Google
Such good pizza from Mikes Late Night Slice! They have two food trucks outside. The other is a Gabe’s Glizzy Hut, they have hotdogs. We came on Tuesday during Karaoke night, good vibes and good beer!

Google
Awesome dog friendly place, amazing friendly service, and good drinks well priced. Beautiful atmosphere They have phone chargers for any type. I was visiting the city, and Wil would definitely come back again. They have a really nice outdoor patio as well as an indoor bar. Water stations everywhere and also for dogs.

This place is a guaranteed good time. Always something fun going on from their drunk spelling bee to their Odds Idol competition. Staff makes you feel like family and when the Malort comes out you better partake. Not too many spots in the Short North with real character, but this one has got it and then some. Much love!

LADIES BE CAREFUL HERE!!!!! While my friend was in line for pizza on the outdoor patio, a man behind her grabbed her unprovoked so aggressively he broke her bracelet and left visible bruising (he assumed she had cut in line, but she did not). He didn’t let go until she started yelling at him. When security approached us, they let the man go without question and berated my friend for “causing a scene.” Women, please be safe and conscious of your surroundings here at all times!! The security will let men do as they please with no repercussions. Sad excuse for a bar and the “men” they let work here as security.

Tuesday! Karaoke night. It's pack with a lot of people! Good vibes and good time. A lot of chill people l who just want to sing and hang out with friends. I would recommend it on a Tuesday night! If you have nothing to do on a Tuesday night!

Wow!!! I love the atmosphere of this place it's been quite laid back and the bartenders Daylen and Rocco definitely are on their A-game and know how to impress me when they make my drinks. There is one bartender here that I don't think likes me so well but I don't let that get to me. I'm known by my nickname Fate and I'm always here mostly on Tuesdays for karaoke and it gets so LIT and crazy in here. Love ya Oddfellows.

Google
Not sure what I did today to deserve the wrath of this bartender's attitude, but here we are! I typically only write reviews when places are five-star or one-star. Hands down, this was a very brief, horrible experience. I walked in for a beer, and asked if there were any beers on draft (I did not see a menu posted or otherwise). The bartender said, "it will circle around," apparently referring to the electronic beer menu on the wall. He said, "if you tell me what you like I can suggest some beers." I said I liked "ambers." He didn't have ambers and I said, "okay, then a lager?" He disappeared and came back with a beer and told me the price. The entire time he was SO rude, unfriendly and angry. I bought the beer and sat outside, contemplating why he was such a jerk to me for NO REASON. I ended up leaving after a couple sips of my beer. Try smiling buddy... it was a beautiful day today.

Google
Bartender was a kind soul and the place was cozier than my grandmother’s. Would 10/10 rec. would love another sour here. Would relocate to OH just to be closer to this bar.

Yelp
Oddfellows is a classic bar! I've only been once, but I know they have tons of local regulars who rarely go anywhere else. It's a no-frills vibe with a very classic bar feel on the inside. The rear outside has a teeny little patio with tables with umbrellas. Drinks are cheap. I went at an off time in the late afternoon to meet with a colleague about an upcoming event, and there was a ton of seating and a very relaxed atmosphere. Will update with more details after my next visit! It looks like they have a bigger patio connected on the side of the building.

Yelp
Bartender seemed a little rude , i asked for a strawberry lemon drop and immediately responded "no can i see your ID" which threw me off. As a person who works in hospitality there wasn't any here.

Yelp
Security lied after threatening and harassing me. He let his emotions get in the way . He was stereotyping and over using his power. He's tall with dreads and he's there at night. The owner ignored me when I had a complaint and the Caucasian security gaurs told me I'm band with no explanation. They cannot tell I was not from Ohio and treated me with disrespect even after I brought them business. I would not recommend this bar to nobody unless you want to be treated in the most disrespectful way.

Yelp
Service is top notch. Great environment if you like the odd (and I do!). Friendly folks everywhere and Mikey's Late Night Slice truck right outside the door. Our new favorite bar in Columbus, hands down!

Yelp
I have been coming here since college & had an amazing time each time. It is cool/older inside..not your normal usual brewery for Cbus. You get your basic well drinks/beers/seltzers..but it is the vibe of the place for sure. I love that they have a bouncer. The staff is super nice all the time. I always meet new friends each time I come here. Keep up the great work!!

Yelp
Usually popping into town here and there and when we do, we try to get a night in here they usually have some super dope DJs (shout out ohdestiny and LR$) and great cocktails with a decent draft selection

Yelp
My experience at Oddfellows can be summed up in one word -- odd. Came here on a Saturday evening and there were maybe 3-4 other patrons. When we walked in, the bartenders made eye contact with us. We then proceeded to sit down at a table 5 feet from the bar. The bartenders continued to gossip in the corner and did not acknowledge us. This went on for longer than it should have and finally two out of the four in our group got up to stand at the bar to order for the group. After standing at the bar, they finally acknowledged our presence and got our drink orders. Maybe they don't service the tables and you can only order at the bar. That's fine, but if that's the case, maybe let us know as we initially sat awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge us. On to the drinks. I ordered a crown royal and diet coke. I took a sip and it tasted like a mix of club soda and vinegar. I had the others at my table try it to make sure it wasn't just me. When they agreed that it tasted as if the diet coke syrup was out, I went to the bar and told them. They looked at me like I had a third eye, and the bartender tells another employee to go check the fountain tap. This employee comes back up and says "well the tap is working fine". The bartender stares at me as if I didn't hear what the girl said. And I just look at her and say well it tastes terrible, I can't drink this. It took some persistence, but she finally offered to get me something else. Needless to say, at that point we decided to finish half of our cocktails and leave. The small saving grace was that we were sitting right next to a popcorn machine. And the only thing salvaging this review as 2 stars instead of 1 is that they had a "spicy ramen" seasoning to sprinkle on the popcorn and it was actually really good. I wish I had some at my place. Hopefully I can find some, because I will not be back to have theirs again.

Yelp
Christmas/holiday themed bar AND dog friendly! Exactly what we were looking for on an early Saturday evening- dark enough to feel like night time, but early enough to be home before the crowds. First time at Oddfellows and it was super cute, fun seasonal decor, great cocktails- we ordered the "Bit Nipply Out" (lol) cranberry seasonal margarita and 2 traditional mules since it was pretty busy when we first got there, there was only one bartender behind the bar so my husband waited about 10 min to order at the bar. There was another dog- Golden Retriever inside and Fred was well-received by staff and patrons. Lots of beer and cocktails to choose from, our drinks were great and the popcorn was a nice addition (the pups enjoyed it too!) Music was pretty loud for such a small space and it being before 6pm (wow, I sound old) but that would probably be my only complaint. Hope to visit the patio once it gets warmer out, but for now the interior was cozy and fun to see all the random details. Don't miss this spot while it's decorated!

Yelp
I would rate this place negative stars if I could. I was allowed to walk into the bar but once inside I was cornered by a staff member asking for my id again. I happily agreed to show my id again since I am several years over the drinking age and have nothing to hide. I was told my id was fake I needed to leave, all because it was an out of state id. They also told me they had heard I'd been denied from multiple other bars that night, even though I had not been to any other bars before hand therefore obviously was not denied from them. I've never been denied from any other bar with my legal id before. They told me most people carry around a passport with them so I should have had that on me for proof. I was then told with my group that if I didn't leave I'd be removed with force. Overall a horrible place with horrible people. Don't waste your time and spend your money somewhere else.

Yelp
Horrible service - deserves negative stars! Never been treated so poorly in a public place!

Yelp
Wife and I stopped for a slice pizza. it's a warm Saturday night and the calm before the storm ( in other words, it's not busy at all a few people the court yard and about 10 inside) it will be packed later. ordered a beer and a Diet Pepsi. pizza was great. Tried to get a second beer and a refill on the diet. could seem to get a bartender to leave the fun end of the bar to order my drinks, i was just about to give up and he finally made it to me ( (less than 10 people inside I'm the only one trying to order) so when he insisted on charging me for the Diet Pepsi refill, that the rub. I easily would have tipped more than that if he didnt act like I was bothering him in the first place. it's funny how $3 and poor service can ruin what could have been a good experience with many more return visits.

Yelp
It's a dive bar, but it's not. I don't know, but it makes sense when you go there. Oddfellows is one of my favorite spots in Columbus to grab a beer and have a relaxing time catching up with friends. They always have crazy decorations, especially during Christmas time which is when I happened to be there recently. They have a free popcorn machine with multiple different flavors to try and they almost always have Mikey's late night slice pizza outside as well. Don't expect anything fancy here, but that's the best part about it. Btw- dogs are allowed inside if it's too cold for their patio!

Joe T.

Yelp
Hands down the worst bar service I've experienced in the city. I hate to complain about others in the industry, but the employees who work here give the industry a bad name.

Yelp
I wanted to try the $10 brunch buffet, so my husband and I came to check out this place yesterday (NYD). We arrived around 11:30 but it wasn't busy at all. There were a few customers, but it did get busier later. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender. I ordered a mimosa and told him we wanted the buffet. He gave us styrofoam plates and bowls. My husband only ordered water; our drinks were placed in front of us and we headed to the buffet. I liked the selection; it was veg/vegan friendly, but they had bacon and sausage as well. I opened the first food warmer and tried to help myself but the metal spoons on each side were too hot to handle. Ouch. My husband was able to serve us both, braving the heat. The next warmer had plastic serving spoons. :-) They had sliced crispy sweet potatoes, blueberry silver dollar pancakes, sauerkraut, greens, quiche with spinach, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and black-eyed pea soup. There was also a vegan sandwich bar. I made myself a sandwich as a second brunch helping. It wasn't the best brunch I've had, but it was a nice variety, and we did enjoy the whole dive bar vibe. It reminded us of the former Betty's. The bartender also entered us in a gift basket drawing. We didn't win. Bummer. The drinks were good. We'll probably return; it sounds like the patio would be nice to visit in the summer. FYI: I read in another review that if you order a drink, the $10 buffet is lowered to $6. That didn't happen yesterday. I am adding to this because I forgot to mention the cool restrooms (V for ladies, and P for the guys) and the fact that the sinks are in the hall outside them. You can wash up after without holding anyone up. I guess, also, germophobes don't have to worry about washing hands, then touching the door! Clever!

Yelp
What a fun, hoppin' spot! I recently moved down the street from Oddfellows and it was one of the first bars my friends took me to in the Short North. You can tell it's a local favorite because often times it's totally packed. On warmer nights and especially during the summer, they open up their patio where there's more space. You can also quickly grab a slice of pizza from Mikey's Late Night Slice. Drinks, shots, drink, shots, PIZZA! What's not to love?! The music is always on point, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The décor cracks me up! They have a giant sign towards the front that sometimes has something ridiculous written on it. They have a big projector on the other end where they show all the good sports games. They even have a female mannequin with someone's bra hanging from it (must have been a wild night). Lastly, the drinks are reasonably priced and they don't skimp on the alcohol. All around, this right here is a winner!
google avatar

Steve P.

Yelp
They have one of the coolest patios in the neighborhood and of course, the best option for grab and go food. I do love some Mikey's Late Night Slice. The inside space is small, but when the weather is nice, I've noticed most people hang outside. The decor is cool and feels like someone's neat unique basement. I've been to events here, which get very busy. They have trivia twice per week too, but we haven't made it in for that yet. Drunk spelling bee is a sight to see though.

Yelp
This was the sixth spot of the evening as we were out for our good friends 1/2 century birthday party. This place is the definition of dive bar and they pull it of expertly!! The bar was full and the bartenders were super attentive. The popcorn machine is free and all you can handle. They had three drinks on tap and they were all slushees. I didn't even look at the menu or cocktail list and just ordered one each of the slushees. One tastes like a chocolate tootsie roll, one tasted like peach, and the other was a strawberry margarita. They all tasted so good and they went down really fast. The decorations were still up from Christmas and they looked awesome. The neon light on the way to the bathroom was hilarious and gave me a great reminder of how good I looked! We will definitely be coming back here again!!
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
The drinks are reasonably priced here, but getting a drink from the bar could be such a hassle and take a long time. I don't know if this place is understaffed, or the staff is unwilling to work in an efficient manner. On the two nights I visited, and there were two bartenders, and both nights took a long time to get a drink, so I am leaning towards the ladder opinion of that the bartenders were unwilling to work in an efficient manner.

Nicholas S.

Yelp
I honestly had such a great time at Karaoke Tuesday, but we were harassed and pushed by a bouncer when waiting outside for our friends. Super disappointed that I spent 100+ dollars on drinks and walked out of the building around 1:30 and was called a "punk ass bitch" by the bouncer while waiting for our friends to exit. He then proceeded to insult every patron who exited with every sort of insult, and then claim to "know the owner" and threaten us. super disappointed that we would be treated this way, been going here for months and now will reconsider. Bummer.

Yelp
I would rather give no stars but I am required to give at least one star. If you are a young woman of color or even look remotely young as a woman of color do not visit this bar. The door man is the rudest person I have encountered since I've moved to Columbus. I have been to Oddfellow many of times before however something was different today. As I approached the door from getting pizza the door man looked at my id and said "no." I said "excuse me" he responded " you can't come in your id is fake." I've had my drivers license since I was 21, I am now 27, and have used it across the country and have NEVER had this problem. I asked if I could show another form of id I was told no and that I wasn't coming in. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told "she's going to back me up." I responded "that's okay I would still like to speak to her." I was then told "she's at the end of the bar." I said "I would step out." He responded then "she was busy." It was very clear that he did not want me to enter the bar and I do not want to spend my money anywhere I am not wanted however what I will not tolerate is disrespect. While the race card is not something I would ever use lightly I do believe it played a role in this interaction. If you are a person of color and look anywhere close to young do not go to this bar. You will be turned away for no legitimate reason. Do better Oddfellow! Tanasia M., M. Ed

Yelp
Let me tell you, this place is a spot! Came here about a week ago for a social event for my girlfriend and was very impressed! First we have the location. It's in the short north but pretty close to a few different parking garages so it's pretty easy to get too! Next the decor. It is certainly in the eclectic side but I'm all about it! Every where you look there is something interesting! Now to the actual offerings at Oddfellows. We were there during happy hour and there was plenty to choose from! Additionally the prices were pretty great for the location! 3-6$ for a beer and $5 for a cocktail. Those are things you just can't beat. There is also a popcorn machine in the bar with complimentary popcorn and various pop up food options throughout the week! We were there for the drunk spelling bee and it provided plenty of entertainment for the evening! All in all it was a great place to enjoy a drink or two!
google avatar

Yelp
Nice little spot in short north. Major alternative vibes and fun decor. Dog friendly inside too! Friendly staff, next to late night slice if you need some good pizza.

Yelp
Oddfellows is a poppin', eclectic bar that sure gets busy on the weekends! The Good - +A good number of local brews on tap. +My draft pint of suds was just $5. Great prices for a local craft beers. +Hai Poke is currently a pop-up food spot in the back serving up Hawaiian rice bowls. +Cool atmosphere, fun decor and chill until.... The Bad - +....when it hits about 9pm this place gets packed. I'm old and lame and long gone are my early 20s when I enjoyed being sardined between a bunch of drunkards. +Service. I don't think the bartender said one word to me while I was there. She seemed quite annoyed with my presence & unhappy to be there which was very unwelcoming. High Street has a ton of fun spots along it and this serves as a great pub crawl stop. Don't expect friendly or even respectable service...but you will indeed get served a cheap drink.

Yelp
I have been to Oddfellows a few times and think it's one of the best in Columbus. It has some great cocktails, there's food supplied by some of the most interesting food trucks and pop ups, and it's an overall cool place. The happy hour is a good deal. Some of the funnest stuff is looking at the weird art. The bathrooms even have some funny jokes written on the urinals. I like happy hour the best. It's from 4 to 8. This is half off drafts, which cost $2 to $3. The cocktails are also something to try. A favorite is the Painkiller. The slushys are good and they have the right amount of sweetness. I like the Final Straw, which is made with strawberries. They also have food here, but it's provided by other businesses. The owner is the same as Mikey's Late Night Slice, which is next to it. Another is Hai Poke which appears at several bars and is at Oddfellows usually each Thursday and Friday. They have some of the best price and quality of Asian and sushi. On Saturday and Sunday Katalinas provides a bruch. This includes tofu scrambled eggs. It's only $6 plus the cost of a cocktail that will be a total of about $10. The Bloody Marys are popular. These come in several hotness levels, El Scorcho is the hottest. I recommend coming at happy hour and ordering a cocktail or a few of the slushies. The beer and cocktails are fairly priced compared to other bars in the area. This is a bar to bring friends to have conversations and people watch.

Yelp
I wasn't going to post a review because I'm not that petty but this establishment is a pos. If your a poc avoid spending your money here. I patronize this place almost everyday since I moved next door. And became accustomed to their cider. I ordered one on Saturday and noticed the bill was more than I usually pay. When I asked the bartender why it was $25 back in change after I gave her a $50 she stated I said it was $28. Which she never stated. She than yelled at me and said do you want a receipt. I said yeah. I read the receipt and noticed it said Pumpkin. I came here just two days prior and had my normal cider. I'm allergic to pumpkin and was not informed it was just that. She than throw a $5 at me in my face and said I'm not stealing your money. It was demeaning and embarrassing to have that done in a full bar. I told her I'm allergic to pumpkin and she replaced with a magarita. Back to my point even if the bill was $28 you provided me $20 so In theory you did steal from me. I left the drink and my shots. I'll never come back I say. My bf insisted on coming back tonight I was hesitant and checked to see if she was there which she wasn't. Another female was there chatting with security and patron at the bar. We waited patiently. Young yt male approached the bar she immediately greeted him and took his order. We looked at each other and waited . She passed by us 5 times and didn't acknowledge us. It's empty asf right now. This was the final straw. I loathe this establishment and the only person ever treated customers with respect was a guy with piercings who do the spelling bee. They can close this place down and replace with a ups.

Kayla and Cole did a amazing job at their guest service. It was a busy Monday night but they killed it.

Yelp
Always a must when I am down in the SN for a late night (and/or slice). The inside is relatively small but cozy with funky decor. Where this place really shines is the giant patio with the cute white lights, tons of extra seating, netflix playing on the wall (everything from Bob Ross to Emperor's New Groove, you name it) plus the outdoor bar makes it the perfect place to kick it during patio season. Not to mention, my favorite cbus pizza joint, Mikey's Late Night Slice lives in (on? at?) the patio. *thumbs-up-emoji* I've always had pretty good service here and good drinks. I've heard they also serve breakfast/brunch but have never been that early. Yes, it's got a hipster-ish feel to it, but I still love this unique little spot.

Rachel M.

Yelp
Wish i could give zero stars as the door man is utterly rude and disrespectful. I'm 26 and was told my ID was fake although i have been to odd fellows times before and never had a problem. The minute i walked to the door he said "no", i offered to provided multiple other forms of verification since my id is REAL and have had it since turning 16. He didn't want to listen and kept saying "no this is fake, this is fake". I asked if i could even show him 2 credit cards or my other license with my name on it and he kept insisting it was fake and he wouldn't allow me to speak. I will never be coming back and honestly would urge everyone to stay away from this place until the bouncer learns what a fake from a real id is. absolutely disgusting behavior

Yelp
Fun local bar! Stopped in one night after a long night out with friends for one last drink. And this place did not disappoint. It had a very lively and cheerful atmosphere. Everyone there was extremely nice and the slush drinks were a perfect way to end our night out. That chocolate slush was amazing. Cannot wait to end up back here again.

Yelp
This bar is such a vibe. Took my parents here, who don't go out much, and Erica and Cole were so kind and made my parents feel at home. The staff here are amazing. God bless this bar!!!

Yelp
I've been living in Columbus for around a year and a half at this point, and odd fellows is still one of my favorite bars. I was there this past Sunday and the bartender Andrew was super welcoming and friendly, he was efficient and made great drinks as well. The staff really made it a blast. All of the other bartenders that have there have also been amazing including Kelsey too, she's great. Would recommend to anyone if you're looking for friendly/ welcoming staff, and a fun time too. Also the decor is dope.
google avatar

Kay K.

Yelp
This place is funky, quirky and fun. They have a rotating selection of boozy slushees and pop up vegan food on the reg. Brunch here is awesome, too. Their beer selection covers a wide range, including my fave: Steigl Radler. The patio is second to none when it comes to seating and decor. Plus, there's a late night slice location on it so you have perfect pizza at your fingertips at all times. Definitely recommend stopping here!

Yelp
I always come here with my friend. In fact, we come almost every weekend for the wave runners surf club music. I gave the security guy my ID and he checks it and let's me in. Then my friend is behind me and he checks her ID and says "no, it's fake" mind you, she's 27. She has no reason to have a fake ID and she's been going there with me and even before me for years. The guy was so rude and said "my coworkers will back me up" as if we were trying to fight him. He literally sat there and looked so entitled and profiled her. Her ID is real. At every bar we went to, they run it through the scanners and black light. This was wrong and not justified. I really hope odd fellows comes correct and doesn't do this to someone else. We asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to us, Leading us to believe he just didn't like her and didn't want her to be there. I'm appalled and will not be going here until something is done.

Ashley S.

Yelp
Jason. I maybe wasn't clear in my message. My friend and I had a terrible experience with Andrew on 2 separate days, weeks apart. I came in a week or so before gameday and it was not busy. Andrew made a snarky comment and even called me "Sweetie." Very degrading and uncalled for, i had just tried to order a drink. A few weeks later my friend came in during gameday and he was still on his bs.

Yelp
I love this bar. It is hands down the best spot j'me the Short North. If you're looking for somewhere with great bartenders, awesome decor, and a place where you can actually sit and hear your friends talk, this is the spot. So much better than surrounding bars, and even when it's crowded it doesn't feel overwhelming.

Yelp
Okay, after the manager messaged me, and I finally made it out for drinks on a cold Christmas Eve (with a bunch of people I don't know), I need to update my review. 1). when I arrived, it wasn't too busy - but they snapped my drink up right away. A manhattan (and later, an old fashioned, or the other way around, I can't recall). And true to the manager's word, it was good (a marked improvement from the first time I ordered one at my friend's birthday a couple years back). 2) the specialty drinks were unique and tasty. Frozen alcoholic hot chocolate with mini-marshmallows. Although, it was *so* popular that the number of marshmallows decreased as the night went on. Understandable, but heart-breaking. 3). Whoever the brave souls were working Christmas Eve were friendly (enough, I mean, it got busier) but they were super attentive every time I approached the bar, and were on top of. So... inside, it was cold, so no one was around to steal my drink, and thanks to the staff working that night to let me be bitter about Christmas Eve drinking :D

Yelp
Rude staff and unfriendly environment! Staff seemed to cool to welcome us and seemed to enjoy conversing with their click. We were the only two people in the bar and the attitude was real. We were looking forward to trivia and karaoke but the attitude wasn't worth the wait. Our bar tab would have been worth putting some effort to welcome us as we celebrated my birthday, but your mistake and it was a big mistake. Read this and maybe welcome all people instead of the ones you feel are worthy of your attention. Good luck in the future and learn from this review because you can't judge a book by it's cover. If that quote is to old for you I will explain it for you. Welcome all guest no matter what size, color, or opinion you have formed because you don't know who we are. Your business won't last if you treat your guest as an inconvenience.

Yelp
Is Oddfellows divey? Uh, no - the only dive left in the Short North is Mike's. Oddfellows is quirky, I'll give them that - definitely fun if you head into the restrooms without noticing the sinks are in the alcove OUTSIDE the bathroom proper. (That was several drunken minutes I will never get back. Fun. Going nuts in a bar bathroom, fun.) I do love this place, though. It's got what I want out of a bar: cheap happy hour specials, food on site, and cool staff. Decor - kitschy and retro. Enough seats, but the place is small (side patio FTW). The bartenders are great, friendly and generally engaging...at least until the dudebros show up. That doesn't stop us, to be honest. We tend to come earlier for happy hour, anyway, and can enjoy a few drinks and pizza or Hai Poke for dinner. If you can snag an outdoor seat, it's an ideal way to spend an evening - cheap happy hour, pizza/food on site, and you can pretend you're in a dive bar (even though you're not).

Yelp
I really enjoy Oddfellows! It's a cool place, inside and out. The patio is out if this world. Very unique with SO MANY DOGS! Dogs dogs dogs. You heard me. I don't know about you, but drinking a delicious alcoholic beverage on an artsy patio full of dogs sounds like mf'n HEAVEN. Oh, did I mention there is a MIKEY'S LATE NIGHT SLICE OUT THERE TOO?! Get real. That's dopeeeee. Dogs, booze, pizza, and painted bicycles. Intrigued yet? But. It can get crowded. Very very crowded. But is it worth it? This is a very rare occurrence where I will say YES. Yes, it is worth it. It's Truly a great bar. A tip though: Give staff a break. It gets PACKED! They're human beings and try their best. It can be backed up and I've waited a hot minute for a drink, but that's expected at a bar as magical as Oddfellows. Live it.

Yelp
All of the reviews I read with complaints about service only make me like this place more. I take a look at the people that wrote them. I realize why they got bad service. I snuck out of my corporate annual sales kickoff to go to Oddfellows and I had a great time. I sat here and drank alone and nobody bothered me.

Yelp
Very down to earth bar. I used to love their slushy drinks but recently the flavors are pretty disgusting. I do not recommend them at all but the atmospheres of the bar is worth the trip itself. My favorite part of the bar is being able to get a slice of late night slice with a cocktail. Very good touch

Yelp
I cant believe this awesome place has been under our noses this whole time. When most people think about OF's they think "friday nights and drinks." Not brunch! Every Saturday from 10am-2pm OF'S has a buffet brunch for only $10 and the fun doesn't stop there. They play great music and saturday moring cartoons on a big projector. pajamas are welcomed Food: rosemary yams, berry cinnamon pancakes, kale chips, greens, quiche, toast, sausage and gravy, sausage links, bacon, spring rolls and more. Drinks: the cereal mimosas are unlike anything youve ever tasted. Milk with whiskey or vodka and cereal on top....YES PLEASE! If your not a big drinker there are still plenty of options for you. Service: wonderful ladies at the bar. One of them made us water without us asking her too. They were friendly and checjed on us just enough. Decor: right now this place looks like christmas throw up in there, but in a great way. A way thats nostalgic and will take you back to your childhood. Complaints: the drinks were so strong that they were hard to drink. They played a movie instead of cartoons. On top of that the music was so loud you couldnt hear the movie. I think the movie is just for show. Dont expect audio. However, lets finish on a good note. Theres a ton of parking meteors in the front so parking shouldnt be a problem!

Yelp
Outdoor drinking at its finest. Columbus goes to Miami in 2018. Better than average Heterogeneous partying. Jason Maraz like outdoor solo guitar going now.

Yelp
***This review is based solely upon their brunch*** I want to like Oddfellows brunch so bad. I really do. My friends seem to enjoy it but I've been a few times now and it seems to get worse each time :( I went this past weekend and was just beyond disappointed. Pretty much nothing I had, had any flavor at all. Let's start with the waffles. They were super rubbery and paper thin. They didn't taste anywhere near like waffles nor did they have the traditional ridges that make waffles waffles. I have to wonder if they were gluten free. But then again, I've had very good gluten free waffles and these were just bad. Even after adding chocolate chips, sprinkles and syrup, the waffles tasted horrible. The meats - I was not a fan of the chicken (which I don't think was even real chicken) and sausage. The bacon was ok, I prefer my bacon limp and this was how it was cooked. I also coated it with sprinkles to add a little crunch because there was no crunch at all. There was a shredded potato zucchini dish that again, completely lacked in flavor. There was no seasoning, nothing to it. The crumb cake was not at all a crumb cake. It appear to be completely under cooked and was doughy in the middle. It didn't crumb like a crumb cake should. Again, lacked in flavor. Honestly, the only decent thing on the menu was the fruit. I think what you need to walk away with is that everything at their brunch lacks in flavor. Majorly. Actually it doesn't lack in flavor. It has no flavor whatsoever. With all the awesome brunch places in town, oddfellows could stand to do a major overhaul of their brunch if they want to complete with the offerings around town. And until they do, I will definitely not be returning for brunch.

Yelp
Cool atmosphere and really good prices (~$5 per drink). They also had boozey slushees, which were great (also $5). Outdoor seating is great for summer nights. Would come again!

Yelp
Their motto is "Finally, a shitty place to drink in the Short North!" and it truly is one of the coolest dive bars to open up in the Short North in a long time. It's the new bar concept from Mikey Sorboro who is the mastermind behind Late Night Slice. There's a specialty cocktail menu and a small bar snacks menu. Drinks are not overpriced for standard everyday cocktails. Service is friendly and accommodating. There's lots of interesting decor like old neon signs and an iron lung beer cooler. I'm really excited to have this bar in my neighborhood, plus with the proximity to Late Night Slice it's sure to be a memorable destination and many local's last stop on their bar crawl. An awesome addition to the Short North!

Yelp
My new favorite "not a dive bar" Oddfellows has made an amazing transition from a cold vacant building with picnic tables next to Mikey's Late Night Slice. I was sufficiently surprised/shocked on my first visit. The bar is completely redone with tables, a full bar, and lots of unique decorations. The bar offers a variety of beer, cocktails, and frozen liquor slushies. I've had the Mai Tai a few times and it was delicious - a real taste of summer with an umbrella included. It really brought me back to childhood enjoying a summery treat (minus the alcohol). Best of all, Late Night Slice is next door so you don't have to go far for yummy food after you've had a few drinks. It would be awesome if they delivered to tables (especially in winter) - maybe one day?

Yelp
Great atmosphere & I love their ciders on draft! I prefer a weekday here as it's not as crazy with the college kids out and about. They also have complimentary water pitchers so you don't even have to ask for it at the bar.

Yelp
I kind of can't believe I haven't written a review for Oddfellows, it's become my go-to spot since moving down the street. Most important: cheap drinks (for the short north at least), an awesome patio (with Netflix projected, usually), and Late Night Slice. As other reviewers have mentioned, Oddfellows has less of a "bro-ey" vibe than a lot of short north bars, it's very ecclectic and usually the patron's age range is pretty broad. I generally get a beer when I'm there, but the alcoholic slushies (lushies) alternate flavors and are great. I've had some great coctails there, too! My absolute favorite part of Oddfellows is the fun, dog-friendly patio. It's a great place to go and have a no-nonsense drink with friends. The worst part? One bathroom, not a dealbreaker. It can get crowded duing the winter but service is usually quick!
