I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so negative that I feel compelled to warn others.
From the moment I walked in, the seller made it clear I was an inconvenience. When I politely asked if I could choose a booster pack, he let out a long, exaggerated sigh as if I’d asked him to move mountains. The attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming throughout my visit.
What really crossed the line was the pricing. I was charged €3 more for the same booster pack my friend had purchased just 10 minutes earlier (10€ for me VS 7€ for him). It felt like the price was being determined based on the customer rather than the product, which left me feeling discriminated against and frankly, taken advantage of.
What should have been a simple treat for myself turned into a very disappointing experience. While the card prices in general seemed high, I could overlook that. But the combination of rude service and what appeared to be arbitrary pricing is completely unacceptable.
I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this shop to fellow collectors. Save yourself the trouble; there are better card shops right on this same street where you’ll actually be treated like a valued customer.
