Cosy, homely place. Great staff. Susan was really helpful. Offers budget accommodation and is located very close to the Carvendish square mall. Self catering was great for me. Cleanliness is good in the common areas although it could be improved in the rooms. Overall would recommend for travellers looking for a home away from home. Will visit again.

Well first of all let me say that when arriving at at the backpackers i was greeted with a dont care attitude. The staff members are unfriendly and refuse to go the extra length to make your stay comfortable. You are required to clean your own toilet at this establishment and the staff are very rude about this. i was very promptly told that if i didnt clean my own toilet i would be banned from the establishment. the security guard on duty constantly follows guests around and makes it very uncomfortable for the guests. The staff at this establishment are more interested in watching youtube videos than helping the guests. the website is totally misleading, there is no funkiness what so ever about this place it is cold and uninviting. i would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy cape town.

Great place, easy to book with helpful and friendly staff, had a bit of troubles with a door but with great staff it wasn't a hassle for them to assist at all, really good room quality and clean to the T, would definitely recommend anyone to check in and enjoy everything there is to do in Claremont Also a thank you to the staff for making the stay a really good one Kind regards A happy customer

The staff was horrible. They let me pay for a four persons room the costs of a single room. My doormates left me the rest of their food, when they left the hostel. The staff said I would steal the food, that was a present for me and made an extra payment afterwards. Sorry but I will never come back to this hostel.

This place is nice, quiet and if you want to escape from life l, this is one of those places that you should really consider going to

Great backpackers, close to Newlands. Really nice accommodation. Will definitely keep in mind for future stays in Cape Town.

The receptionists Nomsa and Isaac are super friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.will definitely be back.

The prices here are so reasonable,the staff friendly.I recommend this place for friends travelling in a group.next to Cavendish mall,shopping easy
