Perfect place for lunch in the center of Parma. We came across the place by chance and were very lucky that they had one free table in the garden. We had a very good lemonade that tasted like Cola. For starters we tried a cheese board with apricot jam and fried zucchini flowers with ricotta. Extreme. We were even more looking forward to the main course, my burrata salad with dried ham and peaches was amazing. My boyfriend tried the fresh pasta. I would come back to Parma just for this meal. And the service was absolutely golden.

The best part of our meal were the starters. The arugula salad with fresh figs was very good. The figs were perfect, so ripe they tasted like they were candied. The prosciutto was delicious. Unfortunately the pastas were underwhelming. The pumpkin raviolis were okay but a bit bland. My friend did not like the mushroom pasta at all and only ate a few bites.

This is an interesting take on traditional Parma cuisine. The restaurant has trendy, modern vibes, however my meal was ruined by a very, very rude waitress. She was very short with us and acted like she couldn’t understand a thing all members of my dining party were saying when one speaks fluent Italian. I would not recommend this restaurant because the food is just ok - there is much better in Parma - and the service was god awful. It is also kind of expensive for what it is.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Parma. Portions are not gigantic, but flavours are definitely something else: we tried the Parmigiano cheese selection, the aniolini in hen broth and the buffalo tartare. Everything was very good, genuine and rich. Only one little flaw, justifying the 4 out of 5 stars: we would have appreciated a slightly warmer treatment in the true Parmesan tradition. Personnel was not rude, but not making us feel greatly welcome or helping much either.

Great food. Good service. We didn't book the table but they worked it out for us to have lunch there. The food is very fantastic. Hidden gems of Parma.

It was one of those meals where everything clicked. A quiet little street, a glass of red wine and plates that made sense together. The cheese platter came with strong flavors, balanced by fresh bread and pickled vegetables. After that the main dish, a tender beef fillet, was more than enough and actually bigger than expected. The atmosphere was casual, not too loud, and the people working there gave the impression they really cared about the place. Recently for me it turned into a proper lunch that left no need for dinner later.

I can highly recommend this place to try national Parma chesses and meats. They also have a good selection of local beers which makes the experience authentic and warm. You can have a small snack hear or go all in for a bigger meal.

We dined here in the evening. Although we had no reservations and the restaurant was crowded, the staff accommodated us at a nice outdoor table. We had a prosciutto appetizer, I had a special pork belly and my wife had the sliced beef filet. The wine selection was marvelous. Although the restaurant was very busy, the staff were very attentive and very kind. A great meal.

Visited on a very hot day. The food was very good. I appreciated the server splitting the tortellini en brodo in 4 for each sharing and coming up with two Lambrusco to try by the glass.
