We were referred by a winemaker in the area & also our son in law had it on his list.
Very small, and an attached patio with just maybe three tables.
We had taken in a bottle of wine (corkage fee $10 CAD), so we missed out on the delicious looking cocktails.
We shared some oysters (served with an option of 8 different sauces), very good, then the mussels (ask for extra garlic bread to get as much of the delicious curry sauce as possible!), the veal cheek--divine! Buttery, melt in your mouth, so freakin' good! Then shared the lobster & chorizo risotto. I'm very fussy about risotto, and it was as creamy, tasty & delicious as I've ever had! The chorizo was smoky & chewy, really exceptional, and paired with the lobster, a nice contrast of flavor.
Loved our meal and the service was extremely good!
Just wish I'd taken pictures of our dishes--sorry. So much wine tasting that day, LOL. We just wanted to enjoy each dish as it came out.
Small kitchen, food comes out a little slowly, so make sure you cover a couple hours of parking on your meter!
