"Oh Beach Hotel & Resort Restaurant The Dead Sea makes a perfect day trip from Amman, Madaba, or even Aqaba if you have your own wheels, but finding somewhere to eat once you’re there is surprisingly difficult. Enter the restaurant at Oh Beach Hotel & Resort, which sits slightly south of the main hotel strip and has a laid-back but luxurious vibe. Non-guests must purchase a ticket (around $30) to enter the resort, but they then have access to the private beach, pools, and changing rooms as well as lunch at the restaurant, which serves delicious Jordanian fare and a few international dishes. There’s also a licensed bar on-site."

I enjoyed my stay in this resort. Rooms are spacious, price appreciate. We had breakfast and dinner, the buffet is a bit "more" from the taste as in other resorts on the death see, what I personally appreciated a lot. Plus you can sit on a terrace during your meals. And enjoy the view of the death sea. One of the main points, the beach is clean and there is always mud available. One minus is that the room and surrounding could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. But, I would still come back, as I enjoyed the atmosphere and service a lot.

My stay at the hotel was great, and I would certainly return. The breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious food, and the lunch and dinner buffets were reasonably priced at 14 JOD each. A possible improvement could be replacing the filter coffee with a quality coffee machine to enhance the breakfast experience. Although tea bags, Nescafé, sugar, and creamer were replenished daily, a mixing spoon would have been a useful addition. To enjoy my coffee, I personally bring my own coffee machine and a spoon. The housekeeping service was impeccable throughout my stay. Accessing the beach involves descending and ascending 205 steps, offering a fantastic opportunity for exercise. Unfortunately, there is no gym on-site, only a spa that was temporarily closed due to a reduced number of tourists. Be aware that the hotel is situated in a remote location. For essentials, the nearest option is the SAMARAH MALL, which is a 2 JOD Uber ride away. Note that items in the mall lack price tags. I have uploaded detailed videos of the hotel on YouTube for more insights into the property. Despite some minor issues, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

One of the best spots to enjoy both a pool and the Dead Sea! The location is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the unique experience of floating in the Dead Sea. Be prepared for a bit of a workout, there are quite a few stairs to get down to the water. Going down is easy, but the climb back up will definitely leave you out of breath! The pool area was very clean and well-maintained, and we loved that they served cold drinks and shisha right by the water, such a relaxing touch that made the whole day even better. Pro tip: Don’t forget to bring waterproof slippers or water shoes. The salt crystals near the Dead Sea shore can be very sharp and will easily cut your feet if you’re barefoot.

We were upgrade to a better room with sea view upon check and hotel is awesome. We had a delicious Arbibata Pasta. Some of the staff are unable to speak at all which hindered the effective communication. The breakfast buffet is dull and food were not delicious. When we requested a pot of milk steward gave us a one which is cold. We had to ask him to change it later. Highly unprofessional manner. Shower cubicle was too small which a major problem. Travel group Couple Rooms Excellent rooms Walkability You have to take few dozens of steps to reach to dead sea beach which is bit difficult. Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value

The place is very beautiful. I don't know why the situation is so bad. There is no one there except us and also a family. The place is completely empty and the food is very limited and it’s old and bad. I think the bread was made a few days ago and is very dry, The breakfast was like some eggs and potatoes and some vegetables. Zero of 10

I enjoyed my stay overall but unfortunately I did not feel safe at times. Yesterday majority of women in our group were harassed by men at the pool and Dead Sea area. The initial response from the hotel management was disappointing - there was reluctance to involve the police, and the focus seemed to be on de-escalating the situation rather than taking firm action. Eventually after talking with locals and some of the hotel security staff, we made the decision to call the police ourselves and the issue was resolved. I believe the hotel should take swift and firm action in such cases to show that this behavior is not acceptable and to ensure the safety of all guests.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it for families. There's only one pool, and access to the beach is difficult - no elevator, just a very long staircase. Once you're down there, there's no drinking water or the option to order anything. The entire venue is outdated and in serious need of renovation. Hygiene was poor - I'd rate it 3 out of 10. The breakfast menu lacked variety, offering only about 5-6 items, and the pastries didn't seem fresh. Wi-Fi wasn't working at first and was fixed later. We also experienced a power outage during the night. Overall, this was my first visit - and definitely my last.

I recently stayed at this hotel by the Dead Sea and had an amazing experience. The services were excellent in every aspect, the place was very clean and well-organized, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!
