We visited for the first time in OGAAN for my daughter’s wedding and were attended by Farha who was so welcoming and helpful,she understood our taste quickly and could finalise our outfits, she made it worth our while! Must visit this place ….. Big thanks to Farha

OGAAN has a dreamy collection of apparels and accessories curated from multiple designers under one roof. It is one of the best-known designer stores in India. It opened in 1989 in New Delhi with the idea of promoting and showcasing great design and craftsmanship from all over India. As claimed by them, some of the biggest names in Indian fashion have retailed their first collections at OGAAN including younger and upcoming Brands. Me and my friend had visited OGAAN for the first time and it was lovely. We loved the charming and elegant store. They have wide variety of designer clothing and accessories which are really beautiful. The staff was really courteous and Polite. I loved visiting OGAAN and hope to visit soon again :)

Pathetic customer service , the staff keeps changing . Even after taking full advance payments they fail to deliver on time and you have to chase your order ! Sheer waste of time Better to connect with designers directly online .

Evert single one star review about this place is absolutely right. Notice, another case of hiring bots and people for fake 5 star reviews. The energy of the employees is off, unfit for the "brand" that Ogaan claims to be. They are untrained, uneducated, and don't have the skills, intelligence, or baseline energy to be doing what their doing, Pathetic shopping experience. Incompetent and apathetic employees. One cashier, where the line never moves. Nor do they care to help or apologize for making you wait. Not going to put my energy into explaining too much. I was made to pay the wrong price of an item, overcharged once. That was last year. Neelu solved the issue so I let it go. This time, I asked for a brand that they had posted on instagram and the employee was clueless and did not want to put the effort to check online. Don't go, they are hopeless.

Hauz khas delhi - Salespersons are not refined. They are into arrogant marketing tactic. Through words and conduct behave rudely in such a manner that it seems doubtful that you might not be able to afford the product. I wrote a complaint mail to them and never got any reply. Petty and low grade salesmanship.
