Top location on the edge of the city center. Nicely furnished rooms, the beds with acceptable mattresses.
However, the walls are extremely hard of hearing, so that voices and noises from the neighboring rooms can be heard. The wooden floors creak so much that all footsteps on the floor can be heard. It was therefore always very loud at night. Especially when the rooms are close to the bathrooms you are woken up again and again.
There are two bathrooms for seven rooms. Therefore, there was some congestion and waiting times in the morning and evening. The bathrooms are very tidy, modern and appear to have been recently renovated.
The self service breakfast offered is fine. However, there is often congestion in the small, narrow kitchen. As most people only wash the dishes roughly and fumble the food out of the packets with their hands, it is quite unhygienic.
The entrance to the parking lots in the inner courtyard is extremely narrow and cannot be negotiated with a mid-range car.
