ODYSSEY Boutique Hotel

We booked this on the strength of several amazing meals in the restaurant. The hotel is perfection! Staff are welcoming and attentive at all times. Peaceful atmosphere, great breakfast and lovely cocktails around the pool. Plenty of sunbeds and a stunning sea view. Rooms are comfortable, luxurious and the shower is the most powerful on the island! Do not hesitate to book!

This is our second visit to the most peaceful, friendly, high quality (in every sense) hotel we’ve stayed at for a long time. The hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms are simply stunning. They are clean, spacious, luxurious, with the most amazing view of the sea and the island of Ithaca. Breakfast is served by friendly and professional staff, and you can have anything you desire, from a beautiful menu, serving local, high quality produce. The restaurant serves a delicious, high quality menu, again with that amazing sea view. All of the staff at this hotel are both a credit and an asset to the hotel’s leadership team. The pool is glorious and never too busy. The small harbour is a very short walk away and offers traditional tavernas and to the left of the hotel there are a few more good quality tavernas. All in all, a great place for a relaxing and recharging holiday.

Absolutely beautiful hotel . Stunning views. Our hotel suite was just lovely , everywhere was so clean . All the staff are really friendly , in particular Katrina on reception. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The location is perfect, a very short walk into agia effimia , which is a wonderful village .

Our 3rd visit and still brilliant in every way. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and great food in the restaurant. There are always plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. All bedrooms have an amazing Sea view and are so comfortable. The staff are so helpful and caring as always.|We look forward to next year.||Thank you again.

It is a lovely hotel.. Katherine is very welcoming when you arrive.| the rooms are quite large all with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Every morning we were welcomed by Natalie who would take our breakfast order.. the food was delicious. We also ate lunch and dinner at their restaurant and everything was amazing. The staff is wonderful always checking on you by the pool.. it was our second stay and it was wonderful!

What a lovely discovery, we love this hotel. It’s location in Agia Effimia is perfect - easy to walk to the harbour with lots of tavernas and just across the quiet road to the sea. The rooms all have fantastic views, as does the restaurant, bar and pool area. |Thank you to all the staff for making this such a memorable holiday, most especially Natalie and Christina in the restaurant and the Catherines on reception. However, every member of staff we met were so helpful and friendly. 🙏

Everything perfect again! Immaculate large rooms (40sqm), sea view, amazing food and exceptional staff. ||Food at hotel amazing, breakfast had good selection and was served at the table which you chose from menu - nice touch (no buffet). Mnistires restaurant within hotel served beautiful lunch and evening meals.||Across road are several lovely small stone beaches so you will need swim shoes for comfort. Favourite beach was Lithovatis Beach located to the left 2min walk from the hotel as you leave it. You will need a hire car if you want to go to a sandy beach. Mini markets are 10min walk and contactless payments accepted.||Highlights|Staff - Exceptional service|Room - 40sqm, View, Electric curtains, immaculate, huge bed and air conditioning you can control!|Food - Breakfast and Mnistires restaurant within hotel. We loved every second of our stay at the family-run Odyssey Boutique Hotel. Everything about our 2 night stay from the initial booking enquiry onwards was absolutely perfect. Mrs Catherine and Catherine at reception were both so extremely professional and we were very appreciative of their help with organising the car hire and for their suggestions on where to go and what to see. Natalie was a delight in the restaurant, as were all the staff. The delicious breakfast was included and was cooked to order, and the night we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant, Mnistires, was amazing with fantastic food and service above our expectation. All of the rooms have spectacular sea views and are extremely well-appointed and comfortable. We loved the way Greek Mythology was highlighted with the themed room names. The pool is large and inviting, and the outdoor area is immaculately maintained. The staff go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy every aspect of your stay.|N.B. Agia Effimia is a lovely village with lots of cafes, restaurants, and rocky beaches. It’s the perfect base to explore the coastline, Assos, Fiskardo, Melissani Caves and Ithaca.
