I love this place. I love this place. I love this place. I love the decor, I love the vibe, I love the grilled cheese and tots. You do a great job being unique!

Ogie’s Trailer Park in Providence has a great atmosphere and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing. However, the outdoor metal chairs are uncomfortable for long sitting.

This is a very cool venue. There's parking off street. Service is friendly and polite. This place is also affordable! Good place to go with a small group and vibe and eat tater tots and miller high life in a can. It is a bar with tables and a cool patio. Clean restrooms and restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic. We are from out of town and had nowhere to go because it’s Sunday and everything is closed so we found this little hole in the wall and we absolutely loved it. The food was great and the staff was great and it has the cutest ambience. I highly recommend coming here.

Google
What a place! Give it a try for something different, food is very heavy and decadent, service is wonderful and the drinks are amazing. But it's the atmosphere that really sets this place apart. You never know what you're going to find!

Erin Murdock

Google
Great retro decor. And cats! Really great setup overall offering seating out front, inside, or even outback. Granny Boos Bacon Burger we split and throughly enjoyed. Theres a tiki bar out front where they offer tropical/blended drinks. Or you can stick to your simple whiskey coke or Coor Light. Would recommend to others to try.

Google
Ogie’s is the quintessential 21-to-40 something hipster Providence hangout spot. You can eat at the restaurant without alcohol (or age restriction). Its charm comes from a laissez-faire feel: people with dogs, various random bar happenings, high-low culture banter. Food is exceptionally prepared American cuisine with zero health consciousness. I would highly recommend going. It is wicked unlike a local bar, though.

Great place I was blown away by the decor Fantastic idea with the theme Love it, people and atmosphere was Fantastic. I will be back.

Yelp
Well, this place has an interesting vibe. It's cool but not a place I'd think to go given all the options in and around PVD. My partner of 7 years, however, suggested we go here for our first date, so it has a special place in my heart. The funny thing about this bar is the cat videos that play in the background (or at least used to).

Yelp
This place is RACIST. I visited on a slow Sunday afternoon since the ambience is the kind of thing I typically enjoy. After I ordered, I was immediately asked to pay without being asked if I wanted to close out (not that the bartender uttered more than two words to me). While sitting at the bar (and never being checked on) it became apparent that everyone else was being treated like normal people and closing out their checks as they were leaving, the way most bars handle tabs. I'll give you one guess the difference between me and the other patrons. Long story short, if you're not white don't go to the trailer park. They really take the theme too far.

Yelp
If you love tater tots this place is your Mecca ! First of all the service here is the best and the people are super friendly! All the food here is really good tasty comfort food. I had the Dorito crusted chicken sandwich. I was disappointed you couldn't taste more of the Dorito flavor but I loved how crispy and crunchy the chicken was but was still juicy and tender. The tater tots here are so crispy crunchy on the outside but pillowy soft on the inside . I loved their truffle oil one and garlic tots. Also the mixed drinks here are superb. They are so tasty and cheap ! The atmosphere has a really fun vibe , I love the outside patio which has a nice fire pit going at night to take the chill out of the air . Great place for an office party or to hang with a large group of friends !

Yelp
Food was absolutely phenomenal ~ I came here to have some finger food after dinner and nice drink outside. Ordering was simple, and you wait for your license plate name to be called and when I got my food, it was freshly hot and crispy. Definitely recommend the churros and pizza sticks with a side of red sauce. The churros had strawberry filling, and I will be ordering this again when I'm feeling hungry for sweets. I was prompt served my drinks at the bar even though it was packed, which was impressive. The decor is very bold 70-80s trailer park cartoon themed, and very loud inside, but the outside setting was more my style because I could hear myself think and still hear some music. They have trivia night on Tuesday, which explained the busy packed tables when I arrived. Might join another Tuesday afternoon, but early to grab a table. My only con was the slightly sticky tables and bar.

Yelp
God this place is so good. Incredible food and drinks. I had a tequila cocktail when I last went, as well as the insane mozzarella grilled cheese special (unpictured). My only gripe is the constant heavy metal music. I was seated by the kitchen and the music the kitchen staff were playing was 100x better. Fun trivia night.

Yelp
Love this place!!! Unique and creative ambiance with its trailer park food kiosks and mid century bar is always fun to show off to out of towners!!

Yelp
I love the aesthetic here! I've been a few times. They have their own parking lot which is a plus in PVD, the food is always so gooodd, drinks are good as well! They always play a variety of music too, which I really like! They also have outdoor space, where they have a little fire place to warm up when it's cold.

Yelp
Doggo Friendly AF!! I think they even have either a dog menu or love treating your dogs! I went when the Tiki Bar was open, I had this Guava Freeze drink that McKayla made - so very good! 2 of those would be more than enough. Their beer selection I had on my second go and that was tasty as well! I'm a Blue Moon and sometimes Craft - Gose / Sour Beer guy :). The food is delicious but not a ton of selection - but the beer, seating, community is great here. cheers!

Yelp
The outside doesn't do it justice, in fact, my husband almost drove away. Glad we went inside where our dogs were welcomed too! Food was unique and delicious and the atmosphere was funky and fun. Lots of socializing happening. 15 minutes after opening, there was a line out of the restaurant. It took about 45 minutes for our food to come out, so if you want to relax, have a drink, and spend some time catching up, this is a great place. Lots of high top seating inside and on the back there is outdoor seating too. You order at the bar for drinks and across from the bar you order food. They have a regular menu, Sat and Sun there is a brunch menu and they always have specials. Our food was all really good. -Special- BBQ quesadilla from Northern down the street - loaded with flavor and a little sweet. - southern fried chicken sandwich, the chicken was fried with doritos and lots of crispy bacon and plenty of mayo with red onions. We'd get it again for sure. -big badass burger with bacon, huge portion. Keep in mind sandwiches are just that. If you want tots, order them. - Eggie Ogie fried runny egg over cheese and tots - my kids loved this - tots dusted with ranch- yes, this was so good. Will get again - churro- comes with two, so good. Too bad it's a special so not sure how often it's available. We love this place and will be back again, early! We heard there was a wedding party there and it wasn't usually so crowded. The crowd was terrific, people were nice and friendly.

Yelp
First time here for lunch. The outside looks like an eccletic place. There is a tiki bar outside and the rest of the building looks an industrial building. Then the inside looks nothing like you would picture. You would think a place like this the food wouldn't be good , but the food is really good. It's like southern comfort food. Who doesn't like fried food served with biscuits. We had four in our group and we all loved what we had. My one daughter had grilled cheese with bacon. She loved that they used thick bread and the cheese was melted perfectly. My other daughter had the fried chicken sandwich with bacon. My husband and I shared the Hot chicken on biscuits with eggs. This was really good and had a sweet glaze on it that tasted a little like honey. We shared the jalapeño cheddar grits. The serving of that was enough for the two of us to share. The servings are good size and you will not be disappointed. Will definitely be back for more southern flare food.

Yelp
My friends took me here because they wanted to try their trivia night. The place is trailer theme with bar food and drinks, with outdoor patio seating. It was quite busy when we came. For food- I ordered the house burger and tots on the side. The tots were the truffle ones. It was quite good, burger was a little over done but good taste and sauce. The tots were great. Good crunch, truffle was good, got salty at end so needed some ketchup. The drinks were divey drinks. I got a martini slightly dirty and it was gross. I was somehow hoping for the best but just drank the too salty martini, even tho I specially said just a tiny bit olive juice. I switched up my cocktail to their special bees knees and it was pretty sweet. But good to counteract with the saltiness I drank. A fun place to hang out with friends for food and drinks.

Yelp
Female bartender w facial tattoos and dark hair would not acknowledge my partner and I. We waited as she served other customers. She looked over several times but never communicated to say 'I'll be right with you' or anything of the sort. Other patrons observed that we had been waiting unusually long in a not busy bar with staff continuing to ignore us. It is not obvious why this occurred but was we could not help but wonder if our melanin was poorly received by this individual. Not the first time this has happened to my melanated friends at this establishment.

Yelp
When planning a bachelorette brunch for the woman who declares herself as trash... Ogie's made for the perfect location! A few things to know about hosting a little get together at Ogie's: 1. Use the contact info on their website to email about having a get together at the trailer park 2. You cannot bring anything in from outside vendors- if looking o supply a desert they work with PVD Pies 3. They don't take reservations but will save you you a table for your group Now let's talk about PVD Pies. The Ogie's contact alerted me about having to go through PVD Pies and added them as a contact to the email. PVD did not engage via email about supplying the sweets for our little get together. I looked them up- no telephone number! Therefore no dessert. I had the Dorito burrito. It was ok. Fell a little flat. The insides were not that warm, didn't even taste the Dorito. I did have a pretty sweet sangria. The staff were very friendly.

Yelp
I usually just end up getting dragged here by friends, because otherwise I wouldn't go here in all honesty. Food really is tasteless, and only tastes good when your drunk.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. We are from out of town and had nowhere to go because it's Sunday and everything is closed so we found this little hole in the wall and we absolutely loved it. The food was great and the staff was great and it has the cutest ambience. I highly recommend coming here.

Yelp
The kitchen is open late, which is why we ended up here after a long day on the road. The place immediately reminded me of concept bars I frequented in Downtown Las Vegas. There's an open, industrial space inside that is completely on theme with pre-modern, retro chandeliers, bar cabinets, and everything else that makes you think you should be watching a black and white TV and sitting on an off-gold, shag carpet. Towards the back and left of the wide bar, you'll find the food truck themed kitchen where you can place an order. We arrived at the end of Tuesday trivia. It sounded like a lot of fun, but my ears were ringing from how loud the music was (open space, remember?) and the shouting to be heard above the blaring melodies. We stepped outside to wait for our food, and the trailer park theme overdoes itself in the beer garden. Nicely done, folks! We waited 10 or 15 minutes for our food to be called (a clear voice will announce the state matching the sign they give you upon ordering). Like other reviewers, we also found the food to be bland and on the meh spectrum. The chicken salad was fine, though overly salty. The mac and cheese bites need a more flavorful breading fry. Same for the fried chicken sandwich. Still, the food was okay and the ambiance more adventurous than many closed door bars. A fun place overall.

Yelp
Got kicked out after sitting down for 5 minutes while I was waiting for my gf. "Manager" told me I was kicked out of another bar that I've never been to and told me to leave even though I said I've never been there. After explaining I wasn't the person he was referring to he said he did not care and just wanted me gone anyways even though I didn't do anything wrong. Rude and unprofessional. ALSO keep in mind I was completely SOBER while this occurred so he definitely WAS NOT referring to me so yeah avoid this place at all costs if you don't wanna be bullied by "management". Overall would not recommend this place if it was the last bar in Prov! Glad to know I shouldn't waste my money here as I won't be ever returning and I'm telling everyone to avoid this place! :)

Sean E.

Yelp
Absolute best bar in Providence, a true hidden gem. I was staying in Providence for business for five days, but I'm very upset that I found this on the fourth day of of course I returned the fifth as well.. I can't wait to return to Providence just so I can go to this bar, super friendly bartenders and atmosphere

Robert S.

Yelp
Moved to Prov about 3 months ago and Ogie's quickly became our favorite spot. Drinks are delicious and very will made with excellent consistency among the bartenders. The bartenders also have excellent customer service and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them! The kitchen has got it going ON!! We love the wing Wednesday deal for wings and free tots for $13! Any time our friends come to visit we always take them to eat "the best wings you'll ever have." Genuinely... I can't rave enough about them... On the other hand, the vibe of this place is the BEST! Funny and quirky decorations, hilarious tv programs going on in the back, and the outdoor seating is comfortable and always extremely clean. Try Ogie's! You'll become a regular for sure.

Yelp
Cute, funky place on the West Side of Providence. You walk in and feel like you're at a retro yard sale-lots to look at. Large bar and several other seating areas. Outdoor tiki bar and patio in nice weather. Ample parking. The drink list was creative and extensive. Most food is the kind you'd eat on a cheat day, but delicious. Fun place for drinks after work or a late night snack.
google avatar

Elisa F.

Yelp
I'm so glad we found this place on Yelp! We planned a day trip to PVD and among our research of Dog Friendly spots, Ogies came up. What a cool vibe! We sat out back in the "trailer park" with a few others that had their dogs. Definitely a hot spot for dog people! You order drinks at the bar, and food at the kitchen window - it's all seat yourself too. Food was delicious but the real star were the ranch tater tots! Only $4 and huge portions with their housemade ranch dust!! Drinks were also really well priced. I would absolutely live here if we were nearby. Definitely a must visit!

Yelp
A MUST DO! 3 STARS for the Food just OK but they get a Bonus Star because this is such a Cool Place! You will definitely have lots of Fun in here! It's Time to jump into The TimeMobile & scour the Earth & take you to places from a different time that you won't believe still exist. We have set the dial to the 1960's to Ogie's Trailer Park in Providence Rhode Island. This place is located about an hour or so outside of Boston. It is like walking into an authentic 1960's Trailer Park complete with Retro Trailers, & all the furnishings. From the moment you see the exterior sign - it signals you've arrived at an authentic 1960's Vintage Vibe Restaurant. You will pass an Old School Trailer with the words Enter. There's Free Street Parking here too. You have multiple dining options. You can eat out on the front patio on the picnic tables with Retro tablecloths. You can also choose to eat inside & sit at the tables & chairs. You can also be seated at the Tiki bar. You can also dine out in the back patio with a bunch of Cool Vintage Trailers & more picnic tables & chairs. You have to explore each & every inch of this place because you might miss out on something really cool. Be sure to scope out the entire place. It will definitely put a smile on your face. There's so much cool stuff in here from Retro lights, to the color schemes & those Way Cool Vintage Trailers. The Trailers in the back include an aqua blue Trailer with Vinyl Records in the window & a black silhouette of a Ponytail Girl & a black poodle. There's also a Tiki Trailer. You've got to check out the Road Trip Trailer that features an outline map of the USA with iconic Road Trips spots. There's Rt. 66, Randy's Donuts in LA, Niagara Falls New York, Cabazon Dinosaurs Palm Springs, Atlantic City Boardwalk, The Wigwam Motel, Tiki Gardens Florida, Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco, The Grand Canyon, & Las Vegas. There are so many places to take some Cool Pictures here. We ordered The Chicken Sandwich & TaterTots to Go from Granny Boo's Kitchen. However when the food came out in a To Go Container, just couldn't pass up on eating at one of those picnic tables with those cool retro tablecloth's. Just had to soak in a little more of that Vintage Vibe. The sandwich & tots were just OK. But the Atmosphere in here is so Cool the Food is really secondary. If I lived nearby I'd be here every month or so just to hang out, have a drink or get a bite to eat. Also the people who work here are very friendly. If you're looking for a cool place to have some Fun, get a bite to eat or a drink you've got to check out Ogie's Trailer Park. It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!

Nini K.

Yelp
My husband and I went on a hike with our dog, Lucky (felt it was important to share her name) and randomly chose Ogie's for lunch after. He got the Doritos-crusted chicken sandwich, and I got the burger. They were both really good! The staff was incredibly kind to us, and Lucky got plenty of pets from everyone. We sat outside, but the inside looked really fun and eclectic. I would definitely go back!
google avatar

Sarha S.

Yelp
Food is okay, bartenders take way too long to get to you even if it's not busy. Idk why that is the just don't seem to look up to notice their customers. Love that it's dog friendly!!!! That's a plus for me! Dj is good

Rosa L.

Yelp
Very dog friendly as long as your dog is okay with being in a bit of a tight space. The vibe is super chill and nice to just hangout at. Love the back patio. The drinks were good and the food was the right kind of greasy. Will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Betsy G.

Yelp
I have been here a few times before and always look forward to coming in again. Everything that you order will be amazing, the place is super cool with 2 options to sit outside and of course their cool bar. Staff awesome, food drool and flavor worthy. Loooove this place
google avatar

Matt L.

Yelp
Love coming here again and again. RHODY FRIED CHICKEN WITH BACON SANDWICH: A really sizable fried chicken breast and a really filling dinner sandwich. With a side of tots (go for the totchos), it's a full-on experience for your taste buds. ATMOSPHERE: fun, lively, and quirky. The theme of a trailer park is consistent in its decor, down to the license plates you receive to track your order. It's one of those places I will go back to again and again & will bring friends who visit Providence, because there's no other place like it around here.
google avatar

Ashley B.

Yelp
Ogie's had such a cute atmosphere with plenty of drinks and good food. We sat outside which was a little cold, but the scenery was pleasant. The food was stellar, both the tots were crispy and delicious, I preferred the totchos because the cheese sauce they used was delicious and it had plenty of yummy toppings. We also got the rhody chicken sandwich and the grilled cheese with bacon. The grilled cheese was HUGE, plenty of cheese, could've used more bacon but tasty either way. The other two ate the entire chicken sandwich, they both gave it a "it's good!". Overall, a fun experience with tasty food. Service was a bit slow and the outdoor area cold, but the food and drinks makes it well worth it.
google avatar

Catherine G.

Yelp
I've gone back since, and the kitchen has significantly improved. Great beer choices. The best part about this place is the ambiance and the bartenders. Great patio for summer hang outs.
google avatar

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
I love Ogies! Hip but not pretentious with fun cocktails and funky retro atmosphere. I always feel like I see someone I know when I am there, or make a new friend when I am there! The bartenders are super awesome and offer some great recommendations. I love the creative tatertot combinations and they have great outdoor Tiki Bar spaces as well as the full length garage doors open when the weather is nice which is a perfect place to hang out with 100% air circulation during these darn covid days. So so fun. I love this place. What more can I say?

Izaiah J.

Yelp
I have heard nothing but good things, especially that they played decent music, but the last two times i've went the DJ (Sean Fields (@audiofields) has been playing and made me leave within 30 mins with all my friends lol he sticks to one genre and never changes it so u have to get lucky i guess. Tater Totts are amazing and servers are great!

Adam C.

Yelp
Food service is always A+ But beware, the bartenders usually do not know you exist. Tonight, I was standing at the bar for 5 minutes waiting on service on a hardly busy evening and the bartender closest to me (literally a foot from me) felt compelled to just continue on their conversation with their friend, instead of prioritizing a customer. Otherwise, a great spot.

Emily B.

Yelp
terrible service - tried to order for a party of 5, after a long wait over the phone and after they finally took the order, they said they actually don't accept "large orders" over the phone because they don't want people to order stuff and not pick it up/pay for it. offered to provide credit card info but they said no still. at the time of this review, they did not have an online ordering option (either through their website or through companies like doordash/grubhub etc). we have a newborn and so we weren't able to come in and wait to order in person.. have enjoyed their food before but very disappointed by this experience
google avatar

Emily N.

Yelp
I'm not going to lie, I always thought Ogie's had more of "The Slow Rhode" type of vibe; i.e. a little classy, a little hip. Instead, it was more of a hungover "Xaco Taco" type of vibe; the waiting area smelled like old beer and my shoes stuck to the ground... not a good start. I tried the crispy fried Brussels sprouts, tots, and chicken and waffles from the brunch menu. The Brussels sprouts were tasty but mostly because they were completely saturated with oil and salt. It was pretty clear that both the tater tots and waffles were pre-made (the frozen kind). The tots were topped with a movie theatre-like nacho cheese and there was something very strange about the taste of the chicken... I can't quite put my finger on it. There was a guy in the kitchen without a mask and one of the waitresses often took down her mask to talk to either a customer or a friend on the side - I couldn't tell. Still, it doesn't make things any better. I haven't gotten any alcohol at Ogie's, but based off of my experience, I would stick to treating it as a bar rather than a restaurant.
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
Fun and eclectic spot for drinks and food! Ordered tots and Mac and cheese bombs. Both were very delicious and quick to come out! Ordered some different drinks and all were very good!
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
I didn't have the food, so I can't speak to that like some of the other reviews, but the drinks were great and the bartenders were cool. They have a parking lot which is a massive plus for this Jersey Boy and I didn't know what to expect when I walked in, but I was floored. The decorations and the layout of the whole place is awesome. I saw a lot of crowds come in with groups and you just find a place to sit and you're good. I, of course, sat at the bar to maximize my drink to mouth ratio. I will definitely try the food when I come back, it looked and smelled alright to me.
google avatar

JJ A.

Yelp
It's everything you want it to be - and more now that the summer weather has arrived. Cold drinks, local peeps, hot food, nice staff and the vibe is one of a kind.
google avatar

Rosanell J.

Yelp
Dope environment. Delicious food and addordable. This is a great place for a loud crowd everyone is to themselves
google avatar

Robert D.

Yelp
OTP is the hottest spot in PVD! Dope a$$ vibe, music & food! Best brussel sprouts in town & the tater tots will blast you back to childhood. Love this place!
google avatar

Mack G.

Yelp
Stopped in here after making a drive to pvd and missing a gig at fete, cool place, good vibes, very loud and the whole concept is quite bare bones, BUT, if you're a millennial and involved in subculture of any degree, this is the spot. Plenty of beer/drink options and vegetarian options, not the best seating as I'm not a fan of high top tables/chairs, but there's an outdoor patio out back that's probably great in the summer. Order your food at a seperate counter and they give you a US state name to pick up your food after they call it out on the mic, feels like you're at a bingo hall for millennials. Me and the lady decided on veggie burgers and ranch dusted tater tots, which were pretty great. The cheese game was happening on that burger, almost a velveeta thing going on. Good size burger too. Drinks were great, and they offer abita purple haze and strawberry lager as well which is hard to find. Would come back for sure but this is more of a socializing place where you can get a bite to eat more than a restaurant in my opinion.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
One of my favorite bars in Providence, and I am blessed enough to live a 10 minutes walk away. Immaculate vibes, talented and hip bartenders, delicious drinks. There is always a fun and large crowd, but usually always somewhere to sit. They have a large indoor space, outdoor space in the front and in the back. The food is always on point. Tater tots are a must. Also, I had the best soft pretzel of my life there the other weekend. I ordered two more after the first order. I always bring out of towners here and everyone is always thoroughly impressed.

Stephanie B.

Yelp
4/5 for the food and drinks 5/5 for atmosphere Ordered a lot of food, churros need a dip
google avatar

Bailey P.

Yelp
The coolest atmosphere! We popped in for drinks and a quick appetizer, we had time to kill before a reservation. I had a zombie, which was delicious and strong! we ordered the totchos- tater tot nachos. The order wasn't very big, but they were delicious- we should've gotten our own! Service was quick, although i felt as though the staff was a bit rude. I felt like I was imposing, and being annoying. It may have been just the night, but i definitely will be back!
google avatar

Malcolm M.

Yelp
Cute patio. Feels like a good place for a bigger group, 6-8ish. If I'm in the neighborhood again I'd pop in.

Silas A.

Yelp
Unprofessional and does not care about their customers. A few weeks ago I came in there and had one beer. I went to the gas station for cigarettes and when I came back, the bar was closed. I showed up the next morning and waited for someone to show up to give me my card. I waited several hours and 3 separate employees refused to do anything more than a cursory glance through the box of credit cards, even though my tab was still open. I left an email. After my flight home left, I recieved an email stating that my card had been found and would be mailed to me. After a few days without receiving my card, I called and spoke to someone who assured me that my card had been mailed. It has been a couple weeks and still no card. I have called and asked to speak to a manager several times and have been assured that a manager would call me back. No call back.

Natalie P.

Yelp
We had our wedding reception at Ogie's! It was so much fun! Ashley helped with the catering and kept me in the loop with all the planning. She's the best! The staff was so nice and the food and drinks were great! They even played our wedding playlist! If youre thinking of having a party definitely think of having it at Ogie's.

Brown F.

Yelp
My new favorite spot..good vibes, great food & drinks, great music. Friendly staff....shout to Mike/Matt the Sunday bartender..good vibes

Yelp
Solid cocktails and good snacks. Interesting theme/atmosphere.

Yelp
We came for my daughter's birthday and were disappointed that the seating was in the parking lot. We were hoping to enjoy the theming which is non existent during covid. We should have called first. We ordered the fried pickles, but there was many fried pieces with no pickle. My husband and son got the steak and cheese, it was ok. They didn't like the cheese used. My daughter got the crispy chicken and said it was good. I had the veggie burger and I did not like it all. The mac and cheese balls were delicious. The tater tots were fine.
