Very poor experience. It took nearly 48hrs instead of 24hrs. Was not told about the delivery and collection charges. 60 rand each way even know they are 3 blocks from my hotel. I would have walked over if I had known. For a balanced review though, the clothes came back neatly folded and smelling nice.

guy delivering the laundry charged 500 for just wash & dry which differs largly from therir price list. I was in a hurry and paid with my phone, so I only noticed after.

I can’t explain how wonderful they did helping me with my laundry. We asked for same day, which they gladly accepted, then when our day got crazy they gladly dropped our clothes to our hotel (luckily it was around the corner). Honestly such amazing service, couldn’t be happier. Such a treat when you’re traveling. Not a thing missing. FYI they are located inside a small mall. Excellent experience all around

I was really dissappinted by our experience ! We gave in quite a few clothes to clean. Not only did three items from someone else end up with us but we also didn’t receive about 5 of our items back. It didn’t feel like they even made an effort to find the missing items. I would avoid this laundrette if you want to keep all your laundry !!!!

They did a good job with the clothes, and R120 for a load was very reasonable. No complaints there. Giving them 4-star because they advertise pickup and drop, but the manager didn't inform me that they charge a flat-rate for the pickup service (R60 each way) even though my hotel was 400m away.

The best in town, very efficient. I would highly recommend them. They picked up my laundry in the morning and brought it back in the afternoon. I chose the express service. It was clean and smelling fresh as a daisy. Keep up the good work guys.
