Great customer service. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. This should definitely be your go to place for all your furniture and home needs. I love their decor. They have showrooms to simulate all living spaces in your house. From the living room to the bedroom with different furniture and decorations. You can even get inspirations of how to decorate your house from here. Their prices are really fair and pocket friendly. I totally recommend it.

I went there at 9:30am this morning (23rd May) to purchase recliners and a shoe rack. I walked around the entire showroom alone for about 15mins and not a single employee asked me what I was interested in. All the while, different employees kept walking past me towards what looked like a meeting. I identified a set of recliners that I loved and even took photos. No one bothered. While I was leaving, I stopped by the reception desk and asked the receptionist why there was no one to attend to clients. Its at this point that she called a gentleman who was seated next to her and asked him to attend to me. His explanation was that the employees had left for a meeting (the meeting started when I was already checking out furniture). All this while, there was another lady attending to a different client whom I found there. I left and disappointed client. Extremely poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Nice showroom Nairobi. The downside would not deliver to other branches in the country. Went to the Nyali Mombasa branch and found the item, but unfortunately had to leave the store due to their ridiculous delivery charge of 3500kes unbelievable. Went elsewhere and found a similar item with free delivery the next day. One customer lost.

Went house shopping and were amazed by the quality and discounts on furniture at Odds and Ends.We especially loved the Swahili decor they had on display,with authentic wood work from Lamu and the coastal region. Definitely the best overall in Nairobi in terms of value for money. The lovely attendant,Anandi Solanai,was very professional & showed us round.She answered all our queries and catered to our specifications. Eventually we purchased the furniture & got it delivered & set up...free of charge! We’re definitely going back. Asante.

Great customer service and a variety of furniture and lighting fixtures present. Enough parking space and they actually let you feel the seats and bed before buying. Although, most chairs can't be bought on an individual basis, you'll have to ask first before making up your mind. Two floors worth of furniture to browse and look around.
