We dined here in the evening. Although we had no reservations and the restaurant was crowded, the staff accommodated us at a nice outdoor table. We had a prosciutto appetizer, I had a special pork belly and my wife had the sliced beef filet. The wine selection was marvelous.
Although the restaurant was very busy, the staff were very attentive and very kind. A great meal.

After some research, OAD ended up on our list for our only meal in Parma, and it was chosen in the end. We are so happy that it was. We made a reservation upon recommendation of our BnB hostess. We had a lovely table outside for the 6 of us (3 adults/3kids). It was a Sunday and we are thankful that they were open, though the neighborhood was notably slower than the previous day. We had the Cured Meat selection, Cicciolata, Giardiniera, Guanciale on Polenta Cakes, Torta Fritta, Anolini in Brodo, Kids' Tagliolini with Olive Oil, Gnocchi with 3 Tomatoes, and Carne Salada. To drink we had a Craft Cream Ale and a Lambrusco bottle. All the cured meats were wonderfully curated and delicious, especially the Cicciolata! The Torta Fritta was a hit with everyone when eating the Salumi. I had the Anolini and have to say it was one of the most memorable things I have eaten on this trip, rich, simple and perfectly executed, also filling. After our Espresso I asked for a digestif and I was given an incredible local drink, fruity and intense, but I couldn't understand the name 🤪 Thank you ladies for an incredible experience 🙏🏻

Modern and contemporary cuisine which like to used traditional dish as based to explore now flavours and technics.
Vibes is more dynamic and we quite enjoyed the modernity compared to the rest of the places in Parma.
But it’s not like you will be lost here, nothing too crazy.
Dishes wise we enjoyed balance of the dish and right tastes.
We had pleasant dinner.

Had an excellent lunch. Platter of cold cuts and platter of Parmigiano were outstanding. The seasonal gnocci was beautifully done and very flavorful.

Wonderful little spot with top quality inventive menu with excellent flavors. The service was friendly and very accommodating. I was able to order a 1/2 cheese tray and 1// meat combo. Pasta and wine were excellent. Sat outside and it was a wonderful lunch!

Like many other reviewers, we experienced negligent, slow service from both a male and a female server. Arriving early, with no reservations but with only two people seated in the restaurant, they told us we had to dine in the basement. That would have been fine if everything else had gone well. First course took over an hour and a half to arrive. We had to cancel the main course based on how long the first course took. In over two hours, the waitstaff never asked if we wanted a second drink, despite our glasses being empty for some time. We noticed that other customers near us were also similarly treated by the waitstaff and left upset. Finally, if you’re considering this place because of the touted gluten-free options, don’t bother. They have very few GF options on the menu. The menu denotes what is GF, and that’s about it.

Visited on a very hot day. The food was very good. I appreciated the server splitting the tortellini en brodo in 4 for each sharing and coming up with two Lambrusco to try by the glass.
