Bought my first Cardo headset from Off Track, and Sy was incredibly helpful. He expertly guided me through the options to find the perfect one for my needs and even installed it for me. Beyond his great service, he's just a genuinely nice guy, making the whole experience fantastic. Highly recommend!

Found this gem down the street from my house about two years ago while I was visiting my favorite local coffee shop. What’s great is that I get to visit all my favorite small businesses in one day. I purchased my gloves at Off Track during my first visit and continued to get parts for my bike. Then of course, the merch drops are always on fire! The quality is on point and graphics are great. Soon to find out, Sy (owner of the shop) is able to do prints for my small business in Long Beach as well. Sy has always been so welcoming and helpful with everything. I’m so glad to have Off Track close to home. Make sure to check them out!

such a well curated and beautiful space. there’s a little bit of everything for everyone here, I always find something new to add to my closet. customer service is top notch, I always feel like I’m apart of the Off Track family when interacting with anyone that works there. my boyfriend and I always appreciate the invites to all of the cool and fun events Sy’s always putting on. This shop is awesome! They are all about the bike community. I went in for some fork fluid and left with a lift that Sy lent me. He was totally helpful and gave me pointers to work on my bike. They throw good parties and have cool merch too!

I found this company by accident and saw they had the helmet I wanted on sale (bell helmet) for almost half price. Don't know if bell put it on sale due to low sales or some other reason, but at almost half off I could care less. I have an oval head and it fits perfect. Off Track communicated with me every step of the way and treated me very good. Based on customer service, this company should be double its size, they definitely deserve your business. THANKS!

I stumbled across Off Track while on vacation last spring. Sy was the most welcoming and friendly host/owner to me and my questions. Everything I’ve purchased from Off Track has been packaged, shipped and produced wonderfully. It’s difficult to find cool small business like this in my hometown. 10/10. Will always recommend.

It's like I forget I'm here to spend all my money and just talk story. I've been here a few times to purchase Moto gear and items for my bike and my experiences have always been top notch. Nice thing is if they don't have it, they'll order it. I've only encountered SY, and he's the shit! Don't let that one star fool you, you'll want to come here and hang out! And throw all your money like you don't got bills to pay. Lol.

Honestly one of the most friendly places I've gone to in a minute. I was admittedly pretty intimidated to go to a motorcycle shop. I'm new to the culture and definitely had preconceived notions about the kind of folks who might be working at this place, but there were so many good reviews, I had to check it out. And sure enough, Sy and Ani were GEMS. So nice. So inviting. So informative! I talked to Ani about my Royal Enfield and she chatted with me about hers. Showed me pics. Recommended helmets. Gave some advice for riding. Sy taught me how to properly untangle a ratchet strap and suggested a more low profile helmet that would fit my style better. This is the kind of shop I hope to become a regular at. Inviting. Comforting. Very cool, kind, helpful, and interesting people. I will spend all the money I can here. Keep it up, y'all!

Absolutely the best motorcycle store in the Long Beach/LA area! Sy and Dustin are always super helpful and have created an amazing vibe that makes you want to hang out all day and enjoy the space. After not riding for a few years, I was a little intimidated when I bought my new Harley, but everyone at OFF TRACK has been awesome in helping me get acclimated with my bike and even helping me customize it! Everyone is super knowledgeable and I appreciate that there's no egos! Awesome spot with high quality people and gear. Definitely recommend!

Great shop for merch and lifestyle. Came in for some gear and ended up chatting with the owner for a bit. Super humble and helpful. Their passion for the lifestyle is apparent through their businesses, events and overall vibe.

I agree with the 5 Star reviews this story has received. They are a great group of people, and the store has a unique vibe with an amazing inventory. I actually did spend most of my day at the store/shop discussing motorcycles and different ideas for my bike. They even helped me place some highway bars on my Victory Vegas 8 Ball. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them for any motorcycle needs.

What a breath of fresh air . This shop assisted us in ordering parts for my new 2015 KTM 390 RS bike and gave me a free check up. This shop is a small business with really friendly people running the shop, he was so helpful and we immediately connected bc he's from the East coast. We Will definitely be referring friends and family. Glad I found I local shop I can trust

Came with my bf to check the place out as the motorcycles caught our eyes. We're both not riders yet but we are both very interested in riding and motorcycles and Sy was so helpful and very informative! He gave us tons of tips, recommendations for where to learn how to ride and even recommended to check out the Bike Shed! The place was super cool too! Ended up getting a shirt :) Hopefully in the future we get to buy more and bring our own bikes :)))

I just started riding 5 months ago and I found out about this shop from my husband since we usually go to Commodity for coffee. I stopped by and I was greeted by the lovely Ina and she helped me picked out my gloves. Ever since then, I always stop by here since it's near my house. Can't say enough good things about this place. Awesome product, great vibes and a solid crew! I'm new to motorcycles and bought a bung king crash bar from there and upon installation I came across a completely stripped hex bolt. Called up Sy and he was generous enough to have me come in and help me get it all squared away. It wasn't a quick fix and he spent hours helping me. He let me use all his tools and even busted out the angle grinder to make a new slot for a flathead to fit into the bolt. Couldn't be more stoked to have a shop like this local to me. Cruise by and check the place out you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service. A very helpful steward helped me pick some perfect items. She was extremely helpful. Great choices, and while some things are pricy, other items are less expensive than elsewhere (Senna head units.). And, while having a conversation with a beautiful shopkeeper, you can grab a beer on your way out. Must try.

Cool Moto shop in Long Beach to shop and hang out. Nice merchandise for all your riding needs and great costumer service, if you have any questions they are always there to help. Been to a couple of events here and always had a blast. I would recommend to anyone to check this place out.

I came down and visit OFF TRACK, and I am glad I did. The Team at OFF TRACK were extremely helpful. I ordered A bung king crash bar from OFF TRACK, Sy was kind on giving me a hand installing it for me. I couldn't have done it alone. They also have a huge variety of cool motorcycle gear to choose from. Diana was awesome helping me find the gloves I need. If you guys are ever in the area, I highly recommend you guys stop by and check them out. Friendly, cool ass peoples at OFF TRACK. This is going to be my one stop shop from now on.
