open fire, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has a good range of utensils, crockery and pans, along with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. |The view out over the estuary is spectacular and there were several unforgettable sun rises.|O’Connor’s bar is right next door and has an outstanding Irish atmosphere with top class Guinness and food. The Chowder and Irish Stew are sublime.|Bass fishing was brilliant too!|Thoroughly recommended and well worth a visit.

We stayed one night here, and it was a highlight of our time in Ireland. It's nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the bay and surrounding mountains. The best part of all is the people you'll meet - a warm and welcoming host, and top-notch staff who are full of stories and good craic. We joined in the very lively session at the pub, met a bunch of locals and campers, and had such a great time. Beautiful location too - We hiked a bit of Mt. Brendan the following day (with mildly large heads! lol) and then continued on around the Dingle peninsula. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
