This is a place with great integrity and respect. The manager William is amazing. The food and atmosphere is obviously great and thats why people love it. But it’s also good to know the management is very generous and they respect customers a lot. Look at their cute lavender latte :)

I ordered the breakfast Sammy. It was delicious!! The only thing is that they took too long to bring the food and the umbrellas didn’t protect us from the sun. Besides that, good service and amazing food! UPDATE: I was invited again to OEB. Thank you William, it was great meeting you and be back. The food, as always is amazing, you cannot go wrong. The staff are the nicest you’ll find in vancouver. Great attitude and always making you feel welcome. However, I had the same problem with the sunlight, even though I was seated inside, the sunlight hit me directly in the face. Also they took a lot of time to bring the food. I waited like 20 min for a coffee refill and had to asked three times to two different servers. Overall, the food is amazing and the staff are super nice. I will just improve the food times and the sunlight.

This breakfast can’t be beat. Had the best gluten-free waffle I’ve ever had with delicious syrup and perfect bacon and eggs. Staff is friendly and attentive and atmosphere is cheery.

Went there for brunch with friends plus an infant and the place was very accommodating to our group. Although there was no wait, finding a nearby spot to park was difficult. The server recommended the non alcoholic Yuzu drink which I found it kind of disappointing for the price. Service was pretty standard so I'm giving it a low 4. The brunch options were pretty decent and poached eggs were done extremely well. One of the lobster options we chose was a bit disappointing as it was mixed more with small shrimp than actual lobster. For that experience, the food is solid 4. The atmosphere was pretty good and the washrooms were very clean. Solid 5 for the atmosphere. Overall, I will give this place another try if parking wasn't so inconvenient.

Google
It was our first time in Vancouver, we had just taken the early morning ferry from Victoria, and needed to have breakfast before heading to Kamloops. With a little Google research and reading reviews, We found OEB, and my God, were we impressed? Yes!!!!! 1000% over. The best pancakes/breakfast we ever had anywhere in Canada. The food was too good, the standard they set is now too high, other restaurants may struggle to impress us going forward. The ambience was enriching, and the servers were so friendly and communicative. We waited about 40mins for the food, but trust me, that doesn’t even count any more, was so much worth the wait. Also with the number of guests they had, it’d be abnormal not to wait. I’m so impressed, I’ll be looking for OEB in any city I go now.

Google
I ordered a $25 “classic breakfast” in Yaltown location, and this was genuinely one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had. First of all, the food was cold. • The eggs were cold when they arrived. • The toast was cold as well. Even if the portions were small, the bare minimum would be serving a hot breakfast. That didn’t even happen. The fruit plate was honestly embarrassing: • 1/8 of a strawberry • 1/4 of a kiwi • 1/4 of an apple • 1/6 of an orange This doesn’t qualify as a fruit side. It looked like scraps taken from someone else’s plate and placed on mine. As for the “bangers,” there were two tiny sausage links. Very small, very basic. Calling this a “classic breakfast” is misleading. A classic breakfast should have proper portions and proper presentation, especially at this price point. On top of that, the service experience was unpleasant. The restaurant was almost completely empty. I asked to sit at a table, and the staff kept insisting that I sit at the bar instead. When I said I didn’t want to sit at the bar, I was told I would need to wait 25 minutes outside in the rain. The service made things worse. The restaurant was almost completely empty. I asked to sit at a table and was repeatedly pushed to sit at the bar instead. When I said I didn’t want to sit at the bar, I was told I would need to wait 25 minutes outside in the rain. This made no sense. There were dozens of empty tables, easily enough seating for 40 people. By the time I finished my breakfast, those tables were still empty, clearly not all reserved. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and disappointing. It’s honestly a shame to charge this much money for food and service of this quality. The overall experience felt like the restaurant was doing me a favor by letting me eat there — as if I should be grateful they even served me while placing a sad, careless breakfast in front of a paying customer. I would not recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

Google
The food at this restaurant was excellent, but our experience with our specific server was disappointing. After waiting a while for our order to be taken, our server, Jasmine M., was completely absent until we had finished our meal. We waited for 35 minutes without any water or acknowledgement. Fortunately, three other servers later noticed and stepped in to help, bringing us food, water, and checking in on us. The food itself was fantastic—we cleared our plates! The short rib poutine is missing in our photos.

Google
OEB has been our go to brunch spot for a few years now as the quality is always consistent, they offer impeccable culinary offerings and their entire team goes beyond in terms of offering amazing hospitality. Luckily this weekend the owner Rob was in town and working at the Marinaside location, great person who's very amicable, served/chatted with patrons and contributed greatly to the ambience which makes OEB so special.

Yelp
Delicious! Generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service. Make a reservation, or prepare to wait on Saturday morning

Yelp
WHEN: Sat @9am Conference week has come to an end, but before I head to the Airport via metro line, I wanted to see a friend that was near the station. It was just a 15 minute walk from my hotel, so after my breakfast, it was an easy 2 block walk! Conveniently they take reservations and I managed to get a 9:15am, where I chose to have seatings be outdoors since it was such a lovely morning out! It was such an extensive menu but I decided on ordering: BREAKFAST SAMMY - $19 CAD Artisan ciabatta, two free-run eggs over hard, white truffle aioli, bacon, guacamole, arugula, pommes gaufrettes fried in beef tallow. I usually substitute my fries/potatoes for fruit, but because their potatoes is fried in beef tallow, I just couldn't resist. These potato wedges were well fried but sadly I didn't taste much of the beef tallow. I did ask for a side of truffle aioli to dip them in and they were perfect. The sandwich itself was massive and I was full eating a third of it--the rest I ate at the airport! I really really really enjoyed my sandwich. I think it's rare that it comes with all the things I love without needed to pay an extra fee for the bacon and avocados. I just realized it never came with cheese and I really enjoyed it! Wow, that says I a lot. Had I known I would have paid more for cheese but turns out I did not need any! Service was great, bathrooms were clean and the location was nice to eat and people watch walk by. Successful breakfast outing!

Yelp
OEB is a classic brunch chain with tons of great options for everyone. We came here around 11am on Boxing Day and found the wait to be pretty reasonable - waiting only a few minutes before getting our table. We loved all the egg puns and jokes scattered around the restaurant, a very chill and positive atmosphere. This time me and my fiancé ordered the 'Holy Crab Eggs Benedict' and the 'Chicken & Waffles'. The crab cakes for the Bennys were delicious and very filling - it came with some crispy potatoes wedges (honestly wished they gave us some more). The C&W were alright, the waffles were on the denser side and I felt like the chicken to waffle ratio was a bit off. The chicken was flavourful and not spicy as our waiter had mentioned.

Yelp
Came here bright and early around 7am and the place was already getting busy! I tried their waffle with bacon inside of it and my friends got the short rib breakfast poutine. The food was delicious and the ambiance was good, though it can get very busy and noisy. The service was good in the beginning, but towards the end when it got busier, service was lacking a bit.
google avatar

Sarkis K.

Yelp
It was busy as usual and for a good reason. Best poutine ever! My second time coming here and was just as happy as the first. It's a must when to come here when I'm visiting. Service was great even with a full house. Amazing staff and amazing food. Can't ask for more.

Yelp
Would have been a five star but day two's service just wasn't as excellent as day one's. Good looking, fit and courteous staff. Honestly, day one was PERFECT- service, food and ambiance. Day two was not. My eggs were jammy instead of the beautiful runny yolks of day one (and my asking for them to be runny) - my hamburger patties were tasty but waaay overcooked and dry. Still ate them, just won't be back this visit. Cassandra was amazing! Too bad she wasn't there day two. Worth checking out if you're in the area!

Yelp
Yelp Reviewers scored again! We came here based on the reviews and were not disappointed. This is a wonderful breakfast/brunch space facing the marina. They have great seating outdoors with heat as well as dining inside. All of the staff was so nice and efficient! I had black coffee and it was delightful. I also enjoyed the El Camino Poutine. It was so packed with layers of flavor and huge! Poached eggs perfectly cooked and delicious carnitas with so many additional pops of flavor. Do be aware that parking in this area is very tricky!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious! You should eat here for sure! Even their toast was fabulous! They really have the nicest staff! They serve their food fast & just as ordered. Sit outside with their beautiful view

Yelp
Food is still good. We ordered threesome, mushroom crepes and don't even go there and they are all very satisfying. One thing they can improve is to make sure the dishes have a protein element as the mushroom crepes and the banana/berries crepe with whipped cream both don't have any protein and we got sugar high very quickly. Thanks to the virtual waitlist we only needed to wait for 30 mins in person. The place is busy as usual. The service is good. The food is good as usual with decent portion. Chai tea is surprisingly lovely. Hot chocolate is delightful on a chilled day. Black coffee is normal. Three things - the air circulation in the restaurant is not good so we all smelled after brunch. We ordered berries and whip with the threesome and they did not arrive. Also the French toast is slight burnt and we needed to cut of the sides/edges. So therefore the 4 star rating.

Yelp
My friend and I went here for brunch on a gloriously sunny day. We opted for the patio and was mindful to be in the shade as it was a very warm day. The food as always did not disappoint! I enjoyed as our entrees were so delicious. I found the service to be good and the server checked in with us. It was frequent visits to our table. I really enjoyed this place with a friend who had never been here. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to brunch!

Yelp
Solid breakfast place in Vancouver. I found this place on Yelp and a couple of locals also recommended it to me. I love that they have a whole section on breakfast poutines! The menu is quite extensive with lots of options for a variety of tastes. My dining partner got the basic breakfast with bacon and overhard eggs. I got the meat-less to say poutine with artisan cheese curds, avocado and tomatoes. I really like that I was able to sub half of my potatoes with spinach or arugula. I opted for spinach. The miss for me was that the spinach wasn't cooked and the dish came out lukewarm. I was expecting the spinach to be mixed in the rest of the dish and it would come out piping hot. The service was decent. Our sever was fairly attentive and refilled our coffee when needed. The restaurant is big and spacious so plenty of room for large groups.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking to try poutine on your trip to Vancouver, OEB is a great choice. The food is top notch comfort food. Restaurant has bright, cheerful decor and the staff is welcoming and friendly. On a recent trip, we had the Gold.digga poutine. It's Berkshire pork, poached eggs, cheese curds and potatoes all covered in yummy hollandaise sauce. I subbed half my potatoes for arugula to lessen the caloric splurge. You can also sub spinach if you're not sure about arugula. OEB is conveniently located on the Sky Train Canada Line. It's also a great walk from downtown.

Yelp
Another Homerun Breakfast / Brunch Spot. My girlfriend and I were the first ones in the place Monday morning after reading the rave yelp reviews shouting this place out as one of the top brunch spots in all of Vancouver. Not only did the place live up to the reviews, but the owner also runs Maxine's Cafe and Bar which is my favorite brunch spot in all of Vancouver. I tried the Lobster and Shrimp crepe the first day and devoured it in record setting time. You can also upgrade this item and add caviar if you have some extra money in your pocket and want to really splurge. A lot of people come for the Chia Seed Pudding as well, I loved this dish and shared it with my girlfriend. I would get this again in a New York Minute. Lastly, we came back another day and had the gluten free waffles with Canadian Bacon. Waffles were on point, perhaps a little bit burnt on some of the pieces, but the Canadian bacon really took breakfast meats to the next level, I had some of the leftovers later in the day and would probably eat this every week or two if I lived in the Great Northwest. Highly recommend. Be sure to try and grab reservations ahead of time if coming on the weekend. And as always people SYOY!!!

Yelp
The best thing about OEB is the service. Each person we meet was kind and caring. They were all so sweet and helpful. The restaurant can get busy but they were quick to accommodate us within 5 minutes. The vibe is fun, casual brunch. The food was really tasty I loved the potatoes with the pesto. The pesto was so fire!

Yelp
Must do in your Canadian experience! The line is long for weekends , get in waiting list as early as you can. Order Putin! Its the best, you have option to get have potato half spinach or arugula! Really enjoyed our sunny Sunday in this place! Get the mimosa to excellent the vibe!

Joanna N.

Yelp
I'm love OEB breakfasts and have had a great experience each time I visit. We had a larger group one time (a special family event) and were treated very well. I will return and recommend others to visit.
google avatar

Haitong W.

Yelp
Was told by many that OEB is one of the best brunch places in Vancouver. And it is well-deserved! The lobster and crab omelette is so good that I finished everything in a blink!
google avatar

Laura O.

Yelp
The food is super amazing and fresh. The breakfast poutines are great. I would recommend doing half potato and half arugula. We went at 7:15 am on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all. Service was pretty good, except we had to wait for a while to cash out. I will be back to try more items from the menu!

Yelp
When I read the words "Banana Cream Pie French Toast" on Yelp, I knew this was the spot!! All of our breakfast dishes were decadent and delicious, service was excellent, the egg-themed decor was amusing, and the views of the marina were the icing on the cake! Their farm-to-table menu has lots of staple food genres with a unique twist to them - such as several intriguing varieties of poutines and French toasts. We went with the Chasing Chickens Breakfast Poutine, the Canadian Lobster & Shrimp Crepe, and of course the Banana Cream Pie French Toast! The poutine was hearty and delicious- very rich cheese curds, brown butter hollandaise, and perfectly poached eggs on a bed of steak fries. The lobster and shrimp crepe was packed full of generous chunks of lobster and shrimp, scrambled eggs, and topped with that lovely hollandaise - it was fabulous! And just like their menu says - that Banana Cream Pie French Toast is "fully worth the calories" haha!! It wasn't too sweet and had a lovely banana cream and slices on top of some classic French toast slices - excellently plated and prepared. Their coffee is delicious too - this was definitely our fave breakfast on our little Vancouver trip. Prices are pretty decent considering the portions and quality. Service was attentive and so welcoming. They have a lovely location - right across from the marina - so it's great views from the indoor tables and patio seating alike and the area is pleasantly walkable. We walked from our downtown hotel so I can't speak to the parking.

Yelp
This place was amazing. I would suggest you to put yourself on the waiting list because it was an hour wait!! But well worth it!!! Inside was cute and it's nearby the water. It was nice to look out!! We ordered the mimosa flight because we couldn't choose what flavor we wanted... It was tasty. Well worth it. I don't have any pics of the food because my group devoured it before the phone could even take pics... BUT COME HERE IF YOU WANT AMAZING brunch food!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Date of visit: 7/5/24 Excellent bfast join with great view. Ask to be seated outside and enjoy the marina. We tried GOLD DIGGA BFAST POUTINE and CANADIAN LOBSTER & SHRIMP CREPE for the savory and FRENCH TOAST TRIFLE for the sweet. Loved all of them! I have to thank Yelp for the ideas on what to order. I would've had option paralysis otherwise as everything on the menu just looks Super Yum! A tiny dent to the otherwise perfect meal was finding out that we actually have this restaurant in Newport Beach SoCal. We are visiting from LA so originally wish to eat at places not available in SoCal lol. Oh well! It was a great brunch and nothing just couldn't ruin our smiley face when we left the restaurant!
google avatar

Ka L.

Yelp
The decor with Yaletown setting js amazing. Near by street parking also helps to walk around. The food is average with admitted better tasting brunch elsewhere; however, perfectly satisfactory. Service is standard, totally enjoyable. No good highlights as you are getting the standards
google avatar

Yelp
Always cozy and family oriented environment! It's also a good place to have a get together with friends!

Yelp
today was very cold and snowy so i was glad to be able to book my table in advance rather than having to wait in line in the cold! going in was kind of a mess, as everyone is just standing there so theres not really a proper line but that's just what happens when you're busy on a sunday and i understand that. i just wish there was some kind of order as many people who came in after got checked in before me. food: 10/10 loved the breakfast poutine so much! very creative and i loved that they used wedges fried with herbs and beef tallow and they had soo much flavor. i ordered the duck confit one and there was some cranberry jam on the bottom and its topped with a brown butter holliandaise and their poached egg is so orange and fresh. my bf loved the OC burger and it was a nice thickness and cooked perfectly. it was really cute inside but i did not like where we sat, it was on these high chairs that were plastic and very close to other couples. other than that it was super good. waitress did forget our drinks but it wasn't a big deal. will be back for the breakfast poutine!!!
google avatar

Julie E.

Yelp
This is our favorite OEB location and so far our favorite breakfast in Vancouver. House made chai, extensive drink menu to tickle anyone's fancy. Large patio area along the marina waterfront. They were able to seat us at a table with a large area for our Great Dane to sit without being in the way. Staff was so helpful and came to bring our pup fresh water and lots of pets. Pancakes were fluffiness to the max. I rarely enjoy pancakes out but had to snag one of my husband's pancakes. The poutine was planned to perfection. Loved doing half spinach to cut down carbs and add some veggies. Potatoes are cooked in beef tallow and spices. Eggs were perfectly runny.

Yelp
Brunch, Breakfast, Lunch, whatever it may be - this is the place. We were in town for a couple of days and needed brunch to feel cozy into the town. OEB Breakfast Co. in Yaletown had such an amazing place to accommodate us. There wasn't a wait when we got there (which was very lucky I heard) and was seated pretty fast. The server knew the menus inside out and was very knowledgeable in knowing how our preferences and our picks would coincide. We really recommend the poutine and their crepes. The portions are very big and filling for the table to share. We had an amazing time here and would love to come back in the future
google avatar

Courtney P.

Yelp
For our last breakfast in Vancouver before heading home, we walked down to the marina area and had OEB. There was a short wait, so we put in our phone number and walked around. Once our table was ready, we were seated inside, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered the short rib poutine with over easy eggs and half potatoes and half spinach while my husband ordered the chicken poutine with half spinach and half potatoes and sunny side of eggs. Both of our dishes were absolutely delicious and filling, and I love that they give you the option to break up the potatoes with some greens. All in all one of the best breakfast places we have been to when we visit Canada.
google avatar

Tracy L.

Yelp
Although the wait was insane, I loved our late brunch here! Thankfully they allow for you to join the Yelp waitlist from afar, so my husband put us on while we were still at our apartment. My classic Eggs Benedict with rosemary ham, salad and duck eggs (substituted for chicken eggs) didn't look like anything special, but it was delicious! Just the right amount of bread to hollandaise sauce to ham to eggs. I also loved the dressing in the salad. However, for an extra $2.50 PER duck egg, next time I'll just stick with the standard chicken eggs. My son's perogi's with duck confit and eggs was delicious as well. I didn't get a photo of it, but my husband had the scallop and bacon dish with half salad half potatoes - and he also polished off all of his. This place was worth the wait, but go on a day you are prepared to wait. If you're hungry, go elsewhere and pay them a visit another day.

Jack S.

Yelp
Good: food and ambience Bad: during busy hours they have a waitlist and they seat people based on table availability and not on first come first serve basis. We were a party of 5 and waited 80 minutes for a table while those who came in 2s or 3s after us were seated right away even if they weren't on the waitlist . Doesn't make sense.
google avatar

Briana B.

Yelp
Delicious! Cute restaurant. This location was very busy and had a wait over an hour long. We joined the waitlist while on the way and still waited about an hour because downtown was very busy. Staff were efficient and service was quick.
google avatar

Erin M.

Yelp
Loved being able to put ourselves on the waitlist on our way. The inside was nice and clean. The wait staff were wonderful, helpful and patient with any questions we had. We loved their spin on Benedict's and poutine. Highly recommend. Each dish was more than enough food.
google avatar

Illyra S.

Yelp
I love the food here! My favourite is the Get Shorty Rib Poutine and I get it every time. I recommend it to others and brought friends here. It can get quite busy.
google avatar

Daph H.

Yelp
I've been meaning to try OEB Breakfast in California, so I was excited to see that there was one right by my hotel in Yaletown! This location was even better because it had a view of the marina. We came on a weekday morning so there was no wait and we got a table right by the window. Ordered the A-Lott A-Laks breakfast poutine with half breakfast potatoes and half spinach and the Holy Crab!! eggs benny. Both dishes were excellent! It made me regret not having visited the one in California sooner! Highly recommend OEB Breakfast for breakfast/brunch - especially if you can come during the week and avoid the long waits!
google avatar

Kaitlyn W.

Yelp
The food here was phenomenal! We had a variety of entrees ordered and everything was well done. The restaurant is clean, there's parking nearby, and the restaurant faces the water which is nice. We did feel a bit forgotten towards the end. I'm not sure if our waitress went home or not but we had been waiting for 20 minutes or so for the check and a different waitress asked if we were ready for it. Other than that experience, it was a great brunch.
google avatar

Nat L.

Yelp
we were a party of three, hangry for brunch, and the wait felt endless (70 minutes), even with a spot on yelp's waitlist. but once inside (1:48 pm on a stat monday), it was clear why so many were willing to hold out for a table. the place had this playful charm and an airy, spacious layout that instantly made us feel like we'd stumbled onto a little weekend retreat. we lucked out with heather as our server; she had the kind of warm energy that made us feel like regulars right from the start. she was attentive and friendly without missing a beat. mike, the manager, was making his rounds too, checking in with every table and adding to that welcoming, service focused vibe. it felt like everyone here was invested in making sure we had a great time. the atmosphere had a lively warmth to it. an open kitchen buzzed with energy as chefs moved in sync behind the counter, adding a bit of excitement to the space. there's a half cracked egg hanging lamp, and a unique focal structure, a big, glowing yellow orb suspended in a white arch, that cast a soft, whimsical glow over the room. it was quirky and fun, making the space feel cozy in an unexpectedly delightful way. that playful, egg themed design and pops of yellow added to the café's lighthearted, inviting vibe. the menu had its own sense of humour, with names like 'do not even go there,' 'gold digga,' and 'cluck norris'. and the food? pure brunch bliss. my partner went for the 'threesome,' a classic spread of fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, hardwood smoked bacon, and two free run eggs, over easy. another in our group ordered the 'moroccan water fowl,' a beautifully plated dish of smoked ras el hanout spiced duck breast with a porcini mushroom truffle ragu and a sprinkle of pomegranate, all served on a buttery croissant with eggs benny. it looked like brunch elevated to an art form. i went for a breakfast bowl that felt like a big, comforting hug: breakfast poutine with confit de canard. it came loaded with spiced potatoes, fresh greens, and tender sous vide duck, topped with perfectly soft poached eggs. each bite was satisfying, with layers of rich, comforting flavours that felt like the ultimate brunch indulgence. it's the kind of spot where you want to linger (90 minute max), sipping coffee and soaking in the cozy ambiance. a true brunch escape that makes you forget the wait and just enjoy the moment.

Yelp
Wish they had free pop refills or fresh squeezed OJ otherwise nice ambience and the wait was shorter than usual! That was nice and sun was out it was awesome
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot on the water. Excellent food, superlative service. Love being able to text to the wait list. We had brunch on a busy Sunday morning. Ordered the lobster and shrimp crepe and a breakfast Sammie. Both were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. We visit Vancouver often and will make this our first consideration breakfast/brunch spot.

Yelp
Our group of 7 was seated immediately on a Saturday morning. Service was so friendly. The food and drinks were fresh, delicious, and creative-- and beautifully plated!

Yelp
What an amazing final meal in Vancouver! We ate here for breakfast before picking up and leaving on another adventure and it didn't disappoint. Our waitress was incredibly helpful with all my allergy questions. It was a very busy breakfast spot but everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. Love the cute and quirky decor. I loved that my GF meal of waffles didn't taste Gf either. 10/10

Yelp
We stopped here for breakfast on our way to a day out. We wanted something delicious and filling and this fit the bill. The decor is super cute, the staff was friendly, and the latte was good! I went with the breakfast poutine - the meat-less to say and subbed half spinach for the base, trying my best to make it a tiny bit healthier. I liked it more than I thought I would! I liked the potatoes and they paired well with the veggies, eggs, and hollandaise. I wish the avocado was ripe, it was a little overripe. My daughter had the french toast trifle - brioche, lemon curd, fresh berries, pistachios, torched pavlovas - what's not to love. She was so happy! Overall, we had a great breakfast here and loved the vibes.

Brian L.

Yelp
Popular chain for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The menu is really focused on poached eggs . Either various bennys, or their signature "poutines" with poached eggs. Its just basically eggs benny but instead of serving on some kind of bread, its on fries with cheese curds. This place is always packed. I waited an hour on the yelp waitlist for a table for 2 on a sunday lunch time. They dont take reservations, just yelp waitlist spots. The food was fine. Pretty good, solid 4/5. High quality ingredients and well cooked, nice flavours. We ordered the lox poutine (with half potatoes half spinach) and the pulled chicken poutine (no potatoes, only spinach). This location was on marinaside in yaletown so street parking if you can find it. Can be annoying. Theres also various paid lots nearby. The letdown here was the service. Everyone was nice and friendly. But service was inattentive. We were seated with napkins and knives, no forks. They had to bring these later. They then did not bring us any water. I got my coffee little bit later, and my partner's drink only came after we asked about it. And then we had to actually ask for our regular glasses of water. Seating was cramped and quite uncomfortably - plastic ikea type chairs. Dining space was somewhat cramped too. If its any consolation, the place was clean. Overall, food 4/5, service 3/5. So to be fair, they are a 3.5/5. But cant give half stars, and they are definitely not up to 4/5 level. They arent bad by any means, but I dont think I would come back here since there are so many places in town serving very similar food but with much less waiting, a more comfortable venue, and better service.

Yelp
Awesome staff, amazing and creative breakfast that are a cut above the rest, good 7 AM opening hours even on a weekend and a staple of Yaletown... Can definitely recommend especially the lobster breakfast bowl if you're looking for something different at your next brunch exploration!! I don't even live in Yaletown anymore, but occasionally I still go back down just to hit some OEB... Keep it up Team!

Yelp
Server Blake..... YOU ROCK.... Oh and so do you OEB (LOL). The food is always secondary. Don't get me wrong, food does matter; but it is the sum of all parts of an establishment that make every meal memorable. The Pork Poutine was quite the treat. The space; quite charming and the mimosa flight..... just fun! It's no wonder why your establishment has been around for so long! The only suggestion...... As an iced tea drinker, it's good to know iced tea vs brewed iced tea. I would have ordered something different had I known the tea was from a gun.

Yelp
I had the breakfast poutine with 2 scallops and lots of little lardon chunks. Very tasty and the eggs were cooked perfectly. My wife had the French toast and really liked it - get the fresh whipped cream. The sausage side was not great. There was a spice in it that we didn't care for. Our server was great. Attentive and had a good sense of humor.

Yelp
Food: I ordered the "Wake'n Bacon" because I obviously wanted to eat something with bacon. When the plate arrived, there was barely any bacon which disappointed me. The bread pudding was very very sweet and saturated to the point where it felt like it was a meal of syrup with a side of bread. Service: the waiter was very nice and accommodating with refilling our waters, but the wait for the meals was just a bit long during brunch rush time. Ambiance: very upbeat and warm interior, great for brunch with friends and cool egg shaped lamps!

Yelp
Coming up from Seattle for a day trip and this was our first stop. The egg Benedict and poutine dishes were really good. My other friends also liked their waffle. This place is also busy so definitely recommend to join waitlist ahead of time. Service was standard. Definitely a place to try if you like eggs.

Yelp
Very busy spot! Even on a Monday morning. Yelp said there was no wait, so don't rely on that! The food was good, I tried the poutine roast breakfast bowl and my husband had buttermilk pancakes w/bacon on the side. The coffee was pretty good too.

Yelp
The company replied. The dog is permitted in the patio area as long as she's not wandering around and bothering other customers. (In a stroller is fine) and (she can't be eating from our utensils, which is understandable and fair, I think my dog's lips is germ free and not gross but yeah I wouldn't wanna eat from a fork from other people's dog)
