Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Parma. Portions are not gigantic, but flavours are definitely something else: we tried the Parmigiano cheese selection, the aniolini in hen broth and the buffalo tartare. Everything was very good, genuine and rich.
Only one little flaw, justifying the 4 out of 5 stars: we would have appreciated a slightly warmer treatment in the true Parmesan tradition. Personnel was not rude, but not making us feel greatly welcome or helping much either.
