Great camping spot run by San Juan County. Spots available right on the beach (and tend to be less soggy in the rainy season). Vault toilets are kept very clean by the staff. Plenty of water spigots, trash and recycling facilities available. Fire pits and picnic tables at each campground site. Trails for hiking and even a little baseball field for a pickup game. Obviously the scenery is beautiful and the ferries passing by at twilight are definitely a highlight!

I stayed this campsite for 4 nights 5 days. The campsite I was able to book has limited view of ocean and it's high location compared to sea level. So I didn't have direct access to ocean. But regardless, my booked site was end of campsite. So relatively less traffic of cars and people. Only hope in future of this campsite is to have shower facility. I brought portable shower, portable standing tent to get a shower at the campsite this time. I went out ocean at 3 places at Lopez. Just outside from this Odlin State Park was one of them. I enjoyed a lot at "slowpez island" stay at Labor Day weekend.

Great kid friendly beach. There was some seaweed / sea grass all the shore that you’d have to muck through but otherwise was great. Kids took the paddle boards out and had a blast.

Odlin park is a great place for both children and adults as well as dogs. It has clean facilities, a softball field, plenty of picnic benches, a great beach to walk on and 2 piers to walk out onto to examine marine life below each pier. Lots of sealife to view and great sound views also. This is a great day use and overnight camping area, and is close to the ferry terminal.

Really nice park. Kids loved the ball field. Nice beach to camp and play on. Nice place to boat out of and spend the day in the sound. If you're quiet, you'll see plenty of deer like we did!

Yelp
So this park is awesome and we found it on accident we actually stayed up in the group camping which I actually prefer more because it was a lot of trees a lot of space five minute walk down to the water. The spots on the water are a little closer together it's dryer and not many trees down there so it's give-and-take whatever you prefer. The sites are $25 and we had a boat that we put in the extra parking for $12 a night. I think the staff that works there would prefer you never talk to them and do everything on your own.

Yelp
We camped here for 1 night this past weekend, Oct 1-2, 2016. I made reservations online a month prior. Looking at the map, we booked campsite #24 which was on the water. It was a few $$ more expensive than the ones not on the water, the view was worth the few extra dollars. I paid $34/night (tax included). Campsites: the lowered numbered sites, 1-5 I think, have shore access. 24 does not have shore access but is on the water. There are biker/hiker sites, if you don't have a car these would be preferable. The pit toilet was clean and on the lower end of smelly. The campsites are pretty close together so be aware of that. I think sites 28 and 29 are actually conjoined. My aunt and uncle live nearby and said the campgrounds get booked full during the summer season. Also it's hard to get off the island during the summer months because of so many tourists and cars going on the ferry. Beautiful spot though! Pet friendly, and I think they are open year round. Starting November till April/May it's a walk up only campsite. During summer you can reserve online.

Yelp
What a great park! We did not camp here, but visited about four times for day use. There is a nice sandy beach (at high tide; it looks more like a typical WA "beach" at other tides), a campground, bathrooms, a boat launch, picnic tables, a nice dock a short walk away, and more, and it's FREE for day use (unlike state parks). Overall, a great place for a family picnic or trip to the beach. One of my favorite aspects of this park is the fact that it is an ideal place to launch a kayak. You can park about 20 feet from the beach/boat launch, and they have a kayak rack too. On top of that, this park is in a sheltered area, so it's idea for beginning kayakers. There are high rocky cliffs to paddle around and explore, if you go to the north. Spencer Spit state park, by contrast, has a very awkward arrangement for launching kayaks, is only partially sheltered from rough seas, and has no kayak rack. So we camped at Spencer Spit and kept our kayak at Odlin.

Yelp
Didn't feel safe. I was super excited to stay here. The price was wonderful. The view was wonderful. At arrival, no one was available to check us in. The only other person there was what looked to be a homeless man in the site next to mine. There was stuff strung out for 30 feet and covered in tarps, including an old truck. The guy had a generator running, which is within the rules. However, the picture taken as a whole, was that this guy lived there. I wanted to ask someone about the situation but the office was empty and no note as to a return time. I was really uncomfortable with the situation and chose to relocate to Spencer Spit State Park. I called and asked for a refund and was refused. I do think Odlin County Park needed to step up to their responsibility to provide a safe environment. I don't know anyone that would have had their family stay overnight in this situation.
