*edited review update as of August 25*. They have since adjusted the temperature in there and it’s not quite as hot as it was before. Way more circulation somehow - 5 stars. We will be there everyday if it continues like this. Alright, so this place is honestly amazing. Kind of hard to beat $5 to jump for an hour. It is a great place to bring you kiddo and all prices at the cafe are even decent. Special mention to the pizza, it’s actually BOMB. I’m legit shocked the food is so good. Kayla is also super personable and always so helpful. Why the 3 stars? Well, it’s disgusting hot in there. I know it’s a huge place and probably hard to cool down but there aren’t even any fans to circulate. It would be beneficial if they added some type of fans to circulate , ANYTHING to help with how hot and sticky it is in there. That would make this place 5 stars but as it is, we don’t last there more than an hour anyway due to the extreme heat. It’s even hot in there as you walk in from the outside .

Came in for the first time on a Sunday afternoon for my 6yr to burn off energy. Haillee was super helpful getting us registered and my son ready to go. Nice clean jump areas for all ages

Was literally only coming here because of the price. It’s definitely not worth doubling the price. There’s adults vaping on the inside and the staff does not pay attention. The billboard outside still says $4.95.

(Edited to clarify this review was written when it was PK Play zone- we have not been there since the management change over) The kids had a great time. They loved it. It's totally worth buying the "unlimited" card. For $50 (per kid) they have unrestricted access to all the games (except the claw machines) and all the activities, as many times as they want for 3 hours. This way they were able to play the games, and do laser tag and the ninja course and the climbing wall, ALL OF IT. With no limit to the amount of times they could do it. This package does cap ticket prizes at 500. But we don't care about the tickets so it wasn't a big deal for us. We got 2 pizzas, a pitcher of water and a pitcher of soda for about $30 extra. The pizza was really good and ready in about 10 min. You can also get adult beverages and there are pool tables and a dart board! There are 4 party rooms for bday parties or whatever. So there really is something for the whole family. (Watching kids run in front of the flying darts was a bit unsettling, but no one was maimed, so i consider that another successful day) We got there about noon and it was very quiet, very few people there. By about 2pm it picked up some. They definitely have room to add machines. I was a little worried the kids would be bored before the 3 hours were up, but they had a great time. Staff was very friendly.

Great place for kids but nobody was in there each time I went total of 2 times this day was friday at 6pm and empty. My suggestion is have better packages pricing that have more gaming play. Like Chucky Cheese they have a monthly 7.99$ Bronze 11.99$ Silver 29.99$ Gold unlimited visits 40-250 game play depending on what package you chose including discount on food ect but you must enroll a min of 12 months before you can cancel . Even if you dont buy a package at Chucky you it is still much better bang for your buck on game play and food again I think if they give more game play in package prices it will get busy there . In closing we spent 20$ for Hr jumping/game play which was about 3- 4 games then I bought additional 25$ game play giving me about 500 credits each game is about 60-100 credits per play which I could play about 5-6 games. Then we ate at the cafe and got 3 burger/ff basket @ 11.95 each and 3 drinks @ 2.50$ each so about 45$ on food total spent in about 1-2 hrs cost me 90-100$ for a party of 3. To pricey to go weekly or monthy. In closing the owners did a beautiful job on the place. The young girl working the front could smile a bit be happy and welcoming you there. After all you are there to spend money. Other then that it was very clean and plenty of staff avaible to watch safely over your children when jumping ect.

Yesterday my family and I went to Off the Wall for the first time since it opened and I was impressed with how nice it looked inside. It had a lot of different options of things to do. The only complaint I have is that it was too hot in the building and couldn’t really enjoy being there. I would definitely go back

We had such a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the kids absolutely loved it. A special shout-out to Haillee, who went above and beyond — she was patient, kind, and made sure the kids were having fun and safe the whole time. Excellent service all around — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We frequent here a lot it's always clean the food is cheap and delicious the staff is so friendly multiple times the trampoline refs will play with my son if he's by himself ! On our last trip we had an issue with some young teens without parents and the general manager whom was wonderful took care of it immediately she was amazing ! We will continue to frequent here

This is a fun place to spend an afternoon and a great addition to the NPR area! I love the upgrades that came with the change from the previous business. The trampoline/bounce area is large, with lots of fun and engaging activities to keep kids busy. There were plenty of attentive staff in the bounce area when we went to keep the kids safe and maintain a fun atmosphere. The arcade games are fun and the prize area had things that my kids actually wanted. We took advantage of the snack bar and if there was a game on, I'm sure you would have found my husband watching one of their several TVs with a beer in hand. I highly recommend a visit. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and fun was had by all.

We held my 7 year old niece's birthday there and everyone had a blast. The venue is clean, we had plenty of table room to have her pizza and cake, and the party hostess Olivia was super attentive and helped the flow of the party. It was well organized and manager Jackie made sure we had everything needed. Highly recommend for your next event.
