Definitely been here many times and today was a great experience! Lots of staff today, so no weight times. The breakfast sandwich is back to being delicious again! Watch out for the spice! Maybe they should warn about the hot sauce. But I love the soft egg and brioche bun.

We always come to Off the Tracks when we visit Granville Island. Cool interior and good lattes

Strawberry lavender latte is delicious. Also loved the chicken club sandwich (the bread was a little tough though) and THOSE FRIES. Great spot to work or study. Plenty of space inside plus some outlets, and more space outside which is nice when it’s sunny. Friendly staff.

Love the vibe of this Cafe. They had classic 80s music playing today and that alone would make me want to come back. It’s a cute little place with lots of room both inside and outside to enjoy your food and study. The customer service was great. The place was very clean. The food we ordered was very delicious and warm. I will say that I did notice that the food and drink menu is more on the pricier side. My oat latte was really good, and was beautifully presented. Something I do love about this place as-well is not only is it a coffee shop, but it sells alcohol! I have never experienced a coffee shop that serves coffee, breakfast, lunch, beer and cocktails! Super cool ! Definitely worth a check out.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shawn and Amanda at "Off the Tracks"! They went above and beyond to assist my blind grandmother during our visit, treating her with such kindness and respect. From the moment we walked in, they made her feel welcome and comfortable. Shawn personally helped her navigate the café, while Amanda took the time to describe the menu options in detail, ensuring she could make a choice that suited her taste. Their genuine care and patience were truly heartwarming. The café itself has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Shawn and Amanda exemplify what it means to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you both for turning a simple outing into a memorable experience for my grandmother and our family. We'll be back soon!

Used to come quite often but hadn’t been in a while. Ordered a turmeric latte which, in my experience, is turmeric powder with hot milk. This was a cafe latte with turmeric. I’ve never had it served like that before… and after one sip I decided I couldn’t drink it (coffee was very burnt and bitter tasting and it was just lukewarm). The barista insisted that a turmeric latte is a cafe latte with turmeric. I beg to differ. He kindly offered to make it again without the espresso shot, which I appreciate, but perhaps they need to clarify on their menu what they believe a turmeric latte is. Because it’s sure as heck not this in every other cafe I’ve been to. I’ve since sifted through the online reviews of this place and seen photos of turmeric lattes that are very obviously just turmeric and hot milk. So perhaps what you get depends on the barista. It was all a little haphazard and confusing.

I have been going here for years. It is a lovely place to hang out. I was pretty shocked at how bad the food is now though and how expensive it is under new management. The food they served was one of the highlights before. Hopefully they can rethink the changes they made to the menu and the very poor quality and value of what they offer now. The burrito is especially sad, tasteless, small and expensive. They are a little understaffed given how busy they are, but that will change as more people taste the new food offerings.

Nice place. We attend a couple of times a week. The servers are lovely but I feel they are under staffed. Coffee is always great and the baked goods are always tasty. They also have a nice selection of beers but it is always too early in the day for me to partake !
