I Bought the Brooklyn desk, the perch bunk bed and the Rhea dresser. All the furniture is superior quality and super sheik. Installation took some time but if you can follow directions you will be fine. The whole process including checkout was easy. After checkout I got an email confirming my order and the following week I got a call saying my order is on its way with a tracking number. That same day someone reached out to me to schedule delivery.

Ordered a bed for my son only to find out that Oeuf delivers to Brooklyn from (1pm to 5pm) on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. So if you own your own townhouse or home (and you do not live in a condominium where someone can receive the package for you). They expect you to take a day off work to receive the merchandise (or install it) if you ordered white glove delivery. Putting it out here so other Brooklynites are aware since there is no mention of it on their website. I really don’t know how this is an acceptable policy for such a well established company. Especially in a world where other furniture retailers can have something delivered to you Monday through Saturday and give you 2 or 3 different timeframes in which you can receive it or have them install their merchandise.

I too ordered/received a crib for our friends as a gift and they sent it with missing hardware so we reached out and received really subpar service from Joseph who is their only “customer service” rep. They are apparently out of the hardware and now have to wait at their mercy so buyers beware. They could have been much more decent about this but lack any customer service to resolve this.

I ordered the perch bunk beds, rhea dresser and the Brooklyn desk for my child’s room and I have to say the products are amazing and great quality. Made my kids room look modern and sleek. White glove team schedule delivery within 1 1/2 weeks after placing my order and everything went smooth. Thanks Oeuf.

I have twins and a toddler (I know, yikes) and purchased both cribs and all mattresses from Oeuf. All products have been high quality and super easy to assemble. Customer service is reliable and courteous. I've recommended them to all my prego friends.

The worst CS experience ever. We ordered the product two weeks ago. Six days after the order, since there's no update at all about shipping or where the product was, we called/emailed the CS to see if they can process a refund. They said the product had been picked up and they'll charge a 25% restocking fee plus a shipping fee for returning. We were ok with processing the order at that time. After another week of no updates, and no delivery, we called the CS again and HE HUNG UP ON ME, saying it's my responsibility to call for delivery. There was no mention of this requirement whatsoever when we placed the order. And they want to charge a $650 restocking fee for something we don't even see or touch or knowing the whereabouts! I've never encountered a store where the customers are responsible to call some number they never gave for something I've paid. And their website filtered any reviews that are less than 3 stars. Their Yelp reviews are full of complains that you won't see on their website. This company is such a spam. Will never buy things from them.
