The worst CS experience ever. We ordered the product two weeks ago. Six days after the order, since there's no update at all about shipping or where the product was, we called/emailed the CS to see if they can process a refund. They said the product had been picked up and they'll charge a 25% restocking fee plus a shipping fee for returning. We were ok with processing the order at that time. After another week of no updates, and no delivery, we called the CS again and HE HUNG UP ON ME, saying it's my responsibility to call for delivery. There was no mention of this requirement whatsoever when we placed the order. And they want to charge a $650 restocking fee for something we don't even see or touch or knowing the whereabouts! I've never encountered a store where the customers are responsible to call some number they never gave for something I've paid. And their website filtered any reviews that are less than 3 stars. Their Yelp reviews are full of complains that you won't see on their website. This company is such a spam. Will never buy things from them.
