Ode Wine Bar

Cool cozy bar that has great foods. Service was above average and most of the foods I ordered were decent. I loved their wild mushrooms, steak, squid and crab spaghetti. Both white and red were good and reasonably priced. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend to sit at the bar as you can see their bartending and charcoal grilling sessions. The food portion is small so you can order bunch of different stuff to try. I personally prefer this way over ordering big three dishes. I went there for dinner not for snacking and I would recommend this spot to friends catch up or couples who had big lunch and wanna have some light dinner+snacking.

Beautiful food and great vibe. They offer great share plates and a fantastic wine list. Menu changes around often, and they are very creative with their use of ingredients and flavours. Their fish and meats tend to be cooked on a habachi or smoked. Worth booking ahead.

A really bad place for Italian food. The quality and the dishes were really pouring. The customer service was extremely awful, they “made” 4 mistakes with our order. And the bill had extra items. The caccio e Pepe (a basic Italian food) was far away to be Italian. And in the crab spaghetti was missing the crab. Australian wine was good also the burrata and the prawns. The focaccia was fridge cold and with no flavour at all. Not recommended at all also overpriced

Our host Jeremy really looked after us with a great food selection. The place has an amazing wine list. Recommended.

I was so disappointed by this restaurant. I have been a few times and was never wowed. I thought I would give it another go as Covid restrictions have eased and the restaurant is one of few that takes bookings for small crowds. The food was beyond average. We ordered the crab spaghetti, which they then told us they had ran out of (at 6pm). So they offered a seafood marinara. It tasted like bottled pasta sauce with bits of floating seafood. The wine was terrible. Lots of unintentionally sweet or acidic wines. The service was great and the waiter was excellent keeping in mind how busy the restaurant was. Overall I would give this restaurant 2-3 stars. I was shocked at our bill. I think it is overpriced for what we received.

Chic but incredibly warm and approachable little bar: perfect for date night. Staff talked and tasted wines with us, over poured and seemed to be friends with everyone. Food was delicious with great attention to detail. Big congrats to this crew - a winning spot and everything a great bar should be.

The great food, even better wine selection, amazingly passionate staff and lack of pretentiousness make this one of my favorites. When the staff are really passionate about the food they sell it makes a huge difference. Hot tip take the recommendations from the staff.

Really delicious food, great atmosphere (except for the too loud music inside - LOVE sitting outside though!). Really amazingly friendly blonde waiter, he has served us a few times. I keep coming back again and again and loving it! Would be great to see some changes on the menu to try new things!
