Best home style restaurant in Athens. Everything was exceptional from the bread through the bean stew to the red wine. Flavours are just like a greek granny would make.

This is a great restaurant with very special local food. They have rabbit, lamb and rooster on the menu and it’s very well prepared. The service is excellent and everything arrived on a timely manner. We heard that the chef has been a local chef of 40 years and the food had the feeling of delicious home cooking. Highly recommend this place.

This restaurant feels like stepping into your grandma’s kitchen: comforting, flavorful dishes with that home-cooked touch. I started with the eggplants imam, a chunky eggplant salad stewed in olive oil and tomato. For the main, I had the rabbit with stifado onions, and it’s a must-try! The rabbit was tender, and the onions were sweet and perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself is set in a charming corner house, adding to the cozy, welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Happy that this place didnt close its door and the new owner kept it exactly as it was. Love the winelist, which is extremely cheap! Food is light as it should as a restaurant of an everyday use. We loved the service! Keep it up

We had a great lunch here! The food was excellent and also the atmosphere was really great. The service generally needs a bit of work. We were waiting for quite some time to order, some of the dishes were finished and we had to ask to clean our table. Also prices are quite reasonable. Generally recommended but the service should be improved for 5 stars.

I really loved the place, it was worth having a little adventure for it. As a side note, if you decide to take the metro to Petralona to get there, keep in mind you have to cross a pedestrian bridge and you may not like it. Just find alternatives.

Food was excellent. Great first produce with delicious dishes. Efficient and quick service. Only “negative” part was that I requested for a wine which was not available and was recommended a different one that’s very similar to the one I ordered which was not the case. The wine list is extensive enough and quite affordable for the quality of wines. Would definitely visit again
