Odelay Café

My go to cafe. I just love this place. It's one of the few places where as a coeliac I can order a tea & a scone in complete confidence. The team here are just amazing at checking if you are a coeliac to ensure the food is prepared correctly. I can't fault them and I've eaten at this place for several years. Recently I had their gluten free breakfast burrito which was a 10/10 and sooo filling. And on many occasions I've had the breakfast bun where they bake the hash browns for coeliac. My excitement is real for the hash brown!!! :-) I can't believe I only have a couple of food photos after all these years, but it's a beautiful comfy cafe and lots of outdoor seating. Highly recommend this place.

A nice cafe with good food and drink options. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Food is tasty. Excellent Eggs Benedict. Chicken Noodle Laksa is delicious. Reasonably priced. Overall, a comfortable breakfast spot.

Had lunch at Odelay with my friend on Saturday. The staff were all so genuinely nice and friendly indeed. Inside is so lovely and clean and so many yummy options and treats in the cabinets and counter which are not on the main menu. Outdoor areas are also lovely and cater for those who want full sun or some fab shade. We had the Vegetarian Frittata with salad, a Roast Beef Panini toasted in the press, side of hot chips, flat white and a cappuccino. I also took home a Cinnamon Scroll and a Passionfruit Kiss for later which were both amazing! All of the food overall was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. I forgot to ask which brand of coffee they serve however it's now in my top 3 of best coffees I have had when dining out. Looking forward to returning again.

Delicious food, pretty decent breakfast menu. The avocado toast was just the way I expected it to be simple and tasty, the shakshouka was simply lovely. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly

Great little Cafe, great service, nice coffees and hot chocolates, breakfast was delicious apart from the leaves below the bacon and eggs. Lawn and weeds are meant for the chickens not the humans. Also the banana smoothie tastes more like a cinnamon smoothie, remember basics of smoothies keep it simple. Apart from that keep up the good work.. :)

In a nondescript shopping centre in Remarkables Town Centre we found this gem. Brim full of locals for a reason. Ordered a flat white & cheese scone. The cheese scone was delicious, the best I’ve had in NZ absolutely full of flavour it included feta & cheddar. Toasted for me with teams of butter. Recommended.

Great food, coffee and baked goods!!! Ordered the big breakfast which was fantastic- really appreciate the 3 relishes on the side which elevate a good BB to a great one. The pastry cabinet looked so good, we found it hard to just get one thing. The cinnamon pinwheel served warm was delightful- I smiled instantly on the first bite. These guys are doing it so right. 👍🏼

This is a great place to get a coffee and some nice food. Staff are great and friendly. The coffee tastes fantastic!
