Oh! Linda Pousada

This is the best place to stay not only in Redonda but anywhere around. Geraldo, the owner, is an amazing person and so are his employees. I come here as often as I come to Brazil. As a bonus, his restaurant is one of the best around the area. Have any of the lobsters.

We decided to book this pousada as a substitute for another that did not work out. We were very happy that it turned out this way. The pousada consists of several chalets on a large bluff with incredible views of both Praia Redonda and Praia Peroba. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The lobster was fresh and inexpensive. We walked the beach under the bluff and were treated to untouristy village scenes. The play of the sun's rays on the multihued cliffs was spectacular. The chalets are basic but clean and comfortable. This pousada is good value and off the beaten tourist track and provided us with a very memorable stay. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This Pousada (little hotel in Portuguese) is excellent. The staff (Simão and others) and the owner (Geraldinho) are very nice and accommodating. Although the chalets don't have air-conditioning (they are being installed) you really don't need it. Despite the heat during the day, I actually was cold at night.||||I've stayed here many times and every time it was amazing. Geraldinho takes his time to talk to us, have a few drinks with us, he even take us to some of the hidden places around. This time he took us to a bar/restaurant in the beach of Requenguela. Nice place. ||||The breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruits, coffee, ham, bread, and many other local food. Just ask Simão and he will get you what you want.

Oh Linda Posada is located in the small fishing village of Redonda beach. It is about a 3 hour drive from Fortaleza. Geraldo, the owner, will make sure you feel at home. There are miles and miles of pristine beach in the backyard for yourself to enjoy. The chalets have wi-fi, satellite tv and air conditioning, hot water with great pressure. ||You can drive to the small fishing village of Redonda and have fresh caught lobster at half price that you would get in Fortaleza. ||The pousada has great breakfast. We didn't have lunch there but we did have dinner and it was outstanding.

Um lugar maravilhoso, quartos com muito conforto e limpos, café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O proprietário, o Sr. Geraldo é um verdadeiro anfitrião, com certeza voltaremos. Parabéns a toda equipe da pousada !

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. A pousada é super aconchegante. Os chalés não são lado a lado, dando privacidade e são bem confortáveis. Tem varanda e pode armar rede para relaxar. Os funcionários são incríveis, atenciosos e muito simpáticos em atenção especial para Muniz e Fidel. A cozinha funciona super bem com pratos deliciosos e muito bem servidos. Já quero voltar.
