I stayed at this hotel for a full week (with the possibility ), and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
• The mattress and bed were extremely hard — it felt like sleeping directly on the floor tiles, severely affecting my sleep and comfort.
• Cleanliness was very poor: the floor was dirty (my socks turned black after walking barefoot for just a few minutes), the curtains were torn and filthy, the sofa was stained and grubby, and bathrobes/towels were not replaced unless repeatedly requested (I had to throw them on the floor to finally get new ones).
• Bathroom cleaning tools (sponge, brush, etc.) were not changed daily, and the replacement water kettle provided was covered in dust.
• A persistent unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom.
• The air conditioner only worked in heating mode; when I complained, I was told it “cannot be switched to cooling,” making the room uncomfortable really hot.
• The room view was very poor, and the entire room urgently needs maintenance and renovation.
However , these do not compensate for serious issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance.
The high price — especially in out the season — is completely unjustified given the low quality of services and facilities. I do not recommend this hotel at all and believe it does not deserve its current star rating.
The only positives were the excellent location and the friendly, welcoming staff at reception.
I sincerely hope the management takes serious action to improve hygiene, maintenance, and overall standards to prevent other guests from having the same negative experience.
