Would put 0 starts if I could. A part of the service we purchased was that we get a scent. When we asked for it, we were told we need to go to the office. There, we were told that the scent thing hasn’t shipped so they don’t have it. Logically, I asked if there is a substitute (they have other scents for sale) or a reimbursement/discount because, at the end of the day, I did not received what was advertised. That is not the worst part…
The man who I, unfortunately, had to talk about the situation, named Kerry was overly aggressive. He kept saying “we don’t have it” instead of answering my question on where it is stated that sometimes the promised product is not available. He kept aggressively asking me what my complaint was instead of answering my question. His tone and gestures made me feel unsafe. He said I am violating his space and threatened that he has cameras on property. I felt completely blindsided by that move as I was 1) not given what I was promised 2) talked to disrespectfully, and, to add on 3) threatened.
This is beyond unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate I have to write this review as I was using this car wash often. The people who polished the car did a good job and the cashier inside was helpful and friendly. I feel as though it is unfair to other workers, but Kelly completely ruined the experience.
