I don’t know anybody who enjoys dealing with these type of administration things. However from the very beginning to the very end I was met with good service the two separate security guards helped me a lot with the machines and directing me where to go. Infact quite strange that it’s the security doing this job but it seems to work because they are stood at the front entrance. Knowing the right appointments and knowing where to wait and when seems to confuse everybody (me also) so I guess they save the cost by not having to employ security and also separate customer assistance.
Is it true that the staff that doing the admin lack a certain human element, yes. However this time I did think my assigned administrator was pleasant and was quick and helpful. It did help that I speak Spanish, and he seemed glad that I did.
My situation is that I am already a resident of 5 years and I needed to update and confirm that I still live here, this is quite a simple case so perhaps that, that I’m a ‘local’ of 5 years, speak Spanish, and had all the documents I needed made everything straight forward. I can imagine more complicated cases would not be met without stress and complexity.
All in all I thought I would give this centre 5 stars as I see that not many people do and I cannot deny I was surprised at how easy my experience was.
